上件除茯苓、皂角、巴豆霜另研末外，诸药共为极细末和匀，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，初服二丸，一日加一丸，二
日加二丸，渐渐加至大便微溏，再从二丸起加服之，周而复始，积减大半，勿服。
伏梁丸（东垣） 治心之积，名曰伏粱，起脐上，大如臂，上至心下，久不愈，令人烦心。

痞气丸（东垣） 治脾之积，名曰痞气，在胃脘，复大如盘，久不愈，令人四肢不收，发黄胆，饮食不为肌肤。

The above-mentioned ingredients, except for Poria (Fuling), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fruit (Zaojiao), and Crotonis Fructus Frost (Badoushuang) which are ground into powder separately, are all ground together into an extremely fine powder and mixed evenly. Honey that has been refined is used to make pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Initially take two pills, increase by one pill on the first day, and by two pills on the second day. Gradually increase the dosage until the stool becomes slightly loose. Then, restart from two pills and increase again, cycling in this manner. When the accumulation reduces by more than half, discontinue use.
Fuliang Wan (Formula of Li Dongyuan): Treats the accumulation of the Heart, named Fuliang (Hidden Beam). It starts above the umbilicus, is as large as an arm, and extends upward to below the heart. If not cured for a long time, it causes mental restlessness.

Except for Crotonis Fructus Frost (Badoushuang), the above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. The Crotonis Fructus Frost is ground separately and then immediately mixed evenly with the powder. Honey that has been refined is used to make pills sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Take according to the method described above, administered with a light decoction of Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian).
Piqi Wan (Formula of Li Dongyuan): Treats the accumulation of the Spleen, named Piqi. It is located in the epigastrium, as large as a plate. If not cured for a long time, it causes weakness of the four limbs such that they cannot be controlled, yellow complexion with jaundice, and failure of dietary nutrients to nourish the muscles and skin.
