上二十味。通前共四十味。同杵罗为末。醋煮。面糊为丸。如绿豆大。用度谨具如下。合时须在一净室中。
先严洁。斋心涤虑。焚香。精诚。恳诸方圣者。以助药力。尤效速也。
结胸伤寒。用油浆水下七丸。当逐下恶物。如人行二十里。未动。（再服）。
多年积结。 食 块。临卧水下。三丸至五丸。每夜服之。病即止。如记得因伤物作积。即随所伤物下七
丸（小儿妊妇老人勿服）。
水气通身肿黄者。茯苓汤下。五丸。日二服。水消为度。如要消酒进食。生姜汤下一丸。

胎衣不下。烧称锤。通红。以酒淬之。带热下二丸。惟孕妇患不可服。产急难方可服之。

安息香丸
治传尸肺痿。骨蒸。鬼疰。卒心腹疼。霍乱吐泻。时气瘴疟。五利。血闭。 癖。丁肿。惊邪。诸疾。

明月丹
治传尸劳。

上为末。醇酒一大升。大黄一两。熬膏。入前药末为丸。如弹子大。朱砂为衣。如是传尸劳。肌瘦面黄。呕吐
血。咳嗽不定者。是也。先烧安息香。令烟起。吸之不嗽者。非传尸也。不可用此药若吸烟入口。咳嗽不能
禁止者。乃传尸也。宜用此药。五更初勿令人知。以童子小便。与醇酒。共一盏。化一丸服之。如人行二十
里。上吐出虫。其状若灯心而细。长及寸。或如烂李。又如虾蟆。状各不同。如未效。次日再服。以应为度。仍
须初得。血气未尽。精神未乱者。可用之。
地黄煎
解劳生肌肉。进食活血养气。

上 咀。以醇酒二斗。同熬成膏。每夜以好酒化下弹子大一丸。汗出为度。仍服补药射脐丸。
补药麝脐丸
麝（一枚。烧灰） 地黄（洗） 地骨皮 山药 柴胡（各一两） 白术（□□） 活鳖（一个。重二斤者佳）
上将鳖入醇酒一方。煮令烂熟。研细。入汁。再熬膏。入未。丸如桐子大。酒服二十丸。日二。夜一。蒸谓骨蒸
也。气血相抟。久而瘦弱。遂成劳伤。肉消毛落。妄血喘咳者是也。宜以前法治之。
太上延年万胜追魂散

交藤丸
驻颜长算。祛百疾。

取积聚方

通气阿魏丸
治诸气不通。胸背痛。结塞闷乱者。悉主之。

上先用醇酒一升。熬阿魏成膏。入药末为丸。樱桃大。朱砂为衣。酒化一丸。
治尸厥卒痛方
尸厥者谓忽如醉状肢厥而不省人事也。卒痛者谓心腹之间。或左右胁下。痛不可忍。俗
谓鬼箭者是。

上二味。再同研匀。用大蒜一头。湿纸裹。煨。去纸。杵为丸。樱桃大。每服一丸。热酒化下。
鬼哭丹
主腹中诸痛。气血凝滞。饮食未消。阴阳痞隔。寒热相乘。抟而为痛。宜以此方主之。

上为末。以醋一盏。五灵脂末一两。煮糊和丸。如桐子大。朱砂为衣。酒下七丸。男子温酒下。女人醋汤下。
治心痛不可忍者

取长虫兼治心痛方
木枣（二十一个。去核） 绿矾（一两。作二十一块子。填枣中。面裹。烧红。去面） 雷丸（七个）

上为末。取牛肉二两。车脂一两。与肉同锉令烂。米醋一升。煮肉令成膏。入药同熬。硬软得所。入臼中。杵
三二千下。丸如酸枣大。丸时先以绯线一条。丸在药中。留二尺许。作系。如有长虫者。五更初。油浆水吞
下一丸。存线头。勿令吞尽。候少顷。心中痛。线动。即急拽线。令药出。则和虫出。若心气痛不可忍者。热醋
汤化下一丸立止。
治虫毒方
水银 密陀僧 黄丹 轻粉
大黄 丁香 诃子 雄雀粪（各一两）
上为末。每服二钱。用面半两。共水和成油饼。食之。又法作棋子。入浆水煮热。食之。
破棺丹。治阴厥。面目俱青。心下硬。四肢冷。脉细欲绝者。
硫黄（一两。无灰酒煮三日三夜。如耗旋添暖酒。日足取出。研为末） 丹砂（一两。研匀细）
上以酒煮。糊为丸如鸡头大。有此病者。先于净室中。匆令人知。度病患长短。掘一地坑子。深一尺以来。
用苜蓿火烧。令坑子极热。以醋五升。沃令气出。内铺衣被盖坑。以酒化下一丸。与病患服之。后令病患
卧坑内。盖覆。少时汗出。即扶病者令出无风处盖覆。令病患四肢温。心下软。即渐去衣被。令通风。然后
看虚实调补。
再生丸。起厥死犹暖者。

