芒硝 蒲黄 细墨（各等份）
上为末。用童子小便半盏，水半盏，调下服之。
当归（一两，焙） 芍药（二两） 香附子（三两，炒）
上为细末。每服一、二钱，米饮调下，服之无时。
赤伏龙肝（灶底焦土，研细）
用酒调三、五钱，泻出恶物，立止。
白术 黄芩 当归（各等分）
上为末。每服三、五钱，水煎，去滓，食前，加桑皮止嗽。
治妇人产中咳嗽。
黄柏桑白皮（用蜜涂，慢火炙黄色为度，二味各等分）
上为细末。每服一、二钱，水一盏，入糯米二十粒，同煎至六分，以款冬花（烧灰
以桦皮烧灰存性，热酒调下三钱，食后服之。
又方
马明退（五钱，烧灰） 轻粉（三钱） 麝香（少许）
上为细末。每服二钱，热酒调下服之。
又方
以皂角烧灰，蛤粉和，热酒将来调数字，下得喉咙笑呵呵。
又方
以淘米木杓上砂子七个，酒下。以吹帚枝透乳孔，甚妙。
九尖蓖麻子叶（三钱飞过） 白矾（二钱）
上用猪肉四两，薄批，棋盘利开掺药，二味荷叶裹，文武火煨热。细嚼，白汤送下后，用干食压之。
半夏（一两半，汤洗七次） 枯白矾（四两）
上二味为末，生姜打面糊和丸，桐子大。每服三、二十丸，空心温酒送下。
款冬花 佛耳草 甘草 钟乳 鹅管石 白矾 官桂 井泉石（以上各等份）
上为细末。每服三钱，水煎服之。（又一方掺咽喉中。）
Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao), Cocciae Fructus Choerospondatis (Puhuang), and Fine Inkstone Dust (Ximo) in equal parts.
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Mix with half a cup of urine from an uncircumcised boy and half a cup of water, then take orally.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, one liang, roasted), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao, two liang), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi, three liang, stir-fried).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take one or two qian each time, mixed with rice water for administration. The timing of administration is not restricted.
Chifu Longgan (The scorched earth at the bottom of the stove, ground finely).
Mix three to five qian with wine to induce the discharge of lochia, which will stop immediately.
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) in equal parts.
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Take three to five qian each time, decocted in water, strain, and take before meals. (Add Morus Cortex Sangbaipi if cough suppression is needed.)
To treat cough occurring during childbirth in women.
Phellodendri Cortex Huangbai and Morus Cortex Sangbaipi (coated with honey and slow-roasted until yellow; these two herbs in equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take one or two qian each time, with one cup of water and twenty grains of Oryza Sativa Glutinosa Semen (Nuomi), decocted together until reduced to sixty percent volume. Add Adenophorae Radix Kuandonghua (burned to ash) and Betulae Cortex Huapi (burned to ash but retaining its nature), mix with hot wine, take three qian, and administer after meals.
Another prescription:
Mingmingtui (Wugong, five qian, burned to ash), Calomel Qingfen (three qian), Moschus Shexiang (a small amount).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with hot wine.
Another prescription:
Burn Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Zaojiao to ash, mix with Concha Meretricis et Cyclinae Gegefen, and take a few doses mixed with hot wine; upon swallowing into the throat, the patient will laugh heartily.
Another prescription:
Take seven grains of sand from the wooden pestle used for washing rice, and swallow with wine. Alternatively, use a broomstick branch to penetrate the nipple pore to promote lactation, which is very effective.
Ricini Folium Bimaculatum Jiujian Bimaculatum (three qian, washed by flying method), Alumen Baijian (two qian).
Slice four liang of pork thinly, score it in a grid pattern, and sprinkle the above two herbs on it. Wrap in lotus leaves and simmer over mild heat until warm. Chew thoroughly, swallow with plain water, and follow with dry food to suppress the medication's effect.
Pinelliae Rhizoma Banxia (one and a half liang, washed seven times with boiling water), Alum Burnt Kubaijian (four liang).
Grind the above two ingredients into powder, mix with paste made from ginger juice and flour, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty to twenty pills each time, swallowed with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Adenophorae Radix Kuandonghua, Petasitae Flos Foercai Cao, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Gancao, Stalactitum Zhongru, Stylites Tubifera Guoguan Shi, Alumen Baijian, Cinnamomi Cortex Guigui, and Jingquanshi (all in equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take three qian each time, decocted in water. (Another method is to apply the powder directly into the throat.)
