治心腹大痛。
干姜 川大黄 巴豆（去皮。各等分）
为末，蜜丸梧子大。每服三丸，温酒下。
治气不升降，胸膈痞闷，时或隐痛。及酒食过伤，噫气吞酸，心脾刺痛，女人一切血气
刺痛。
苍术 桔梗 茴香 干姜 陈皮 浓朴 砂仁 丁皮 良姜 肉桂 甘草 木香（不见
火） 草豆蔻 姜三片，枣一枚，水煎服。
乌药（一钱半） 香附（炒，六钱） 陈皮 紫苏 干姜（各六分）
水煎，食远温服。
一方 治九种心疼。
木通 蒲黄 赤芍 五灵脂
水煎，临服入盐卤二匙，通口服。
治心脾气痛。
草果 玄胡 乳香 没药（各等） 合失笑散酒醋调服。
治心气痛不可忍，及小肠气痛。
蒲黄（炒） 五灵脂（酒研，淘去沙土，各等分） 先以醋调二钱，煎成膏，再入水一
钟煎服。
一方 治心疼，服诸药不效。用醋一小钟，白矾末一钱同煎滚，乘热一吸服之，闭口坐，
立止。
治饮啖生冷果菜，停留中焦，心脾冷痛。

上为细末，各三钱，热盐汤调服。
一方 治心气疼。草果、玄胡索、乳香、共没药，加上五灵脂，恰似手捻，却俱为细末，
每用二钱，烧酒调下。
一方 治心痛。
雄黄 芫花（醋炒） 乳香 玄胡 各三分，细末酒调下，立止。
一方 急心痛，诸方不效，此药有验。
半夏 肉桂 草蔻 枳壳 砂仁 甘草 白芍 当归 紫苏 浓朴
用飞盐一撮，姜三片水煎，食远温服。
Treats severe pain in the heart and abdomen.
Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Chuan Dahuang (Rhubarb Radix), Badou (Croton Seed) (peeled, equal parts each)
Pulverized into fine powder, honey-pilled to the size of a wutong seed. Take three pills per dose, swallowed with warm wine.
Treats dysfunction of qi ascending and descending, chest and diaphragm stuffiness and oppression, occasional dull pain. Also treats injury from excessive alcohol and food intake, belching with acid regurgitation, stabbing pain in the heart and spleen, and all kinds of blood and qi stabbing pain in women.
Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Huixiang (Fennel Fruit), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Chenpi (Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium), Nongpu (Magnolia Bark), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Dingpi (Syzygium Aromaticum Cortex), Liangjiang (Galangal Rhizome), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark), Gancao (Licorice Root), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (not exposed to fire heat), Caodoukou (Cardamomi Fructus), add three slices of fresh ginger and one jujube, decoct in water and take orally.
Wuyao (Lindera Root) (1 qian 1.5 fen), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) (stir-fried, 6 qian), Chenpi (Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium), Zisu (Perilla Leaf), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (each 6 fen)
Decoct in water, take orally warm at a time far removed from meals.
Another prescription: Treats nine types of heartache.
Mutong (Akebia Stem), Puhuang (Typha Pollen), Chishao (Red Peony Root), Wulingzhi (Trogopteri Dung)
Decoct in water, add two spoons of salt brine just before taking, swallow through the mouth.
Treats heart-spleen qi pain.
Caoguo (Tsaoko Cardamom Fruit), Xuanhu (Corydalis Rhizoma), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh) (equal parts each), combined with Shixiaosan (Lost Pain Powder), mixed with wine and vinegar for oral administration.
Treats unbearable heart qi pain, as well as small intestine qi pain.
Puhuang (Typha Pollen) (stir-fried), Wulingzhi (Trogopteri Dung) (ground with wine, washed to remove sand and soil, equal parts each), first mix two qian with vinegar, decoct into a paste, then add one zhong of water, decoct further and take orally.
Another prescription: Treats heartache when other medicines are ineffective. Use one zhong of vinegar, add one qian of Baijian (Alumen) powder, boil together, drink hot in one gulp while keeping the mouth closed and sitting still; the pain will stop immediately.
Treats cold pain in the heart and spleen caused by drinking or eating raw, cold fruits and vegetables that stagnate in the middle jiao.
Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (prepared), Nongpu (Magnolia Bark) (stir-fried with ginger juice), Caoguo (Tsaoko Cardamom Fruit), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Gancao (Licorice Root) (honey-fried), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) (stir-fried), Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus), Chenpi (Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium), Liangjiang (Galangal Rhizome) (equal parts each)
The above ingredients are ground into fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mixed with hot salt water for oral administration.
Another prescription: Treats heart qi pain. Caoguo (Tsaoko Cardamom Fruit), Xuanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), plus Wulingzhi (Trogopteri Dung), finely powdered like hand-kneaded dust. Take two qian per dose, mixed with strong liquor for oral administration.
Another prescription: Treats heartache.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Yuanhua (Genkwa Flower) (stir-fried with vinegar), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Xuanhu (Corydalis Rhizoma) (each 3 fen), ground into fine powder, mixed with wine for oral administration; the pain stops immediately.
Another prescription: For acute heartache where other prescriptions fail, this medicine is effective.
Banxia (Pinellia Tuber), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark), Cao Kou (Black Cardamom), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Gancao (Licorice Root), Baishao (White Peony Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Radix), Zisu (Perilla Leaf), Nongpu (Magnolia Bark)
Use a pinch of refined salt, add three slices of fresh ginger, decoct in water, take orally warm at a time far removed from meals.
