主白癜及二百六十种大风方∶

子（炮，去皮） 王不留行 人参 鬼臼 莽草 木防己 石斛 乌头（炮） 天雄（炮，

皮） 独活（各三两） 地胆 虻虫（各十枚） 蜈蚣（三枚） 水蛭（一百枚）
上三十味，诸虫皆去足羽，熬，炙，合捣为散，酒服方寸匕，日再服。其白癜入头令发
白，服之百日，白发还黑也。
主面上及身体风瘙痒方∶
芎 白术 山茱萸 防风 羌活 枳实（各三两，炙） 麻黄（二两半，去节） 薯
蓣（
四两） 蒺藜子 生姜（各六两，切） 乌喙（炮） 甘草（炙，各二两）
上一十二味， 咀，以水九升，煮取二升七合，分三服。
又洗方∶
蒴 根 蒺藜子 景天叶（各切，二升） 蛇床子（五两） 玉屑（半两）
上五味，切，以水一斗半，煮取一斗，稍稍洗身面上，日三夜一，慎风。
主风瘙肿痒在头面方∶
大黄 芒硝（各一两） 莽草 黄芩（各二两） 蒺藜子（半升）
上五味，切，以水七升，煮取三升半，去滓，纳芒硝令烊，以帛拓肿上数百遍。日五夜
三，勿令近眼。（一方有黄连。）

Aconiti Radix (Wutou, processed) Aconiti Radix Preparata (Tianxiong, processed, peel removed) Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo, 3 liang each) Mylabris (Dichan) Tabanus (Mengchong, 10 pieces each) Scolopendra (Wugong, 3 pieces) Hirudo (Shuizhi, 100 pieces)
The above thirty ingredients: all insects should have their legs and wings removed, then fried, roasted, mixed, and pounded into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine, twice daily. If vitiligo invades the head causing hair to turn white, taking this medicine for one hundred days will restore black hair.
Formula for treating wind-induced itching on the face and body:
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiong) Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu) Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhishi, 3 liang each, roasted) Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 2.5 liang, remove joints) Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shuyu, 4 liang) Tribuli Fructus (Jili Zi) Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 6 liang each, sliced) Aconiti Radix Lateralis (Wuhui, processed) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, roasted, 2 liang each)
The above twelve ingredients: chop, boil in nine sheng of water until reduced to two sheng seven he, divide into three doses.
Another washing formula:
Polygoni Multiflori Caulis (Suodi Gen) Tribuli Fructus (Jili Zi) Sedum Acre (Jingtian Ye, 2 sheng each, chopped) Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 5 liang) Jade Dust (Yuxie, 0.5 liang)
The above five ingredients: chop, boil in fifteen dou of water until reduced to one dou, gradually wash the body and face, three times daily and once at night, avoid wind.
Formula for treating wind-induced swelling and itching on the head and face:
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) Mirabilite (Mangxiao, 1 liang each) Polystachyae Herba (Mangcao) Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 2 liang each) Tribuli Fructus (Jili Zi, half sheng)
The above five ingredients: chop, boil in seven sheng of water until reduced to three sheng half, strain, add Mangxiao to dissolve, apply hot compress to the swollen area with cloth hundreds of times. Five times daily and three times at night, do not let it near the eyes. (Another version contains Coptidis Rhizoma.)
