The Foot-Shaoyang (Gallbladder) Meridian has 43 acupoints. Tongziliao (GB1, Pupil Corner) is located near Tinghui (GB2, Hearing Meeting). Kemaren (Shangguan, GB3, Guest Master/Upper Gate) gathers at Hanyan (GB4, Jaw Wear), while Xuanlu (GB5, Hanging Skull) and Xuanli (GB6, Hanging Hairline) are anterior to Qubin (GB7, Curved Hairline). Descending from ShuaiGu (GB8, Head Valley) and Tianchong (GB9, Heavenly Surge), one observes the elegant forms of Fubai (GB10, Floating White) and Qiaoyin (GB11, Aperture Yin). Wanggu (GB12, Complete Bone) is exposed; Benshen (GB13, Root Spirit) and Yangbai (GB14, Bright White) follow. With the appearance of Linqi (Toulinqi, GB15, Head Pupil), Mucuang (GB16, Eye Window) and Lianzhu (implied adjacent point or text variation) are seen. Zhengying (GB17, Upright Camp) and Chengling (GB18, Receiving Spirit) reside behind them, with Naokong (GB19, Brain Hollow) succeeding in peace. Fengchi (GB20, Wind Pool) and Jianjing (GB21, Shoulder Well) are profound like abyssal fluids; Zhejin (GB22, Sinew Pivot), Riyue (GB24, Sun and Moon), and Jingmen (GB25, Capital Gate) are thereby opened. Daimai (GB26, Belt Vessel) and Wushu (GB27, Five Pivots) connect, continuing through Weidao (GB28, Dimension Path) situated centrally. Huantiao (GB30, Hip Jump) and Fengshi (GB31, Wind Market) reach Zhongdu (GB32, Middle Abyss); drinking Yangguan (Yangjiaoxian context implies proximity or specific local reference, translated as reaching Yangguan then Yanglingquan) leads to Yanglingquan (GB34, Yang Ridge Spring). Beyond Yangjiao (GB35, Yang Intersection) lies Waixiu (GB36, Outer Mound); Guangming (GB37, Brightness), Yangfu (GB38, Yang Auxiliary), and Xuanzhong (GB39, Hanging Middle) can be viewed. Qiuxu (GB40, Mound Ruins), Linqi (Dazu Linqi, GB41, Great Pupil), and Diwuhui (GB42, Earth Five Meetings) appear; Xiaxi (GB43, Streamlet) and Qiaoyin (GB44, Aperture Yin) complete the Gallbladder Meridian.
The Foot-Shaoyang (Gallbladder) Meridian has 43 acupoints. Twenty points on the head are divided into three sections, starting from Tongziliao (GB1) to Fengchi (GB20), described in cumulative order: Tongziliao (GB1) is five fen away; Tinghui (GB2, Hearing Meeting) is in the depression anterior to the ear. Kemaren (Shangguan, GB3) is the empty space anterior to the ear bone when the mouth opens. Hanyan (GB4) and Xuanlu (GB5) are located in the lower margin of the brain hollow and within the curved angle. Xuanli (GB6) differs from this, located above the lower margin of the brain hollow and the curved angle. Qubin (GB7) is at the corner of the hairline above the ear. Shuaigu (GB8) is placed one and a half cun above the ear. Tianchong (GB9) enters the hairline two cun posterior to the ear. Fubai (GB10) is one cun within the hairline. Qiaoyin (GB11) is the acupoint on the occipital bone; there is a gap connecting above Wanggu (GB12). Wanggu (GB12) is where the hairline enters posterior to the ear, measuring four fen, which must be remembered. Benshen (GB13) is two cun lateral to Shenting (GV24), entering the hairline one cun and associated with the side of the ear. Yangbai (GB14) is one cun above the eyebrow; Linqi (Toulinqi, GB15) is five fen above the hairline. Dangyang (GB16 variant or local term, often associated with position) is one cun above the hairline; Mucuang (GB16) reaches one and a half cun above the hairline. Zhengying (GB17) is two and a half cun above the hairline; Chengling (GB18) is four cun above the hairline. Naokong (GB19) is five and a half cun above the hairline. Fengchi (GB20) resides in the depression posterior to the ear and hairline. Jianjing (GB21) is sought in the depression on the shoulder, one and a half cun anterior to the prominent bone. Yuanye (GB22, Abyss Fluid) is three cun anterior to the axilla. Zhejin (GB22) is judged to be five fen below Qimen (LR14). However, Qimen (LR14) belongs to the Liver Meridian, located four and a half cun away from Juque (CV14). Riyue (GB24) is five fen below Qimen. Jingmen (GB25) is at the waist binding below Zhangmen (LR13). Daimai (GB26) is one and eight-tenths cun below Zhangmen. Wushu (GB27) penetrates eight and eight-tenths cun below Zhangmen. Weidao (GB28) is five and three-tenths cun below Zhangmen. Juliao (GB29) is eight and three-tenths cun below Zhangmen. Zhangmen (LR13) originally belongs to the Liver Meridian, contained nine cun lateral to Xiawan (CV10). Huantiao (GB30) is in the hollow of the hip pivot; the point is taken similarly whether flexing up or extending down. Fengshi (GB31) ends where the middle finger hangs down; Zhongdu (GB32) meets five cun above the knee. Yangguan (local point, likely referring to a specific location relative to Yanglingquan) is three cun above Yanglingquan (GB34); Yanglingquan (GB34) follows one cun below the knee. Yangjiao (GB35) is seven cun above the lateral malleolus; Waixiu (GB36) accommodates six cun above the ankle. Guangming (GB37) is five cun above the ankle; Yangfu (GB38) connects four cun above the ankle; Xuanzhong (GB39) is at three cun above the ankle. Qiuxu (GB40) is in the depression anterior to the ankle. This distance to Xiaxi (GB43) is four and five-tenths cun, demonstrating the function of the Yuan-Source point of the Gallbladder Meridian. Linqi (Dazu Linqi, GB41) is one and a half cun posterior to Xiaxi; Diwuhui (GB42) reaches its end one cun from Xiaxi. Xiaxi (GB43) is within the interdigital bone of the toes; Qiaoyin (GB44) is between the fourth and fifth toes.