上为末。水半升。末四钱。（印本作二钱。）枣七个。姜一分。（印本作一钱。）同煎。去半。温服。连进三服。
三生散。起卒死。兼治阴盛四逆吐泻不止。
草乌（七个） 浓朴（一尺） 甘草（三寸。并生用）
上为末。水一中盏末一钱。枣七个。煎七分服。重者灌之。

Burret Rhizome (Sanleng), Crotonis Fructus (Badou, with skin), Dried Lacquer (Ganqi), Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Pengzhu)
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Mori Cortex (Sangpi), Borax (Pengsha), Alisma Rhizoma (Zexie)
Gardeniae Fructus (Shanzhiren), Areca Seed (Binglang), Akebia Caulis (Mutong), Ophiocordyceps (Leiwan)
Terminalia Chebula Retzius Fruit (Hezi), Black Nigella Seed (Qianqiu), Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi), Gleditsia Sinensis Lumen (Zaojiao, remove skin and fibers)
The above twenty ingredients are chopped, cleaned, and soaked in two dou of rice vinegar for three days. Place in a silver or ceramic vessel and simmer slowly over low heat until the vinegar is completely absorbed. Dry by baking until charred yellow, then stir-fry to a yellow color, preserving the medicinal properties. Add the following herbs:
Costus Root (Muxiang), Clove Flower (Dingxiang), Cinnamon Twig (Rougui, remove bark), Nutmeg Seed (Roudou)
Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Astragalus Membranaceus Root (Huangqi), Myrrh (Moyao), Prepared Aconite Caralis (Fuzi, prepared, remove skin and umbilicus)
Poria (Fuling), Red Peony Root (Chishaoyao), Szechuan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Moutan Bark (Mudanpi)
White Nigella Seed (Baiqianqiu), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Rape Seed (Yuntai, stir-fried)
Rehmannia Root (Dihuang), Turtle Shell (Biejia, vinegar-roasted), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi), Arisaema Cum Bile (Nanxing, boil in starch water until soft, slice and dry)
The above twenty ingredients, totaling forty ingredients together with the previous ones, are ground into powder using a mortar and sieve. Use vinegar-boiled wheat paste as a binder to form pills the size of mung beans. Specific usage instructions are as follows: Preparation must be conducted in a clean room. Strictly cleanse the area, fast, purify the mind, burn incense, and maintain sincerity, invoking the assistance of various deities to enhance the efficacy of the medicine for faster results.
For Jie Xiong Shang Han (Chest Binding Cold Damage Syndrome), administer seven pills with oil soup water. Malicious matter should be expelled. If there is no effect after walking for twenty li, administer again.
For chronic accumulation and food masses, take three to five pills with water before bed. Take nightly until the disease resolves. If the cause is known to be specific food injury, take seven pills according to the injured substance (contraindicated for children, pregnant women, and the elderly).
For Shui Qi (Water Qi) presenting as generalized edema and jaundice, take five pills with Poria decoction, twice daily, until water swelling subsides. To resolve alcohol dampness and improve appetite, take one pill with ginger soup after meals.
For various abdominal pains after eating, take seven pills with vinegar soup.
For Ge Qi Ye Bing (Diaphragm Qi Choking Disease), take three pills with Clove decoction (once at night).
For injuries due to excessive labor, take seven pills with Turtle Shell decoction (three times daily; reduce dosage as condition improves).
For Xiao Chang Pi Qi (Small Intestine Hernia Qi), take three pills with Fennel decoction.
For obstruction of urination and defecation, take five pills with honey soup (increase to seven pills if not relieved).
For Nine Types of Heart Pain, take five pills with Evodia Soup (pain stops immediately).
For Shi Zhu (Corpse Transmission) wandering pain, take three pills with Quince decoction.
For Hong Zhang Jiao (Hong Kong Foot/Gout), take five pills with Stone Nan decoction (take before meals daily). For sudden death where breath remains, dissolve and灌 (灌 means to force-feed liquid medicine) the pills; life will be restored immediately.
For postpartum blood stasis, take three pills with Angelica wine.
For Xue Yun (Blood Fainting), Xue Mi (Blood Confusion), Xue Gu (Blood Distension), Xue Li (Blood Dysentery), Xue Zhang (Blood Distension), Xue Ci (Blood Stabbing), Xue Kuai (Blood Mass), Xue Ji (Blood Accumulation), Xue Zheng (Blood Disorder), and Xue Xia (Blood Heterogeneity), take two pills with Angelica wine daily.
For difficult labor with malpresentation, take two pills with Elm White Bark decoction.
For retained placenta, heat a scale weight until red, quench in wine, and take two pills while hot. Contraindicated for pregnant women except in urgent difficult labor.
For Pi Xie (Spleen Diarrhea) and blood dysentery, take one pill with Dried Ginger decoction.
For Chi Bai Li (Red and White Dysentery), take one pill with Licorice and Dried Ginger decoction.
For Chi Li (Red Dysentery), take one pill with Licorice decoction.
For Bai Li (White Dysentery), take one pill with Dried Ginger decoction.
For Wei Leng (Stomach Cold) with vomiting and reverse flow of food, take two pills with Clove decoction.
For sudden unbearable heart and abdominal pain, take three pills with hot vinegar salt soup.
For daily maintenance, take one pill with clear tea before bed.
For Wu Lan Ji (Five Rotting Diseases), take one pill with cow's milk (twice daily).
If malaria attacks, take ten pills with child's urine and wine, dissolve and灌; vomiting and diarrhea cessation indicates cure; efficacy is miraculous.
Liao Wan Bing Liu Shen Dan (Six Spirit Pill for Ten Thousand Diseases)

