The area below the umbilicus is tense and painful. Urination is obstructed. This may be caused by heat forcing the flow, or by forcibly holding urine, leading to rebellious Qi.

Shui Shi (Lapis Aquae), Che Qian Zi (Plantaginis Semen), Mu Tong (Akebiae Caulis), Hua Shi (Talcum) (each 2 qian), She Xiang (Moscus) (3 fen), Dan Zhu (Bambusa Textilis internodes) (20 slices). Decoct and take on an empty stomach.

Kuifa San (Powder of Hibiscus Seeds): Treats bladder torsion in women.
Fa Hui (Ash of Human Hair, preserved nature), Dong Kui Zi (Abutilonis Semen) (stir-fried, equal parts). Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, washed down with Deng Xin Cao (Junci Medulla) decoction.
Shenxian Zhengqi Fa (Divine Navel Steaming Method): Treats bladder torsion with immediate effect. (Formula see Yige Gate)
Urinary incontinence. Ancient formulas mostly considered it a cold syndrome, but it is unknown that heat syndromes are more common. This is due to the reckless movement of fire pathogen in the Bladder, causing water to be unsettled, thus unable to be controlled, resulting in frequent urination.
Qingsheng Wan (Pill of Clearing Superiority): Treats all types of incontinence.
Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix), Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex), Bai Fu Ling (Poria) (each 3 liang), Shan Zhu Yu (Corni Fructus) (pitted), Bei Wu Wei Zi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Mu Li (Ostreae Concha), Lian Rong (Nelumbinis Plumula), Huang Bo (Phellodendri Cortex), Yi Zhi Ren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus), Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) (each 2 liang).
Grind into powder, form pills with honey. Take 3 qian per dose, washed down with plain boiling water on an empty stomach.
(Attached: Spermatorrhea)
Cloudy urine is caused by damp-heat combined with phlegm; treat according to excess and deficiency. Indulging in rich and greasy foods, causing turbid Qi to sink downward, is excess. Overthinking or excessive lust, causing loss of essence control and formation of turbidity, is deficiency. Red urine indicates severe damp-heat, governed by the Heart and Small Intestine. White urine indicates mild damp-heat, governed by the Lung and Large Intestine. However, ancients said that overthinking leads to red urine, while excessive lust combined with phlegm leads to white urine. Spermatorrhea is more severe than nocturnal emission. Some have uncontrollable discharge after urination, some have spontaneous discharge without urination, some have discharge from the urethra accompanied by itching and pain, often feeling like they need to urinate. All these are due to overthinking stirring up Minister Fire (Heart Fire). When Minister Fire moves, Deficient Fire (Kidney Fire) rises accordingly, stimulating True Water (Kidney Yin/fluids) to leak. Some have slippery spermatorrhea due to excessive sexual desire, which is clearly a heat syndrome.
