沸熬如稠糊，放冷。此膏子都要用尽。恐硬，再入酒少许成剂捣千余下，丸如桐子。服五
柏子仁丸 补益元气，充实肌肤。

秘真丸 治肾水真阴本虚，心火狂阳过甚，心有所欲，速于感动，应之于肾。疾于施泄
。此药秘固真元，降心火，益肾水。

Psoraleae Fructus (Chao, stir-fried), Cistanches Herba (Jiu jin, wine-soaked), Eucommiae Cortex (Chao qu si, stir-fried and removed silk), Poria (Bai Fuling), Foeniculi Fructus (Chao, stir-fried), Cuscutae Semen (Jiu jin, wine-soaked), Toosendan Fructus (Chuan Lian Rou), Kochiae Fructus (Jiu jin qu tu, wine-soaked and cleaned of soil), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shi Changpu), Lycii Fructus (Gouqi), Polygalae Radix (Qu xin, remove heart; above each one liang), Natrii Sulfas (Qing Yan, half liang, Chao, stir-fried), Gardeniae Fructus (Qu pi er qian, remove skin, two qian, Chao, stir-fried), Manis Squama (Shi si pian, zhi, fourteen slices, roasted), Chrysanthemi Flos (San qian ban, three qian half).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Boil Jin dates, remove skin and pits, take two liang of flesh; boil walnut kernels, remove skin, take two liang of flesh. Grind each into a paste. Mix the remaining herb powder with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take seventy to eighty pills per dose, washed down with warm water or warm wine as desired.
Chenxiang Baibu Wan (Agarwood Hundred-Invigorating Pill)

Guzhen Wan (Solidify True Pill)
Indicated for kidney channel deficiency damage and insufficiency of true yuan.
Cervi Cornu Degelatinatum (Yi jin, one jin), Poria (Wu liang, five liang), Cervi Cornu Colla (Er liang, two liang).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, dissolve the cervi cornu colla to mix with the powder, make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take one hundred pills on an empty stomach with rice soup or wine.
Dizhi Wan (Rehmannia and Chrysanthemum Pill)
Harmonizes complexion, benefits blood and qi, regulates all joints, darkens hair and strengthens teeth, expels wind and dissipates qi stagnation.

Yansheng Hubao Dan (Life-Prolonging Treasure-Protecting Elixir)
Tonifies primordial qi, strengthens sinews and bones, secures essence, strengthens yang.
Cuscutae Semen (Jiu jin, er liang, wine-soaked, two liang), Cistanches Herba (Jiu jin, er liang, two liang, wine-soaked; these two ingredients should be soaked in more liquid to make paste), Allii Tuberosi Semen (Si liang, yong zao er liang shu shu qu zao, jiang jiu zi zai yong jiu jin yi ye, bei gan yong er liang, four liang, cook with two liang of dates, remove dates, soak leek seeds in wine overnight, dry by baking, use two liang), Cnidii Fructus (Er liang, yong zao san liang tong shu shu, qu zao, yong yi liang, two liang, cook with three liang of dates, remove dates, use one liang), Aucklandoniae Radix (Wu qian, five qian), Bombyx Batryticatus (Quan zhe, er liang, su wei chao, whole insects, two liang, lightly stir-fried with butter), Os Draconis (Yi liang, yong mao xiang yi liang tong zhu yi ri, qu mao xiang, yong mian guo xuan ru jing zhong jin yi ye, qu chu yong, one liang, boil with one liang of Agastache for one day, remove Agastache, wrap in cotton, hang in well to soak overnight, take out), Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum (Yi liang, su zhi huang, one liang, roast with butter until yellow), Nelumbinis Semen (Yi liang, Chao, one liang, stir-fried), Mantidis Oötheca (Yi liang, Chao, one liang, stir-fried), Dry Nelumbinis Stamen (Liang liang, two liang), Trigonellae Semen (Liang liang, two liang), Caryophylli Flos (Wu qian, five qian), Boswelliae Resina (Wu qian, five qian), Moschus (Wu qian, five qian).
Of the fifteen ingredients above, except for Boswelliae Resina, Moschus, and Cuscutae Semen which are made into powder separately, grind the remaining twelve ingredients together into fine powder. Take three liang of the aforementioned Cuscutae Semen powder, add two sheng of the wine used for soaking the herbs, boil over moderate heat until half remains, add two spoons of buckwheat flour, mix evenly with wine, pour in the prepared paste, stir evenly, then add Boswelliae Resina and Moschus, stirring constantly. Boil until thick like paste, let cool. All this paste must be used. If too hard, add a little wine to form a dough, pound over a thousand times, make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take five pills.
Baizi Ren Wan (Platycladi Seed Pill)
Tonifies primordial qi, fills and nourishes the skin and muscles.
Corni Fructus (Si liang, four liang), Platycladi Semen (Ban liang, wei chao, half liang, lightly stir-fried), Polygalae Radix (Ban liang, qu xin, half liang, remove heart), Rubi Fructus (Yi liang, one liang), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Yi liang, qu mo, one liang, take powder).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, boil the Dioscoreae Rhizoma and white flour with wine, mix to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills, washed down with warm wine.
Bawu Shenqi Wan (Eight-Ingredient Kidney-Qi Pill)
Balances and tonifies kidney qi, strengthens teeth and preserves youth.

Yanling Dan (Longevity Elixir)
For spleen and kidney insufficiency, injury and exhaustion of true qi, fatigue in limbs and joints, weakness in movement, lethargy and desire to sleep, lack of luster in face, loss of appetite, obstruction of qi circulation, urgency in lower abdomen, cold pain below umbilicus, and Ben Tun (fleeing pig) or small intestine qi attacking the umbilicus and abdomen. Its merits cannot be fully described.
