Fried Rice (Liatris Rhizoma, *Cimicifugae Rhizoma* - Note: Context implies aged rice, likely *Oryzae Fructus Preparatus*, but literal translation used for generic term if specific standard missing; however, "Chen Mi" is usually Aged Rice. Let's use *Oryzae Fructus* (Aged Rice) as per common practice, though WHO might not have a specific entry for "Aged Rice", I will use the Latin name for Rice *Oryzae Fructus* with specification or keep English description if Latin is ambiguous. Actually, Chen Mi is often just Aged Rice. I will use *Oryzae Fructus* (Rice) and note it is fried/aged if possible, but strict WHO prefers standard herbs. Let's stick to the text: *Oryzae Fructus* (Aged Rice)). *Correction*: The prompt asks for Latin names for herbs. Chen Mi is not a standard single herb in many Western lists, but *Oryzae Fructus* is. I will use *Oryzae Fructus* (Aged Rice).
