〔丹〕便浊大概皆是湿痰流注，宜燥中宫之湿，用二陈汤加苍术、白术，燥去其湿。肥白人必多湿痰，以
二陈去其湿热。胃弱者，兼用人参，以柴胡、升麻升其胃中之气。胃中浊气下流，必用二陈加苍术、白术、柴
胡、升麻。一妇人年近六十，形肥，奉养膏粱，饮食肥美，中焦不清，积为湿气，流入膀胱，下注白浊，白
浊即湿痰也，用二陈去痰，苍术、白术去湿补胃，加升麻、柴胡升胃中之清气。服四帖后，浊减大半，却觉胸
满，因柴胡、升麻升动胃气，痰阻满闷而然。间用二陈汤加炒曲、白术、香附以泄其满。若素无痰者，虽升动
胃气，不满也，兼用青黛、樗皮、蛤粉、炒黄柏、炒干姜、滑石为末，炒神曲糊丸服之。凡便浊服药，必
兼服加减珠粉丸
蛤粉 青黛（此二味，主胃中浊气下流，降入膀胱） 樗皮末（大燥湿热） 滑石 黄柏 干姜（炒褐色，
味苦敛肺气下降，使阴血生。干姜，盐制）
上为末，炒神曲为丸。
又方
黄柏（炒焦） 黄柏（生） 蛤粉（各一两） 神曲（半两）
上为末，滴水丸服。
白浊者，湿热伤气，久下不止，此系火不守也。知母、黄柏、炒附子各等分，水丸服。
赤浊者，湿热伤血，于二陈汤中加白芍药，仍用炒柏、蛤粉、椿皮、滑石、青黛，以神曲为丸。一方加干
姜，炮褐色，固而不走。
〔罗〕白淫诸症痿论曰∶思想无穷，所愿不得，意淫于外，入房太甚，奈筋弛纵，发为筋痿，及为白淫。
夫肾脏天一，以悭为事，志意内治，则精全而涩。若思想外淫，房室太甚，则固有淫 不守，辄随溲溺而下也，
然本于筋痿者，以宗筋弛纵也。
内补鹿茸丸 治劳伤思想，阴阳气虚，益精，止白淫。
鹿茸（酥炙） 菟丝子（酒浸） 蒺藜（炒） 白蒺藜 肉苁蓉 紫菀 蛇床子（酒浸） 黄 桑螵蛸
阳起石 附子（炮） 官桂（各等分）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如桐子大。每服二十丸，食前温酒送下。
茯苓丸 治心气不足，思虑太过，肾经虚损，其阳不固溺有余沥，小便白浊，梦寐频泄。
菟丝子（酒浸，五两） 石莲（去壳，三两） 白茯苓（去皮，二两）
上为细末，酒糊为丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，盐汤下。常服镇益心神，补虚养血，清小便。
金箔丸 治下焦虚，小便白淫，夜多异梦遗泄。
蚕蛾 破故纸（炒） 韭子（炒） 牛膝（酒浸） 肉苁蓉 龙骨 山茱萸 桑螵蛸 菟丝子
（酒浸。各一两）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，温酒空心下。
王瓜散 治小便自利如泔色，此肾虚也。
王瓜根 桂心（各一两） 白石脂 菟丝子（酒浸） 牡蛎（盐泥烧赤，候冷去泥。各二两）
上为末，每服二钱，煎大麦粥汤调下，日三服，食前。
〔杨氏〕萆 厘清饮 治白浊凝面如油，光彩不定，凝脚如糊。
益智仁 川萆 石菖蒲 乌药（各等分）
上 咀，每服四钱，水一盏，入盐一捻，煎七分，食前温服。一方加茯苓、甘草。
[Danxi] Genital turbidity (turbid urine) is generally caused by the flow and accumulation of damp-phlegm. It is appropriate to dry the dampness in the middle jiao (spleen and stomach) using Erchen Tang (Two-Cured Decoction) added with Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu) and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) to dry and remove the dampness. Obese individuals necessarily have much damp-phlegm; use Erchen Tang to remove damp-heat. For those with weak Stomach Qi, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) should be used concurrently, along with Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu) and Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) to raise the Qi in the Stomach. If turbid Qi in the Stomach flows downward, Erchen Tang must be used with Cangzhu, Baizhu, Chaihu, and Shengma. A woman near sixty years old, obese, accustomed to rich and fatty foods, had unclear middle jiao accumulation forming dampness, which flowed into the Bladder and descended as genital turbidity. Genital turbidity is essentially damp-phlegm; use Erchen Tang to resolve phlegm, Cangzhu and Baizhu to dry dampness and tonify the Stomach, adding Shengma and Chaihu to raise the clear Qi in the Stomach. After taking four doses, the turbidity decreased by more than half, but chest fullness was felt. This occurred because Chaihu and Shengma raised the Stomach Qi, causing obstruction by phlegm leading to fullness and stuffiness. Intermittently use Erchen Tang added with fried Shenqu (Medicated Leaven), Baizhu, and Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu) to drain the fullness. If one does not habitually have phlegm, raising the Stomach Qi will not cause fullness. Concurrently use Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Chupi (Ailanthi Cortex), Ge Fen (Concha Meretricis), fried Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), fried Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), and Huashi (Talcum) ground into powder, formed into pills with a paste made from fried Shenqu. When treating genital turbidity with medicine, Ji Jian Zhu Fen Wan (Modified Pearl Powder Pill) must always be taken concurrently.
