当归 黄芩（各三两） 干姜 芍药 阿胶（炙，各二两）
上五味， 咀。以水六升，煮取二升，分三服。日二夜一。
主吐血并衄血方。
伏龙肝（半升） 干地黄 干姜 牛膝（各二两） 阿胶（炙） 甘草（炙，各三两）
上六味， 咀。以水一斗，煮取三升，去滓，纳胶，分三服。
主伤中里急，胸胁挛痛，频呕血，时寒时热，小便赤黄，此伤于房中者方。
泽兰 糖（各一斤） 桑白皮（三斤，根者） 生姜（五两，切） 麻仁（一升） 人

上八味， 咀。以淳酒一斗五升，煮取七升，去滓，纳糖，未食服一升，日三夜一。勿

吐血百治不瘥，疗十十瘥，神验不传方∶
地黄汁（半升） 大黄（生末，一方寸匕）
上二味，煎地黄汁三沸，纳大黄末调和，空腹服之，日三，血即止，神良。
治吐血方。
服桂心末方寸匕，日夜可二十服。
治身体暴血，鼻口耳目九孔皮肤中皆漏血方。
取新生犊子未食草者，有屎曝干烧末，水服方寸匕，日四五服，立瘥。
The main prescription for treating hematemesis (vomiting blood).
Angelicae Radix (Danggui), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) (each 3 liang), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao), Asini Corii Colla (Ejiao) (prepared by frying, each 2 liang).
The above five herbs are coarsely crushed. Decoct with 6 sheng of water until 2 sheng remains. Divide into three doses. Take twice during the day and once at night.
The main prescription for treating hematemesis accompanied by epistaxis (nosebleed).
Caulis Longanae (Fulonggan), Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata (Gan Dihuang), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) (each 2 liang), Asini Corii Colla (Ejiao) (prepared by frying), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (prepared by frying, each 3 liang).
The above six herbs are coarsely crushed. Decoct with 1 dou of water until 3 sheng remains. Strain the dregs, add Ejiao until dissolved, and divide into three doses.
The main prescription for treating damage to the middle jiao due to sexual excess, characterized by abdominal urgency and pain, spasm and pain in the chest and hypochondrium, frequent hematemesis, alternating chills and fever, and dark yellow urine.
Lycoperdii Spora (Zelan), Saccharum (Tang) (each 1 jin), Mori Cortex (Sangbaipi) (3 jin, preferably from the root), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) (5 liang, sliced), Cannabis Fructus (Maren), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) (each 3 liang), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi) (2 liang, heart removed).
The above eight herbs are coarsely crushed. Decoct with 1 dou 5 sheng of fine wine until 7 sheng remains. Strain the dregs, add Tang, and take 1 sheng before meals, three times during the day and once at night. Avoid physical exertion.
The main prescription for treating hematemesis, hematohidrosis (sweating blood), and bleeding from the large and small intestines.
Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam (Dan Zhuru), Angelicae Radix (Danggui), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiong), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (prepared by frying, each ban liang), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) (each 1 liang).
The above nine herbs are coarsely crushed. Decoct with 1 dou of water until 3 sheng remains. Divide into four doses, three times during the day and once at night.
The main prescription for treating hematemesis and hemoptysis (spitting blood), whether triggered by overwork or alcohol consumption.
Angelicae Radix (Danggui), Saigae Tataricae Cornu (Lingyangjiao) (crushed), Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata (Gan Dihuang), Cirsii Japonici Radix (Xiaoji Gen), Platycladi Cacumen (Bozhi) (prepared by frying), Asini Corii Colla (Ejiao) (prepared by frying), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang) (each 3 liang), Paeoniae Alba Radix (Baishao), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) (each 4 liang), Caulis Longanae (Fulonggan) (size of a chicken egg, finely ground), Capilli Humanis Ustis (Luanchong) (size of a chicken egg, burnt to ash), Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam (Zhuru) (1 sheng), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Puhuang) (5 he), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (2 liang, prepared by frying).
The above fourteen herbs are coarsely crushed. Decoct with 2 dou of water until 5 sheng 5 he remains. Strain the dregs, dissolve Ejiao completely, then add the hair ash and Puhuang. Divide into five doses.
For cases of hematemesis that have not responded to hundreds of treatments, this formula is miraculous: ten uses result in ten cures. It is a divine and effective secret formula:
Rehmanniae Radix Juice (Di Huang Zhi) (ban sheng), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (raw powder, one fangcun bi dose).
The above two ingredients: boil Di Huang Zhi for three boils, mix with Dahuang powder, and take on an empty stomach. Administer three times daily; the bleeding will stop immediately. The effect is excellent.
A simple prescription for treating hematemesis.
Take Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) powder, one fangcun bi per dose. It can be taken up to twenty times throughout the day and night.
The main prescription for treating sudden massive hemorrhage where blood leaks from all nine orifices (nose, mouth, eyes, ears) and the skin.
Obtain feces from a newborn calf that has not yet eaten grass. Dry it in the sun, burn it to ash, and take one fangcun bi with water. Administer four to five times daily; recovery will be immediate.
