If the condition does not resolve, puncture Fengchi (GB20) and Fengfu (GV16), then administer Guizhi Tang (Cinnamon Twig Decoction), resulting in recovery. In cases of Yangming channel wind-strike, if acupuncture provides slight relief but exterior symptoms persist, and the pulse is wiry and floating, administer Xiaochaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction); if the pulse is merely floating without other symptoms, administer Mahuang Tang (Ephedra Decoction).
