The acupoints of the Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian originate from the big toe. Yinbai (SP-1) begins on the medial side, followed by Dadu (SP-2), Taibai (SP-3), and Gongsun (SP-4). Shangqiu (SP-5) leads upward to Sanyinjiao (SP-6). Lougu (SP-7), Diji (SP-8), and Yinlingquan (SP-9) follow. Xuehai (SP-10), Jimen (SP-11), and Chongmen (SP-12) are arranged in sequence. Fushe (SP-13), Fujie (SP-14), and Daheng (SP-15) extend upward. Fu'ai (SP-16), Shidou (SP-17), and Tianxi (SP-18) connect continuously. Xiongxiang (SP-19), Zhourong (SP-20), and finally Dabao (SP-21) complete the meridian, totaling twenty-one acupoints of the Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian.
Yinbai (SP-1) is located at the medial end of the big toe. Dadu (SP-2) is sought in the depression behind the joint. Taibai (SP-3) is under the medial malleolus bone prominence on the medial side. Gongsun (SP-4) is one cun posterior to the joint. Shangqiu (SP-5) is in the slight anterior depression below the medial malleolus. Sanyinjiao (SP-6) is three cun above the medial malleolus. Lougu (SP-7) is another three cun above Sanyinjiao. Diji (SP-8) is five cun above the medial malleolus. Yinlingquan (SP-9) is on the medial side below the knee. Xuehai (SP-10) is on the medial aspect, one cun above the patella. Jimen (SP-11) is above the fleshy part of the thigh, where the arterial pulse can be felt between the tendons. Chongmen (SP-12) is at the pulsating point at both ends of the Henggu bone. Fushe (SP-13) is observed seven fen upward from Chongmen. Fujie (SP-14) enters three cun upward from Fushe. Daheng (SP-15) is one cun three fen upward from Fujie. Fu'ai (SP-16) is three cun half upward from Daheng. Shidou (SP-17) is separated by three cun upward from Fu'ai. Tianxi (SP-18) is one cun six fen upward from Shidou. Xiongxiang (SP-19) and Zhourong (SP-20) follow the same measurements. Laterally oblique to the armpit about six cun away, Dabao (SP-21) is at the end of the costal margin on the ninth rib.
Note: [1] Yinbai (SP-1) is located posterior to the medial end of the big toe, approximately the width of a leek leaf from the corner of the nail.
[2] Moving along the medial side of the big toe from Yinbai (SP-1), to the interosseous space at the end of the second phalanx, in the depression at the junction of red and white skin, is Dadu (SP-2).
[3] Moving along the posteromedial side of the big toe from Dadu (SP-2), to the depression at the junction of red and white skin below the medial malleolar prominence, is Taibai (SP-3).
[4] Moving upward from Taibai (SP-3), one cun posterior to the base of the big toe, in the depression anterior to the medial malleolus, is Gongsun (SP-4).
[5] Moving upward from Gongsun (SP-4), in the slight anterior depression below the medial malleolus, is Shangqiu (SP-5).
[6] Moving upward from Shangqiu (SP-5), three cun above the tip of the medial malleolus, in the depression between the bones, is Sanyinjiao (SP-6).
[7] Moving upward three cun from Sanyinjiao (SP-6), in the depression between the bones, is Lougu (SP-7).
[8] Moving upward five cun from Lougu (SP-7), on the medial side five cun below the knee, in the depression between the bones, take the point with the leg extended; this is Diji (SP-8).
[9] Moving upward from Diji (SP-8) below the knee, in the depression at the head of the transverse crease of the flexed knee on the medial side, is Yinlingquan (SP-9).
[10] Moving upward from Yinlingquan (SP-9), in the depression at the junction of white skin on the medial aspect, one cun above the patella, is Xuehai (SP-10).
[11] Moving upward from Xuehai (SP-10), above the fleshy part of the thigh, passing between two tendons, on the medial side of the femur, where the arterial pulse is palpable without heavy pressure, is Jimen (SP-11).
[12] Moving upward from Jimen (SP-11), at the arterial pulsation in the crease at both ends of the Henggu bone, three cun half lateral to the midline of the abdomen, is Chongmen (SP-12).
[13] Moving upward seven fen from Chongmen (SP-12), lateral to the midline of the abdomen, also three cun half lateral, is Fushe (SP-13).
[14] Moving upward three cun from Fushe (SP-13), lateral to the midline of the abdomen, also three cun half lateral, is Fujie (SP-14).

[17] Moving upward three cun from Fu'ai (SP-16), or from the third intercostal space above the breast where the arterial pulse is palpable, downward six cun four fen, six cun lateral to the midline of the chest, take the point with the arm raised; this is Shidou (SP-17).
[18] Moving upward one cun six fen from Shidou (SP-17), six cun lateral to the midline of the chest, take the point in supine position; this is Tianxi (SP-18).
