Treats stomach Qi deficiency and Mingmen (Gate of Life) fire decline. Symptoms include testicular descent with pain.
Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root, 6 qian) Shan Yu Rou (Cornus Fruit Flesh, 1 qian) Shan Yao (Chinese Yam, 3 qian) Qi Zi (Goji Berry, 3 qian) Gan Cao (Licorice Root, 5 fen) Du Zhong (Eucommia Bark) Rou Gui (Cinnamon Twig) Fu Zi (Aconite Root).
Decoct in water and take orally.
Treats dual deficiency of the Liver and Kidney.
Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root, 8 liang) Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berry) Tu Si Zi (Dodder Seed) Lu Jiao Jiao (Deer Antler Glue, each 2 liang) Shan Yao (Chinese Yam) Gui Ban Jiao (Tortoise Shell Glue) Niu Xi (Achyranthes Root, each 2 liang) Shan Yu Rou (Cornus Fruit Flesh).
The above herbs. Melt the Gui Ban Jiao (Tortoise Shell Glue) and Lu Jiao Jiao (Deer Antler Glue) separately, then mix to form pills. Size similar to Sophora seeds. Take 3–4 qian per dose, washed down with boiled water.
Treats cases of Mingmen (Gate of Life) fire decline.
Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root, 8 liang) Shan Yao (Chinese Yam, 2 liang) Qi Zi (Goji Berry, 3 liang) Shan Yu Rou (Cornus Fruit Flesh, 1 liang) Tu Si Zi (Dodder Seed, 2 liang) Lu Jiao Jiao (Deer Antler Glue, 3 liang) Chao Zhi (Stir-fried [instruction incomplete in source]).
The above herbs. Add 8 qian of Rou Gui Mo (Cinnamon Twig Powder). Grind all together into a fine powder. Use Lu Jiao Jiao (Deer Antler Glue) dissolved in water to bind into pills. Size similar to Sophora seeds. Take 3–4 qian per dose, washed down with light salt soup.

Treats Kidney deficiency leading to insecure essence gate and seminal emission.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Root) Tian Dong (Asparagus Fern Tuber) Sheng Di Huang (Rehmannia Root, each 3 qian) Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark) Sha Ren (Amomum Fruit, crushed) Gan Cao (Licorice Root, each 1 qian). Mix with honey and water to form pills the size of a bullet.
Take one pill per dose, dissolve in boiled water and ingest.
Treats lower back pain, also treating Lin syndrome (Dysuria).

Refine with honey and water to make pills. Size similar to Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, washed down with light salt soup.
Treats Cold Hernia as well as symptoms of lateral descent and Small Intestine hernia pain.
Chuan Lian Zi (Toosendan Fruit, 3 qian) Xiao Hui Xiang (Fennel Fruit, 5 fen) Mu Xiang (Costus Root, 1 qian) Dan Wu Zhu Yu (Evodia Fruit, lightly processed, 1 qian). Decoct in long-flowing water and take orally.
