水银（一两） 胆矾 枯矾（各五钱） 麝香（二分） 先将矾香于石器中研细，后入水银，
加香油少许研匀，分作三服。勿令妇人鸡犬见之，密卧在床，不可见风，以右手托药。
擦左脚底，右亦如之，擦时须吃参汤补接，壮者擦一服，出汗为度，弱者止擦半服，微
汗即止。若病患无力，代擦亦可。擦完仰卧，用被盖暖掩脐，更用帕子包头，再擦手
心，连擦三日，食淡粥七日。若口齿发肿，涎水火也。用绿豆汤含吐。
臭梧桐 野菊花 金银花 三味煎，倾入旧马桶内熏之，一日二次，有痔漏加枸杞子。
土茯苓（四两） 川归（二钱） 金银花（二钱） 皂荚子 甘草（一钱） 木瓜（一钱）
牛膝（二钱） 防风（一钱） 熟地（二钱） 羌活（一钱） 川芎（一钱）
水煎三钟，三次服。又方，土茯苓（四两） 金银花（五钱） 皂角（五钱） 以上三味煎
汤，另用大肥皂核，烧存性，为末，每用三分，前药煎熟调服。
猪油（熬去渣二两） 加香油（三钱） 同熬，离火稍冷，加乳香、没药各五钱，入孩
儿茶七钱，搅匀，又入冰片一分、轻粉五分、麝香一分，临用摊贴神效。治下疳。旱
田螺（烧灰）脑子麝香、轻粉少许，为末，香油调敷患处即愈。又方，灯草灰入轻
粉、麝香少许，干贴。
Mercury (1 liang), Alum (Danfan, 胆矾), Calcined Alum (Kufan, 枯矾) (each 5 qian), Musk (Shexiang, 麝香) (2 fen). First, grind the alums and musk into fine powder in a stone mortar. Then add mercury, add a small amount of sesame oil, and grind until uniform. Divide into three doses. Do not let women, chickens, or dogs see it. Lie tightly in bed, avoid wind exposure, use the right hand to apply the medicine. Rub the sole of the left foot, and do the same for the right foot. While rubbing, drink Ginseng Decoction (Renshen Tang, 人参汤) to support the healthy qi. Those with strong constitutions rub one dose, stopping when sweating occurs; those with weak constitutions rub only half a dose, stopping at slight sweating. If the patient is too weak, an assistant may perform the rubbing. After finishing, lie supine, cover warmly with a quilt focusing on the umbilicus, wrap the head with a cloth, then rub the palms. Continue for three days, and consume bland congee for seven days. If the mouth and teeth swell due to salivary fire, rinse and spit out using Mung Bean Decoction (Lvdou Tang, 绿豆汤).
Chinese Parasol Tree Bark (Chou Wutong, 臭梧桐), Wild Chrysanthemum (Ye Juhua, 野菊花), Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua, 金银花). Decoct these three herbs, pour into an old toilet bowl, and fumigate. Twice daily. For hemorrhoids and fistulas, add Goji Berry (Gouqizi, 枸杞子).
Smilax Glabra Rhizome (Tufuling, 土茯苓) (4 liang), Angelica Sinensis Root (Chuangui, 川归) (2 qian), Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua, 金银花) (2 qian), Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit Seed (Zaojiazi, 皂荚子), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) (1 qian), Papaya (Mugua, 木瓜) (1 qian), Achyranthes Bidentata Root (Niuxi, 牛膝) (2 qian), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 防风) (1 qian), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudi, 熟地) (2 qian), Notopterygium Root (Qianghuo, 羌活) (1 qian), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎) (1 qian). Decoct in water to yield three bowls, take in three divided doses. Another prescription: Smilax Glabra Rhizome (Tufuling, 土茯苓) (4 liang), Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua, 金银花) (5 qian), Gleditsia Sinensis Pod (Zaojiao, 皂角) (5 qian). Decoct these three herbs in water. Separately, burn large soap nut seeds until carbonized but retaining efficacy, grind into powder. Take 3 fen each time, mixed with the decocted medicine.
Pig Fat (rendered without dregs, 2 liang) plus Sesame Oil (Xiangyou, 香油) (3 qian). Boil together. When removed from heat and slightly cooled, add Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) and Myrrh (Moyao, 没药) (each 5 qian), add Child's Tea (Haiercha, 孩儿茶) (7 qian), stir uniformly. Then add Borneol (Bingpian, 冰片) (1 fen), Calomel (Qingfen, 轻粉) (5 fen), and Musk (Shexiang, 麝香) (1 fen). Apply as a plaster when needed; this is highly effective for treating chancre (Xiagan, 下疳). Burn Land Snail (Houtianluo, 旱田螺) to ash, mix with brain tissue, Musk (Shexiang, 麝香), and a little Calomel (Qingfen, 轻粉), grind into powder, mix with sesame oil, and apply to the affected area for cure. Another method: Use Rush Pith Ash (Dengcaohui, 灯草灰) mixed with a little Calomel (Qingfen, 轻粉) and Musk (Shexiang, 麝香), apply dry.
