治痔漏通用，及治肠风下血。
槐角 生 归身 黄 （各二两） 川芎 阿胶 白芷（各五钱） 黄连 条芩 枳壳
秦艽 防风 连翘 地榆 升麻（各一两） 为末，蜜丸或酒糊丸，如桐子大，每服五十
丸，渐加至七八十丸百丸，空心温酒，或米汤下。
此方槐角、生地，生血凉血为君；当归、川芎、黄 、阿胶，补虚为臣；以诸药
为佐使，黄连泻心火，条芩凉大肠，枳壳宽大肠，秦艽去大肠风，防风为血症上使，连
翘为血症中使，地榆为血症下使，而连翘又有散经络中火邪，地榆又能凉血，升麻升散
火邪，又与白芷引诸药入太阳经络，治痔漏经络中之病也。
治久漏虚漏，肛门肿痛生疮，时有脓血，及肠风下血，虚寒久不愈者。
栝蒌（二枚，烧存性） 皮（二个，烧存性） 鸡冠花（微妙，五两） 绿矾（枯，一
两） 白矾（枯，二两） 胡桃仁（取仁，十五两，不去油，罐内烧存性） 白附子 天南
星（生用） 枳壳（去穣，敖炒） 半夏 诃子（煨，各二两） 附子（去皮、脐，生
用，一两） 为末，醋糊丸，桐子大。每服二十丸，空心临卧温酒下。

敷痔漏。
用田螺一个，挑开靥，入片脑一分，过一宿，取螺内水搽疮，先用冬瓜穣煎汤洗净搽之。

治痔疮痔漏初起，人壮便秘血分壅热者。

半，片脑半分，共研一处，藏瓷盒内，勿使出气，用时以手指搽立效。
Treats hemorrhoids and fistulas universally, as well as intestinal wind with blood in the stool.
Huaijiao (Sophorae Fructus, raw), Danggui Shen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Stip), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 2 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (each 5 qian), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Tiaohuangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix), Shengma (Bupleuri Radix) (each 1 liang). Grind into powder, make pills with honey or wine paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, gradually increase to 70-80 or 100 pills, take on an empty stomach with warm wine or rice soup.
In this formula, Huaijiao and Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, implied by context "Sheng" and function) act as the Sovereign herbs, generating blood and cooling blood; Danggui, Chuanxiong, Huangqin, and Ejiao act as the Minister herbs, tonifying deficiency; the remaining herbs act as Assistant and Guide herbs: Huanglian clears Heart fire, Tiaohuangqin cools the Large Intestine, Zhike expands the Large Intestine, Qinjiao removes wind from the Large Intestine, Fangfeng serves as the upper guide for blood disorders, Lianqiao serves as the middle guide for blood disorders, and Diyü serves as the lower guide for blood disorders. Furthermore, Lianqiao disperses fire pathogens in the collaterals, Diyü cools blood, Shengma raises and disperses fire pathogens, and combined with Baizhi to guide the herbs into the Taiyang collaterals, treating diseases of hemorrhoids and fistulas within the collaterals.
Treats chronic leakage, deficient leakage, swelling and pain of the anus with sores, occasional pus and blood, and intestinal wind with blood in the stool, which are chronic and non-healing due to deficiency and cold.
Gualou (Trichosanthis Fructus, burned to retain nature), Pí (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, burned to retain nature), Jiguanhua (Galli Cruciati Flos, slightly fried, 5 liang), Lüfan (Chalcanthitum, calcined, 1 liang), Baifan (Alumen, calcined, 2 liang), Hutaoren (Juglandis Semen, 15 liang, oil not removed, burned in jar to retain nature), Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, raw), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, pith removed, roasted), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Hezi (Terminaliae Chebulae Fructus, baked, each 2 liang), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, skin and navel removed, raw, 1 liang). Grind into powder, make pills with vinegar paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, on an empty stomach and before sleep with warm wine.

For external application on hemorrhoids and fistulas.
Use one river snail, open the operculum, insert Pianao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 1 fen), leave overnight, take the water inside the snail to apply to the sore. First wash the area with winter melon rind decoction, then apply.

Treats early-stage hemorrhoids and fistulas in individuals with robust constitution, constipation, and heat congestion in the blood level.
Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 4 liang, washed with water), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Jiuzhi Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, nine-processed), Huaidou (Sophorae Fructus, fried), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, soaked in rice water, fried), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Dilong (Pheretima, each 2 liang), Pianqing (Scutellariae Radix, 1.5 liang), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, bran-fried), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix) (each 1 liang). Grind into powder, make honey pills, take 3 qian with plain water on an empty stomach.
Another prescription:
Treats hemorrhoids. Use 2-3 white chicken gallbladders to extract juice, Xiongdan (Ursi Fel, 2.5 fen), Pianao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 0.5 fen). Grind together, store in a porcelain box, ensuring no gas escapes. When using, apply with finger for immediate effect.
