榆白皮 赤茯苓 甘遂（煨） 瞿麦 犀角屑 山栀子 木通 子苓 滑石（各半两） 川
芒硝（一两）为散，每服三钱，水一盏，煎至五分，去滓温服，食前。
牛膝一合洗净，以水五盏，煎耗其四留其一，去滓，加麝香少许，
研调服，无时。
肉苁蓉（酒浸，切焙） 熟地黄 山药 石斛（去根） 牛膝（酒浸，切焙） 官桂（去粗皮） 槟榔（各半
两） 附子（去皮脐，炮） 黄 （各一两） 黄连（去须，七钱半） 细辛（去苗叶） 甘草（炙，各二钱
半） 上为末蜜丸，桐子大，每服二十丸，盐酒下。
泽泻 鸡苏 石韦（去毛，炙） 赤茯苓（去皮） 蒲黄 当归 琥珀（另研） 槟榔（各一两）
枳壳（麸炒） 桑螵蛸（炒，各半两） 官桂（七钱半） 上为末，每服二钱，冬葵煎汤调服，或木
通汤亦可。
沉香 石韦（去毛） 滑石 当归 王不留行 瞿麦（各半两） 葵子 赤芍药 白
术（各七钱半） 甘草（炙，二钱半） 为末，每服二钱，用大麦汤调服，以利为度。

Artemisia Capillaris Herb (Shanyinchén), Lysimachiae Herba (Dan Zhuyè) (each 1 qian), Akebia Caulis (Mutong), Talcum (Huashi), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gancao) (each 1.5 qian), Stir-fried Gardenia Seed (Chao Shanzhiren), Red Peony Root (Chishaoyao), Red Poria (Chifuling) (each 1 qian). Prepare as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct to one zhong, take before meals.
Ulmus Cortex (Yubaipi), Red Poria (Chifuling), Baked Kansui Root (Wei Gansui), Lamiophlomis Herb (Qumai), Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao Xie), Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhizi), Akebia Caulis (Mutong), Scutellaria Root (Ziling), Talcum (Huashi) (each half liang), Sichuan Mirabilite (Chuan Mangxiao) (1 liang). Grind into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add one zhan of water, decoct to 0.5 zhan, filter dregs, take warm, before meals.
Achyranthes Root (Niuxi) (one he), wash clean, add five zhan of water, decoct until four parts evaporate and one part remains, filter dregs, add a small amount of Moschus (Shexiang), grind and mix, take at any time.

Alisma Rhizome (Zexie), Elsholtzia Herb (Jisu), Pyrrhosia Leaf (Shiwei) (remove hairs, roast), Red Poria (Chifuling) (remove skin), Lygodium Spore (Puhuang), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Amber (Hupo) (separately ground), Areca Seed (Binglang) (each 1 liang), Bran-fried Aurantium Fructus (Zhike), Mantis Egg-case (Sangpiaoxiao) (stir-fried, each half liang), Cinnamon Twig (Guangui) (7.5 qian). Grind into powder, take 2 qian per dose, mix with Decoction of Abutilon Seeds (Dongkui), or Decoction of Akebia Caulis (Mutong) may also be used.
Agarwood (Chenxiang), Pyrrhosia Leaf (Shiwei) (remove hairs), Talcum (Huashi), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Galii Semen (Wangbuliuxing), Lamiophlomis Herb (Qumai) (each half liang), Abutilon Seed (Kui Zi), Red Peony Root (Chishaoyao), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu) (each 7.5 qian), Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gancao) (2.5 qian). Grind into powder, take 2 qian per dose, mix with Barley Decoction (Damai Tang), stop when bowel movement is unobstructed.
