鹿角霜 白茯 秋石（各等分） 为末，糊丸、如桐子大，每服五十丸，米饮下。
海金沙 滑石（各一两，为末） 甘草（二钱半，为末） 上研匀，每服二钱，食前，煎麦门
冬汤调服，灯心汤亦可。
菟丝子（去尘土，水淘净，酒浸，控干蒸，捣，焙） 桑螵蛸（炙，各半两） 泽泻（二钱半） 为末，蜜
丸，桐子大，每服二十丸，空心，清米饮送下。
琥珀 桂心 滑石 川大黄（微炒） 葵子 腻粉 木通 木香 磁石（火 ，酒淬七次，
细研，水飞，各半两） 上为细末，每服二钱，用灯心、葱白汤调下。
马兰花 麦门冬（去心） 白茅根 车前子 甜葶苈（炒） 苦葶苈（炒） 檀香 连翘（各等分）
为末，每服四钱，水煎。（渴加黄芩，入烧盐少许。）
石燕（火烧令通赤，水中淬三次，研极细，水飞，焙干） 石韦（去毛） 瞿麦穗 滑石（各一两） 上为
细末，面糊丸，梧桐子大，每服十丸，用瞿麦、灯心煎汤送下，日三服。
黄蜀葵（花、子俱用，炒，一两） 为末，每服一钱，米饮下，食前服。
桃仁（去皮，炒） 归尾（酒洗，各一两） 牛膝（四两，去芦，酒浸一宿） 赤芍药 生地黄（酒洗，各一
两五钱） 川芎（五钱） 俱锉片，用甜水十钟，炭火慢慢煎至二钟，入麝香少许，分
作四次，空心服。如夏月，用凉水换此膏，不坏。
(In addition to the formulas listed above, add Shiwei [Pyrrosiae Folium], Muxiang [Aucklandiae Radix], Dongkuizi [Abutilonis Semen], and Chenxiang [Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum].)
Lujiaoshuang (Cervus Cornu Degelatinatum), Baifu [Poria], Qushi (Calcined Urine Stone) (equal parts). Grind into fine powder, make pills with rice paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills each time, swallow with rice water.
Haijinsha [Lygodii Spora], Huashi [Talcum] (each 1 liang, grind into powder), Gancao [Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma] (2 qian half, grind into powder). Mix evenly, take 2 qian each time before meals, mix with decoction of Maidong [Ophiopogonis Tuber] for administration; Dengxincao [Junci Medulla] decoction is also acceptable.
Tusizi [Cuscutae Semen] (remove dust, wash clean with water, soak in wine, drain, steam, crush, dry-roast), Sangpiaoxiao [Mantis Ootheca] (stir-fry, each ban liang), Zexie [Alismatis Rhizoma] (2 qian half). Grind into fine powder, make honey pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills each time on an empty stomach, swallow with clear rice water.
Hupo [Succinum], Guixin [Cinnamomi Ramulus], Huashi [Talcum], Chuan Dahuang [Rhei Radix et Rhizoma] (slightly stir-fried), Kuizi [Abutilonis Semen], Nifen [Calomelas], Mutong [Akebiae Caulis], Muxiang [Aucklandiae Radix], Cishi [Magnetitum] (heat until red-hot, quench in wine seven times, grind finely, wet-grind, each ban liang). Grind all into fine powder, take 2 qian each time, mix with Dengxincao [Junci Medella] and Congbai [Allii Fistulosi Bulbus] decoction for administration.
Malanhua [Iris lactea var. chinensis flower], Maidong [Ophiopogonis Tuber] (remove heart), Baimaogen [Imperatae Rhizoma], Cheqianzi [Plantaginis Semen], Tian Tingli [Descurainiae Semen et Herba] (stir-fried), Ku Tingli [Lepidii Semen et Herba] (stir-fried), Tanxiang [Santalum Album Wood], Lianqiao [Forsythiae Fructus] (equal parts). Grind into fine powder, take 4 qian each time, decoct with water. (If thirsty, add Huangqin [Scutellariae Radix] and a small amount of roasted salt.)
Shiyan [Petreidae Os], Shiwei [Pyrrosiae Folium] (remove hairs), Qumai [Dianthi Herba], Huashi [Talcum] (each 1 liang). Grind all into fine powder, make pills with flour paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 10 pills each time, swallow with decoction of Qumai [Dianthi Herba] and Dengxincao [Junci Medulla], three times a day.
Huangshukui [Malvae Crispae Flos et Semen] (both flower and seed used, stir-fried, 1 liang). Grind into fine powder, take 1 qian each time, swallow with rice water, take before meals.
Taoren [Persicae Semen] (remove skin, stir-fry), Guiwei [Angelicae Sinensis Radix tail] (wine-wash, each 1 liang), Niuxi [Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix] (4 liang, remove root neck, soak in wine overnight), Chi Shaoyao [Paeoniae Radix Rubra], Sheng Dihuang [Rehmanniae Radix Recens] (wine-wash, each 1 liang 5 qian), Chuanxiong [Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma] (5 qian). All cut into slices, use sweet water 10 zhong, slowly decoct over charcoal fire until 2 zhong remain, add a small amount of Shexiang [Moschus], divide into four doses, take on an empty stomach. In summer, replace this paste with cold water to prevent spoilage.
