茯神（去皮，一钱半） 远志（去心） 酸枣仁（炒，各一钱二分） 石菖蒲 人参 白茯苓（各一钱）
黄连 生地黄（各八分） 当归（一钱，酒洗） 甘草（四分） 水二钟，莲子七枚，捶碎，煎八分，
食前服。
黄柏皮（新瓦上炒赤） 真蛤粉（各一斤） 为末，滴水丸，桐子大，每服百丸，温酒下。
一方加知母、牡蛎各等分，黄柏盐酒制。
龙骨（一两） 大诃子皮（五枚） 缩砂仁（半两） 朱砂（一两，研细，留一分为衣） 面糊丸，绿豆大，
每服一二十丸，温酒、熟水任下，不可多服。
伏火朱砂 真磁石 赤石脂 代赭石 石中黄 禹余粮石 乳香 没药（各一两）
上为末，研匀极细，糯米浓饮丸，桐子大或豆大，每服一粒，空心，盐汤下。
五倍子（八两） 补骨脂（酒浸，炒，十两） 肉苁蓉（洗） 紫巴戟（去心） 葫芦巴（炒，各一斤） 茯苓
（去皮，六两） 龙骨（二两） 朱砂（三两，别研） 上为末，入研药令匀，酒糊丸，梧子大，每二
十丸，空心，盐、酒任下。
柴胡梢 泽泻（各一钱） 车前子 木通（各五分） 当归梢 龙胆草 生地黄（各三分） 上
咀，水三大盏，煎一盏，空心，稍热服，更以美 压之。
Fushen (Poria with Hostwood, 1.5 qian), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, dehearted), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, stir-fried, each 1.2 qian), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Bai Fuling (Poria, each 1 qian), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, each 0.8 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1 qian, washed with wine), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 0.4 qian). Add two zhong of water and seven lotus seeds (crushed), decoct until 0.8 zhong remains, take before meals.
Chuan Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, stir-fried to brown) made into water pills.
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 1 liang), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 1 qian) made into honey pills, take ten pills per dose, administered with Maidong Tang (Ophiopogonis Decoction).
Huangbapi (Phellodendri Cortex, stir-fried on a new tile until red), Zhen Gafen (Concha Arcae, each 1 jin) ground into powder, drop-water pill method, size of wutong seeds, take one hundred pills per dose, administered with warm wine. Another prescription adds Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) and Muli (Ostreae Concha) in equal parts; Huangbai should be processed with salt and wine.
Longgu (Os Draconis, 1 liang), Da Hezi Pi (Terminalia Chebula Pericarpium, five pieces), Suosharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus, half liang), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, 1 liang, finely ground, reserve one fen for coating), wheat paste pills, size of mung beans, take ten to twenty pills per dose, administered with warm wine or boiled water as preferred, do not overdose.
Fu Huo Zhusha (Processed Cinnabaris), Zhen Cishi (Magnetitum), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum), Daizheshi (Haematitum), Shizhonghuang (Calaminaris Lapis), Yuyuliangshi (Yuccae Lithospermum), Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina), Moyao (Myrrhae Resina, each 1 liang). The above are ground into powder, mixed evenly to an extremely fine consistency, glutinous rice thick liquid used for pill formation, size of wutong seeds or beans, take one pill per dose, on an empty stomach, administered with salt water.
Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis, 8 liang), Buguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus, soaked in wine and stir-fried, 10 liang), Rourongrong (Cistanches Herba, washed), Zi Bajiji (Morindae Officinalis Radix, dehearted), Huluba (Trigonellae Foenum-Graeci Semen, stir-fried, each 1 jin), Fuling (Poria, peeled, 6 liang), Longgu (Os Draconis, 2 liang), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, 3 liang, separately ground). The above are ground into powder, mix in the separately ground drugs evenly, wine paste pills, size of wutong seeds, take twenty pills per dose, on an empty stomach, administered with salt or wine as preferred.
Chaihu Shao (Bupleuri Radix tip), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, each 1 qian), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis, each 0.5 qian), Danggui Shao (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tip), Longdancao (Gentianae Radix), Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, each 0.3 qian). The above are chopped, add three large zhan of water, decoct until one zhan remains, take on an empty stomach while slightly hot, and follow with delicious food to suppress the taste.
