真麻油（二两） 青木香〔半（二）两〕 青竹茹（一小团） 杏仁〔二十（七）粒，
去皮尖〕
上用药入麻油内，慢火煎令杏仁色黄，去滓，入松脂末半两，熬成膏子，每用少许擦疮
上。
夫癣之为病，种状不同。古方所谓干癣、湿癣、风癣、苔癣之类。瘾疹如钱，渐渐滋蔓，

治一切癣，神效。

上八味，为细末，先用羊蹄根蘸醋擦动，次用药少许擦患处。

海藻（洗） 龙胆 海蛤 通草 昆布（洗） 贝母（去心，二分） 矾（枯） 松萝
（各三分） 麦曲（四分） 半夏（二分，汤泡）
上为细末，酒服方寸匕，日三。忌甘草、鲫鱼、猪肉、五辛、菜诸杂等物。
治皮肤头面生瘤，大者如拳，小者如粟，或软或硬，不疼不痛，无药可疗，不可辄
灸。
生南星（大者一枚，去土，薄切）
上细研，稠粘如膏，滴好醋五、七滴。如无生者，以干者为末，投醋研如膏，先将小针
刺病处，令气透，以药膏摊纸上，象瘤大小贴，觉痒，三、五易瘥。
[Kushen Decoction]
Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), Alumen (Baifan), and Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie Sui) in equal parts.
Decoct the above four herbs into a decoction, allow it to cool to a warm temperature, and wash the affected area.
Indicated for yellow sores and hot sores.

True Sesame Oil (Liang), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Qingmuxiang, 0.5 or 2 Liang), Young Bamboo Shoot Juice (Qingzhuru), and Apricot Seed (Xingren, 20 or 7 grains, peeled and tips removed).
Place the above herbs into the sesame oil and slowly simmer until the apricot seeds turn yellow. Strain out the dregs, add half a Liang of Pine Rosin powder (Songzhi), and boil into an ointment. Apply a small amount to the sores each time.

Sargassum (Haizao, washed), Gentianae Radix (Longdan), Concha Meretricis et Cyclinae (Hai Ge), Tetsu (Tongcao), Ecklonia (Kunbu, washed), Fritillariae Bulbus (Beimu, heart removed, 2 Fen), Alum (Fan, calcined), Ramulus Usneae (Songluo) in equal parts (3 Fen each), Farmentum Sacchari (Maiqu, 4 Fen), Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Banxia, 2 Fen, soaked in boiling water).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. Take one Fangcunbi (a measuring spoon) with wine, three times daily. Avoid licorice, crucian carp, pork, the "five pungent spices," and miscellaneous vegetables.
Indicated for tumors growing on the skin of the head and face, large ones like fists, small ones like millet grains, either soft or hard, painless, untreatable by other medicines, and moxibustion should not be applied arbitrarily.
Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (Sheng Nanxing, one large piece, cleaned of soil, thinly sliced).
Grind finely until thick and sticky like paste, adding five to seven drops of good vinegar. If fresh material is unavailable, use dried material ground into powder, mixed with vinegar to form a paste. First, prick the lesion with a small needle to allow Qi to penetrate, spread the medicinal paste on paper sized to match the tumor, and apply it. When itching is felt, change the dressing three to five times for recovery.
