Qiu Shi (Half jin [approx. 250g], refining method seen previously, collected with Ru Fen [Milk Powder] under autumn dew for several nights, then sun-dried for use); Ru Fen [Milk Powder] (Sun-dried clean, four liang [approx. 125g]; drying method: take a certain amount of human milk, boil it in a copper pot until it becomes a paste, place it in a large porcelain basin, and expose it to the scorching sun. Place water beneath the basin—this is the subtle application of the hexagram Wei Ji [Before Completion]; otherwise, it will never dry completely); Bai Fu Ling [Poria] (One jin [approx. 500g], remove skin, grind into powder, wash with water to remove fibrous membranes, let settle, sun-dry the sediment, and use half a jin [approx. 250g]); Tian Men Dong [Asparagi Radix] (Remove heart, four liang [approx. 125g]); Mai Men Dong [Ophiopogonis Radix] (Remove heart, four liang [approx. 125g]); Ren Shen [Ginseng Radix] (Remove rhizome, four liang [approx. 125g]); Huai Sheng Di Huang [Rehmanniae Radix Recens] and Huai Shu Di Huang [Rehmanniae Radix Preparata] (Four liang [approx. 125g] each, washed with wine and dried, avoid contact with iron); Gan Zhou Gou Qi Zi [Lycii Fructus] (Remove stems, four liang [approx. 125g]).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with boiling white water; good wine may also be used. According to this prescription, men and women suffering from consumptive disease due to blood deficiency will find it effective.

Use two wine cups of human milk (sweet-smelling and white is best) and one wine cup of juice pressed from good pears. Pour them into a rotating pot or copper pot, place inside a soup pot, and bring to a boil until yellow foam rises and cracks appear on the surface. Take one dose daily on an empty stomach; it can eliminate phlegm, tonify deficiency, and generate blood. This is "using humans to supplement humans," and its efficacy cannot be surpassed. Several patients with stroke-induced aphasia and hemiplegia have been cured using this prescription.
Treating various deficiencies, hundred injuries, five labors, seven damages, weakness in limbs, numbness in hands and feet, depletion of Qi and Blood, sallow complexion, emaciation, impotence, nausea, and reduced appetite.
