土茯苓（五两） 甘草（六分） 天花粉 蝉蜕（去足） 麻黄根（各一钱） 肥皂子（七个）
皂角子（七个 杏仁（七粒，去尖） 僵蚕（一钱，全足） 上俱忌铁器，水三碗，煎一碗。
毒在上，食饱服，毒在下，空心服，二十帖见效。杨梅疮十年，五十帖痊愈。忌面、胡
椒、犬肉、房事、发物、烧酒、蒜，为妙。
治杨梅结毒，一切热毒。久患骨蒸热毒流注，六脉俱数，用之清热解毒神效。
人参 三七（微火焙，研细，二钱） 嫩滑石（研细，三钱） 真琥珀（研细末，四分）
珍珠（生，研细末，四分） 生甘草（晒燥，研细，一钱） 各研极细，和匀，每服
二分，加至三四分，人小者一分加至二分。萆 三钱，煎汤调服。
肥皂核（烧存性，五钱，研为末） 何首乌 天花粉 荆芥 防风 苦参（各一两）
薄荷叶（五钱） 共为末，分作十服，每日用新鲜土茯苓八两，雄猪肉四两，入前药一
服。用水七碗，煮烂去渣，其肉听食，其汤代茶饮之，不过十日痊愈，再无余毒。如善
肉者可作大剂与之。
轻粉（一钱） 辰砂 雄黄（各五分，研细） 蜜丸，均作九丸，每日酒下三丸，三日
服完，不可间一日，若第四日服，遂不应。忌盐与饭，宜食淡面为佳。并忌劳腥，时刻
以水漱口，不可间断，夜卧口含笔管，亦时
漱齿，七日收口痊愈，以毒从齿缝而出，全在漱口去毒，用无后患。
Radix Smilacis Glabrae (Tufuling) [5 liang], Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Gancao) [6 fen], Radix et Rhizoma Arisaematis cum Bile (Tianhuafen), Periostracum Cicadae (Chantui) [feet removed], Radix Ephedrae Sinicae (Mahuanggen) [1 qian each], Semen Gossypii Herbacei (Fanzaozi) [7 seeds], Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis (Zaojiaozizi) [7 seeds], Semen Armeniacae Amarum (Xingren) [7 grains, tips removed], Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan) [1 qian, whole with legs]. All ingredients must not be cooked in iron vessels. Add three bowls of water, decoct to one bowl. For toxicity located in the upper body, take after a full meal; for toxicity in the lower body, take on an empty stomach. Efficacy is seen after twenty doses. For Yameichuang (Syphilitic sores) lasting ten years, fifty doses result in recovery. Avoid wheat products, pepper, dog meat, sexual intercourse, "fa-wu" (stimulating foods that may exacerbate disease), distilled liquor, and garlic, which is advisable.
To treat Yangmei Jiedu (Syphilitic chancres or gummas) and all kinds of heat-toxicity. For chronic cases involving bone-steaming heat-toxicity and flowing toxicity (toxic heat flowing through meridians and bones), with rapid pulses at all six positions (cun, guan, chi on both hands), this formula is miraculously effective in clearing heat and resolving toxicity.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Sanqi (Notoginseng Radix) [roasted over mild fire, ground fine, 2 qian], Nong Huashi (Talcum), Zhen Hupo (Amber), Zhenzhu (Pearl, raw), Sheng Gancao (Raw Licorice Root) [sun-dried, ground fine, 1 qian]. Each ingredient should be ground extremely fine, mixed evenly. Take 2 fen per dose, gradually increasing to 3-4 fen; children take 1 fen, increasing to 2 fen. Decoct 3 qian of Bi Xie (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome) in water to mix with the powder.
Feizaohe (Soap Nut Kernel) [burnt until carbonized but retaining efficacy, 5 qian, ground to powder], Heshouwu (Polygonum Multiflorum Radix), Tianhuafen (Trichosanthes Root), Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Kushen (Sophora Root) [1 liang each]. Boheye (Mint Leaf) [5 qian]. Grind all into powder, divide into ten doses. Daily, use 8 liang of fresh Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) and 4 liang of male pork, add one dose of the above powder. Add seven bowls of water, boil until tender, remove dregs. Eat the meat as desired, drink the soup as tea. Recovery occurs within ten days, with no residual toxicity. If the patient has strong constitution ("shanrou"), larger doses may be given.
Qingfen (Calomel), Chensha (Cinnabar), Xionghuang (Realgar) [0.5 fen each, ground fine]. Form honey pills, make nine pills total. Take three pills daily with wine, finish within three days. Do not skip days; if taken on the fourth day, it will be ineffective. Avoid salt and rice; light noodles are preferred. Also avoid fatigue and pungent/fishy foods. Rinse mouth with water constantly without interruption. At night, hold a pen tube in the mouth while sleeping, and also brush teeth frequently. Wounds heal in seven days; toxins exit through the gums. The key lies in rinsing the mouth to remove toxins, preventing future complications.