Concha Meretricis (Ge Fen); Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) [These two herbs govern the downward flow of turbid Qi from the Stomach into the Bladder]; Ailanthi Cortex powder (Chupi) [strongly dries damp-heat]; Talcum (Huashi); Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai); Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang) [fried until brown, bitter taste astringes Lung Qi to descend, generating Yin blood; Ganjiang should be salt-processed].
Grind the above into powder and form pills using a paste of fried Shenqu.
Another prescription:
Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) [fried scorched]; Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) [raw]; Concha Meretricis (Ge Fen) [1 liang each]; Medicated Leaven (Shenqu) [0.5 liang].
Grind the above into powder, add water dropwise to form pills.
Genital turbidity (Bai Zhuo) results from damp-heat injuring Qi; prolonged discharge indicates Fire failing to remain in its place. Use equal parts of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), and fried Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix (Fuzi), water-pelleted for administration.
Red turbidity (Chi Zhuo) results from damp-heat injuring Blood. Add Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao) to Erchen Tang. Continue using fried Huangbai, Ge Fen, Chunpi (Toosendan Cortex), Huashi, and Qingdai, formed into pills with Shenqu. Another formula adds Ganjiang, roasted until brown, which is astringent and non-dispersive.
[Luo Tianyi] "Discussion on White Sperm and Flaccidity Syndromes" states: Endless thoughts, unfulfilled desires, mental lust directed outward, and excessive sexual intercourse lead to flaccidity and laxity of sinews, resulting in Sinew Flaccidity (Jin Wei) and White Sperm (Bai Yin). The Kidney belongs to Heavenly Water (Yi Shui) and functions through retention. If intentions are managed internally, Essence is complete and secure. If thoughts turn to external lust and sexual activity is excessive, the inherent Essence cannot be retained and follows urination out. However, the root lies in Sinew Flaccidity due to the laxity of the Zong Jin (Gathering of Sinews).
Nei Bu Lu Rong Wan (Internal Tonification Deer Antler Pill): Treats injury from labor and thought, deficiency of Yin and Yang Qi, tonifies Essence, stops White Sperm.
Deer Antler without Horn (Lu Rong) [prepared with butter]; Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi) [soaked in wine]; Tribuli Fructus (Jili) [fried]; Tribuli Fructus (Bai Jili); Cistanches Herba (Rou Cong Rong); Asteris Radix (Ziwan); Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi) [soaked in wine]; Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin - *Note: Text says 'Huang', likely Huangqin or Huangbai contextually, but strictly translating character*); Mantis Egg Case (Sangpiaoxiao); Oryctoloci Os (Yangqishi); Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix (Fuzi) [roasted]; Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guiguan) [equal parts].
Grind finely, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 20 pills before meals with warm wine.
Fuling Wan (Poria Pill): Treats insufficient Heart Qi, excessive thought, Kidney channel deficiency, insecure Yang, residual urine after voiding, white turbid urine, and frequent nocturnal emission in dreams.
Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi) [wine-soaked, 5 liang]; Nelumbinis Semen (Shilian) [shelled, 3 liang]; Poria (Baifuling) [peeled, 2 liang].
Grind finely, form pills with wine paste, size of tung tree seeds. Take 30 pills with salt water. Regular use calms and benefits the Heart Spirit, tonifies deficiency and nourishes Blood, clears the lower urinary tract.
Jin Bo Wan (Gold Foil Pill): Treats Lower Jiao deficiency, white turbid urine, frequent strange dreams and emission at night.
Bombyx Batryticatus (Can'e); Psoraleae Fructus (Po Guzhi) [fried]; Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiu Zi) [fried]; Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) [wine-soaked]; Cistanches Herba (Rou Cong Rong); Dragon Bone (Longgu); Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu); Mantis Egg Case (Sangpiaoxiao); Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi) [wine-soaked, 1 liang each].
Grind finely, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 30 pills on an empty stomach with warm wine.
Wagua San (Trichosanthes Root Powder): Treats spontaneous urination resembling rice wash water color, indicating Kidney deficiency.
Trichosanthes Radix (Wagagen); Cinnamon Heart (Guixin) [1 liang each]; Halloysit Rubrum (Baishizhi); Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi) [wine-soaked]; Oyster Shell (Muli) [baked red in salt mud, cooled and cleaned, 2 liang each].
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with decoction of Hordeum Vulgare (Da Mai) porridge water. Take three times daily before meals.
[Yang Shi] Bixie Qingfen Yin (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Clear Turbidity Decoction): Treats white turbidity that looks like oil on the surface, unstable luster, and clumps like paste at the bottom.
Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus (Yizhiren); Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma (Chuan Bixie); Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu); Linderae Radix (Wuyao) [equal parts].
Coarsely crush. Take 4 qian per dose, with one cup of water and a pinch of salt, decoct to 7/10 volume. Take warm before meals. Another formula adds Poria (Fuling) and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao).
