Store the placenta in a new bottle, wrap the mouth with silk, and bury it near the directions of Tiande (Heavenly Virtue) and Yuekong (Monthly Emptiness). Choose a sunny and dry location, ensuring it is strictly sealed, so that the child will be free from disease and live a long life.
[Note]
When storing the placenta, place it in a new bottle, wrap the bottle's mouth with green silk, select a sunny and dry location, dig a pit three chi deep at the position of Tiande and Yuekong, and bury it there. The child will naturally be healthy and long-lived. If the placenta is not stored properly, it will be detrimental to the child.

Shave the infant's lanugo at one month old in a warm, enclosed room, ensuring conditions are suitable. Rub the head with a mixture of apricot kernels, sesame oil, and calamine powder to eliminate all conditions caused by fetal toxins, such as sores and boils.
[Note]
Shaving the infant's hair at one month old must be done in a warm, enclosed room because the child's Qi and Blood are not yet full, making them susceptible to cold wind invasion.
After shaving, take three apricot kernels, grind them finely, add three leaves of Bohe (Mentha haplocalyx), and grind them together again.
Add three to four drops of Mazihyou (Sesame Oil), mix evenly with Nifen (Calamine Powder), and apply to the head. This can ward off wind pathogens and prevent conditions such as sores, boils, and heat toxins.
