First, boil one porcelain basin for one *fu* (approximately two hours), remove it while hot, and immediately throw the Red Lead (*Hongqian*) into it to dry naturally; the method for preparing medicinal milk is the same. First, take half a *jin* of Red Lead (*Hongqian*), place it in a box made of Black Lead (*Heiqian*), add two *jin* of human milk from a nourishing woman, two *jin* of cow's milk, and one *jin* of butter. The preparation method follows the previous text: take half a *jin* of Autumn Stone (*Qiushi*). Wrap the above five ingredients (Red Lead, Black Lead box, human milk, cow's milk, butter, Autumn Stone) tightly in fine cloth, then wrap again in silk floss. Place this bundle in a steamer containing three *dou* of glutinous rice that has been washed clean and thoroughly soaked. Open a hollow in the rice, place the medicine bundle in the hollow, and steam until the rice is cooked. After cooling, remove the medicine bundle and mix it with the drugs to form pills. If too dry, add more human milk to adjust. Make a total of 360 pills. Use the remaining rice to brew wine with yeast. Once the wine is ready, store it in twelve four-ingredient bottles, seal them tightly, and cook them for later use, corresponding to the twelve months of the year. Every morning, take one pill and swallow it with this wine, corresponding to the days of a week. This medicine conforms to the heavenly mechanism of creation; its wonders are hard to describe fully. Do not transmit it recklessly; keep it secret.

The treated conditions are roughly the same as before. Feed delicious food to virgins aged fifteen or sixteen. In the spring months and the eighth month of autumn, pick mulberry leaves from the garden, dry them, and grind equal parts of Licorice Root (*Gancao*), Desmodium Root (*Lulu*), and White Anemone Flower (*Baiyuanhua*) into powder. Mix three *qian* of this powder with the milk of a newborn male infant and administer it to the female patient. Afterwards, boil the front trotters of a male pig with small amounts of Licorice Root (*Gancao*), Cinnamon Bark (*Guipi*), and Frankincense (*Ruxiang*) until very soft. Add a little Frankincense (*Ruxiang*), grind into powder, and make pills the size of millet seeds. Take 30–50 pills each time on an empty stomach with warm wine. To disperse (i.e., to transform menstruation back into milk), take one *qian* each of Pangolin Scales (*Chuanshanjia*) and Purple Tip Flower (*Zishao Hua*), grind into powder, and take with wine to achieve dispersion. This is the method of "transforming menstruation into milk."

The treated symptoms are the same as before. Rabbit Feces (*Tufen*, 4 *liang*), Burdock Fruit (*Dali Zi*, 1 *liang*), Magnetite (*Cishi*, processed/flighted, 1 *liang*), Black Lead (*Heiqian*, 1 *liang*), Cinnabar (*Chensha*, after being buried with Tiankui Grass, 5 *qian*), Licorice Root (*Gancao*, 5 *qian*). Grind the above ingredients into powder, refine honey to make pills, each weighing one *qian*. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in wine, and administer to a healthy girl aged fifteen or sixteen. Drink strong wine until intoxicated, then suckle the breasts to obtain "Peach Wine."

Treating deficiency damage, the five labors, and the seven injuries, capable of restoring Yang and dispelling Yin, with significant efficacy that is hard to describe fully. Use imported Sulfur (*Shang Huang*) in any amount. Burn Motherwort Herb (*Yimucao*) to ash, leach with water to get juice, and boil the sulfur in this juice until dry. Dissolve and boil again. Repeat this process nine times for use. The "Secret of Processing Sulfur" states: "If you want the golden sulfur to be solid and dead, you must subdue it to ash and frost. I now reveal the fragrant grass, woven for people to wear. Secretly burning honey to ash for juice, fearing the leakage of spring light. Nine boils and nine clarifications like water frost, removing filth and phlegm is superior." (Tune: West River Moon). Grind the processed sulfur into powder, use water to make pills the size of millet seeds; this is Golden Liquid Pill (*Jinye Dan*). Adding the following ingredients forms tablets or can be poured into cups, becoming the Purple Cloud Cup (*Zixia Bei*). Processed Sulfur (*Shang Huang*, 1 *liang*), Poria (*Baifushen*, peeled and cored, 5 *qian*), Polygala Root (*Yuanzhi*, cored, 5 *qian*), Sichuan Pepper (*Chuanjiao*, de-seeded, fried to release juice, 3 *qian*), True Halloysite (*Chishizhi*, 5 *qian*), Rock Milk (*Shiru*, 2 *qian*), Large Cinnabar (*Dashachen*, boiled with Licorice Root, 5 *qian*, separately ground), Agarwood (*Chenxiang*, 2 *qian*), Large Fennel Seed (*Da Huixiang*, 2 *qian*), Lotus Stamen (*Lianruixu*, 1 *liang, unopened is best), Early Spring Stamen (*Xian Chunrui*, 1 *liang, do not use after Start of Spring*). Grind all above ingredients into powder. Melt the sulfur and mix evenly with the powder to form tablets. Take by grinding with wine or pour into a cup and drink with wine. This prescription has proven effective repeatedly and was orally transmitted by Mr. Wu Danzhai.