Grind all into powder. Bind with refined honey into pills the size of small beans or millet seeds. For men's myriad diseases, take two pills with warm water. Adjust dosage for children. Relief through bowel movement indicates recovery.
An Xi Xiang Wan (Ambrette Pill)
Treats Chuan Shi Fei Wei (Transmitted Corpse Lung Withering), Gu Zheng (Bone Steaming), Gui Zhu (Ghost Attachment), sudden heart/abdominal pain, Huo Luan (Cholera) vomiting/diarrhea, Shi Qi Zhang Nue (Seasonal Miasma Malaria), Wu Li (Five Diarrheas), Xue Bi (Blood Obstruction), Pi Qi (Mass Qi), Ding Zhong (Boils), Jing Xie (Startling Evil), and various diseases.
Ambrette Resin, Costus Root, Moschus, Rhinoceros Horn, Agarwood, Clove, Sandalwood, Cyperi Rhizome
Terminalia Chebula Retzius Fruit, Cinnabar, Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, Long Pepper Fruit (each 1 liang)

Grind into powder. Bind with refined honey, pound one thousand times, form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Dissolve four pills in fresh well water for adults, one pill for old/young. Store one pill the size of a bullet in a crimson pouch and hang it on clothes to ward off evil spirits and toxins. Avoid exposure to chickens, dogs, and women during preparation.
Ming Yue Dan (Bright Moon Pill)
Treats Chuan Shi Lao (Transmitted Corpse Consumption).
Realgar (Banliang), Rabbit Feces (Liang), Calomelas (Liang), Costus Root (Banliang)
Skull of Man (Liang, roasted), Turtle Shell (one large, remove skirt edge, roast with vinegar until yellow)
Grind into powder. Boil one sheng of strong wine with one liang of Rheum Radix et Rhizoma into a paste. Mix with powder to form pills the size of bullets, coated with Cinnabar. For Chuan Shi Lao with emaciation, yellow face, hematemesis, and irregular cough: Burn Ambrette Resin first. Inhale smoke; if no cough occurs, it is not Chuan Shi Lao and this medicine is contraindicated. If inhaling smoke causes uncontrollable cough, it is Chuan Shi Lao. At dawn, secretly mix one pill in a cup of child's urine and strong wine. After walking twenty li, worms resembling lamp wicks (fine, inch-long), rotten plums, or toads may be vomited. If ineffective, repeat next day. Only use if illness is recent, blood/qi not exhausted, and spirit not confused.
Di Huang Jian (Rehmannia Paste)
Relieves consumption, generates flesh, promotes appetite, invigorates blood, nourishes qi.

