先将猪油化开，下斑蝥煎数沸，随去斑蝥，再下麻黄，煎枯滤去渣，将大枫、蓖麻肉和
黄柏一大块，以猪脂涂蜍炙为末，麻油调搽。
顽癣乃湿热凝聚，虫行皮中，有顽浓坚硬者，俗称牛皮癣，是宜用百部膏搽之。

先将百部等七味，入油熬枯，滤去渣，复将油熬至滴水成珠，再用黄蜡，试水中不散
为度，端起锅来，将雄黄末和入，候稍冷，便入瓷盆中收贮，退火听用。
救自刎法，凡自刎喉管未断者，不可见水，急用麻线缝之，外以血竭细末搽之，随用天
下第一金疮药浓涂之。绵纸盖定，然后用挟布裹脚缠住，线扎之，间日加敷药，头不可动摇
竹木刺入肉，拔不出者，用象牙磨水滴之，良久自出。或用蝼蛄捣烂敷之亦出。若日久
血凝肿胀者，以花蕊散，用象牙水调敷，瘀血散而刺并出矣。
花蕊石为末八两 硫黄末四两
和匀，瓦罐盛之，封口，盐泥固，须晒干，安风炉中，上下着火，炼二炷香，候冷打开
研筛为极细末，收贮。此散瘀血之神药也。
疯犬咬，用明雄黄末五钱，杏仁去皮尖一百粒，炒研，每服二钱，虎骨煎酒送下。服
尽必愈。外并用此敷患处。毒蛇、蜈蚣咬，用明雄黄细末，用蒜捣烂敷之，内服白芷护心散
Lard of a male pig (4 liang), Mylabris (3 pieces), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄) (5 qian), Ricini Semen (Bimazi, 蓖麻子) (shelled and pounded into paste, 100 grains), Semend Garijiae (Dafengzi, 大枫子) (shelled and pounded into paste, 100 grains).
First, melt the lard, add Mylabris and boil for several boils, then remove the Mylabris. Next, add Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄) and fry until withered. Filter out the dregs. Mix the pulp of Semend Garijiae (Dafengzi, 大枫子) and Ricini Semen (Bimazi, 蓖麻子).
Take a large piece of Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏), coat it with lard, roast it (note: original text "蜍" is ambiguous, likely a typo or specific processing method, translated literally as roasted on/toad or processed accordingly), and grind it into powder. Mix with Sesame Oil (Mayou, 麻油) and apply externally.
Stubborn tinea (Wanxuan, 顽癣) is caused by the accumulation of damp-heat, with insects moving within the skin, presenting as stubborn, thick, and hard lesions, commonly known as neurodermatitis (Niupixuan, 牛皮癣). It is suitable to apply Baibu Gao (Stemonae Root Ointment) for application.
Stemonae Radix (Baibu, 百部), Dictamni Cortex (Baixianpi, 白鲜皮), Ricini Semen (Bimazi, 蓖麻子) (shelled), Pyrethri Fructus (Heshi, 鹤虱), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi, 生地) (each 1 liang), Beeswax (Huangla, 黄蜡) (2 liang), Realgar Powder (Xionghuang, 雄黄) (5 qian), Sesame Oil (Mayou, 麻油) (8 liang).
First, put the seven herbs including Stemonae Radix (Baibu, 百部) into the oil and fry until withered. Filter out the dregs. Boil the oil again until it forms beads when dropped in water. Then add Beeswax (Huangla, 黄蜡), testing that it does not disperse in water. Take the pot off the fire, mix in the Realgar Powder (Xionghuang, 雄黄), wait until slightly cool, then store in a porcelain jar to let the heat dissipate before use.
Method for saving self-inflicted throat cuts: For those who have cut their throats but the trachea is not completely severed, do not expose the wound to water. Immediately suture the wound with hemp thread. Apply fine powder of Dragon's Blood (Xuejie, 血竭) externally. Then heavily apply the "Number One Golden Wound Medicine" (Tianxia Diyi Jinchuang Yao, 天下第一金疮药). Cover with cotton paper, then wrap tightly with cloth bandages and tie with thread. Reapply medicine every other day. The head must not move.
For bamboo or wood splinters embedded in flesh that cannot be extracted, drip water made from grinding Ivory (Xiangya, 象牙). After a long time, they will come out naturally. Alternatively, pound groundhogs (Lougu, 蝼蛄) into a paste and apply; they will also come out. If blood stagnation and swelling occur after a long time, use Huarui San (Huarui Powder) mixed with ivory water for external application. Once the blood stasis dissipates, the splinter will be expelled along with it.
Powdered Huashishi (Huarui Stone, 花蕊石) 8 liang, Sulfur Powder (Liuhuang, 硫黄) 4 liang.
Mix evenly, store in a clay jar, seal the mouth, reinforce with salt mud, dry thoroughly, place in a wind furnace, apply fire above and below, refine for two incense sticks' worth of time. After cooling, open, grind and sieve into an extremely fine powder, and store. This powder is a miraculous drug for dissipating blood stasis.
For rabid dog bites, take 5 qian of Realgar Powder (Xionghuang, 雄黄) and 100 apricot kernels (Xingren, 杏仁) peeled and de-seeded, stir-fried and pounded. Take 2 qian per dose, delivered with wine decocted from Tiger Bone (Hugu, 虎骨). Upon finishing the course, recovery is certain. Externally, apply this paste to the affected area. For venomous snake or centipede bites, use fine Realgar Powder (Xionghuang, 雄ang) mixed with pounded garlic for external application, and internally take Baizhi Huxin San (Angelicae Dahuricae Heart-Protecting Powder).
