薄荷末（三分） 儿茶（一分半） 黄柏（一厘） 龙骨（醋 ，二厘） 白芷（二厘半，肿痛倍用） 生
甘草（五厘） 珍珠（五厘） 冰片（三厘） 研细末，口疳吹之即愈。初起热甚倍薄荷。久病多加儿茶、
龙骨、珍珠即长肉。痧痘后，去黄柏、龙骨，加牛黄。疳重加滴乳石、朱砂各少许。
人参 白术 茯苓 当归 白芍（各一钱） 升麻 五味 麦冬 玄参 炙甘草（各五分）
如不应，加姜、附。
熟地黄 生地黄 天门冬（去心） 黄芩 枇杷叶（去毛） 山茵陈 枳壳 金钗石斛（各一
两） 甘草 犀角（各五钱） 为末，每服二钱，水一盏，煎七分，临卧温服。小儿
量减。
五味子 熟地黄（杵膏） 麦门冬 当归 肉苁蓉 山茱萸（去核） 干山药 枸杞子 甘
州菊花 巴戟肉（各等分） 为末，蜜丸，桐子大，每服七八十丸，空心，食前，白汤
送下。
柴胡 黄芩（炒，各一钱） 黄连（炒） 山栀（炒，各七分） 当归（二钱） 川芎（六分） 生地黄（一钱）
升麻（八分） 牡丹皮（一钱） 甘草（三分） 上水煎服。
白芷 升麻 枳壳（麸炒） 黄芩 防风（各一钱半） 半夏（姜汤泡七次，一钱） 石斛（一钱二分）
甘草（七分） 水二钟、姜三片，煎八分，饭后服。

In the early stage with severe heat, increase the dose of Menthae Hirtae Folium; in chronic cases, add more Catha Edulis, Longgu, and Zhenzhu to promote tissue regeneration; after exanthematous diseases (sha dou), remove Phellodendri Cortex and Longgu, add Bovis Calculus (Niuhuang); for severe oral ulcers, add small amounts of Dirus Lapis (Diru Shi) and Cinnabar.