Bu Yao She Qi Wan (Tonifying Musk Umbilicus Pill)
Moschus (one piece, burnt to ash), Rehmannia Root (washed), Phellodendron Bark, Chinese Yam, Bupleurum Root (each 1 liang), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (missing character), Live Turtle (one, approx. 2 jin)
Boil turtle in one square chi of strong wine until tender. Grind finely, add juice, simmer into paste. Mix with powder, form paulownia-sized pills. Take twenty pills with wine, twice daily, once at night. "Zheng" refers to bone steaming. Qi and blood struggle, leading to emaciation and consumption, muscle wasting, hair loss, bleeding, wheezing, and coughing. Treat with the aforementioned methods.
Tai Shang Yan Nian Wan Sheng Zhui Hun San (Supreme Longevity Ten-Thousand Victory Soul-Chasing Powder)
Ginseng Root (remove rhizome), Bupleurum Root (remove sprouts), Apricot Kernel (remove skin/spikes), Skull of Man (roasted, each 1 liang), Sichuan Pepper (Yifen), Peach/Willow Heart (small handful)

Take one pill dissolved in wine after meals and before sleep. Stop when sweating. Hemiplegia and skin insensitivity result from deficiency of five zang qi, accumulation of wind-cold-summerheat-dampness pathogens. Treat with the aforementioned method.

Treats all cold diseases, pain, numbness, and wind-dampness.
Aconitum Caralis Preparata (Jinjin, soak in river water, change water every 7 days, peel/spikes, slice, dry), Achyranthes Bidentata Root (Liang, wine-soak, dry), Polygoni Multiflori Preparata (Liang, process like Aconitum)
Grind into powder. Bind with refined honey into paulownia-sized pills, coated with Cinnabar. Fasting, take seven pills with wine, gradually increase to ten. Stop when cured.

Shi Jue (Corpse-Jue) is sudden drunken-like state, limb coldness, unconsciousness. Zu Tong (Sudden Pain) is unbearable pain in heart/abdomen or flanks,俗称 Ghost Arrow.
Realgar (Liang, ground), Cinnabar (Liang, ground)
Grind together uniformly. Wrap one head of garlic in wet paper, bake, remove paper, pound into cherry-sized pills. Take one pill dissolved in hot wine.
Gui Ku Dan (Ghost Cry Pill)
Mainly treats abdominal pain, qi/blood stagnation, undigested food, yin/yang blockage, cold/heat conflict causing pain.

Costus Root, Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (each 1 liang), Dried Lacquer (Yifen, stir-fried)
Grind to powder. Take one qian, mixed with hot vinegar soup. Stops pain immediately upon entry.
Qu Chang Chong Jian Zhi Xin Tong Fang (Formula for Expelling Long Worms and Treating Heart Pain)
Jujube (Twenty-one, remove pits), Green Vitriol (Liang, divided into twenty-one pieces, fill jujubes, wrap in dough, bake red, remove dough), Ophiocordyceps (Seven)
Calomelas (Yiqian), Costus Root (Yiqian), Clove Flower (Yiqian), Mercury (Banliang, mix with Banliang lead, melt into grains)
Grind to powder. Take two liang beef, one liang cart fat, chop with meat. Boil in one sheng rice vinegar until paste. Mix with medicine, cook to proper consistency. Pound three thousand times in mortar. Form sour jujube-sized pills. Insert a red thread during pill formation, leaving two chi exposed. For long worms, swallow one pill at dawn with oil soup water, keeping the thread end outside. When stomach hurts and thread moves, pull quickly to expel medicine and worm. For unbearable heart qi pain, dissolve one pill in hot vinegar soup to stop pain.
Zhi Chong Du Fang (Formula for Treating Worm Poison)
Mercury, Litharge, Red Lead, Calomelas
Rheum Radix et Rhizoma, Clove Flower, Terminalia Chebula Retzius Fruit, Male Sparrow Droppings (each 1 liang)
Grind to powder. Take two qian, mix with half liang flour and water to make oil cakes. Eat. Alternative: make chess-piece shapes, boil in starch water, eat.

Move patient to windless place, uncover gradually. Warm limbs, soften epigastrium, ventilate. Then tonify based on deficiency/excess.
