少腹胀如怀孕。治用∶

In the third and eighth months, the larvae of the Jiaolong (a mythical dragon-like creature) are born on celery. If humans consume celery, the larvae enter the human abdomen and transform into a Jiaolong. The onset of this disease resembles mania (dian syndrome), with a yellowish-green complexion and a distended lower abdomen resembling pregnancy. Treatment uses:
Zhou Xing (Maltose Syrup) three sheng.
Cold-food Zhou Xing three sheng, taken orally three times daily. After administration, the Jiaolong is vomited out, possessing two heads and a tail.
Another symptom pattern involves morning intake followed by evening vomiting, hardness in the epigastrium like a cup, alternating chills and fever, regurgitation preventing food intake; this is caused by cold accumulation (Han Pi). Treatment uses:
Zhenzhu (Pearl), Xionghuang (Realgar), Dansha (Cinnabar) each one liang, Puxiao (Mirabilite) two liang, Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) ten lei.
The above five ingredients are crushed and sifted, then mixed with honey to form pills. Taken before meals, two pills the size of Sophora seeds per dose. If mild restlessness occurs, drinking water resolves it. Avoid raw blood products.
There are two types of vomiting: one is heat accumulation in the Stomach, the other is cold accumulation in the Stomach. These two conditions are opposite and must be carefully distinguished. If it belongs to a heat syndrome, the following is suitable:
Sheng Lugen (Fresh Reed Rhizome), Sheng Maimendong (Ophiopogon Tuber, heart removed), Qing Zhuru (Green Bamboo Shavings) each one sheng, Shengjiang Zhi (Ginger Juice) five he, Fuling (Poria) five liang.
The above are boiled in eight sheng of water until reduced to two and a half sheng. The dregs are filtered out, Liu Zhuli (Bamboo Sap) six he is added, stirred well, and divided into three doses. The interval between doses should be equivalent to the time it takes a person to walk ten li. Then take the next dose. Avoid vinegar-based foods. If the previous medication fails to completely cure the condition, the following is suitable for further use:
Fuling (Poria) five liang, Renshen (Ginseng Root) three liang, Maimendong (Ophiopogon Tuber, heart removed) one sheng, Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) six liang, Qing Zhuru (Green Bamboo Shavings) one sheng.
Crushed and sifted together, mixed with honey to form pills, taken down with decoction of Lugen (Reed Rhizome). Initially take fifteen pills, twice daily. Gradually increase to thirty pills, the size of Sophora seeds.
If it is a cold syndrome, the following is suitable:
Banxia (Pinellia Tuber), Xiaomai Mian (Wheat Flour) each one sheng.
First crush Banxia into powder, mix with water and wheat flour to form pills the size of bullet seeds. Boil these "cold noodles" in water until cooked; the medicine is then ready. Initially swallow four or five pills, twice daily. Gradually increase to fourteen or fifteen pills. Cook and take immediately as needed; the illness will gradually subside. Furthermore, if taking the previous medicines reduces symptoms but does not eradicate the root cause, and one fears that preparing more of the previous pills involves toxic substances unsuitable for long-term use, one may switch to:
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) each five liang, Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) eight liang, Houpo (Magnolia Bark, processed by stir-frying), Xixin (Asarum Root) each four liang, Chuanpi (Citrus Peel) three liang, Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart) two liang.
Crushed and sifted, mixed with honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds, taken down with warm water. Initially take ten pills, twice daily, gradually increasing to twenty pills. Alternating with the Banxia pills is also acceptable. Avoid peaches, plums, mutton, sparrow meat, raw scallions, and raw vegetables.
