入末。三味同和。煮糯米糊为丸如弹子大。新水化一丸。吐泻为度。
三黄丸。治三 吐血诸黄症。

通中延命玄冥煮原砂法。活尿血。开拥塞。解毒。治一切热病。风气。脚毒。蛊毒。

治妇人血崩方
枳壳（一钱。面炒） 地黄（二钱。烧醋淬十四次）
上为末。醋汤调下。一钱匕。连三服效。
治妇人血闭方
干漆（二两。烧） 生地黄汁（五升）
上熬成膏。酒化枣大许。空心服。
三不鸣散。治小便不通。及五淋。
取水边。灯下。道边。蝼蛄各一个。（三处取三个。令相咬。取活者一个。如后法。麝香酒。食空下。）
上内于瓶中。封之。令相噬。取活者焙干。余皆为末。每服一钱匕。温酒调服立通（余皆二字。恐误。）
甘草汤。解方药毒。
甘草（一十二两）
上件。锉碎。水二斗。煎至一斗。取清。温冷得所。服。仍尽量服。
治溺死方
取锻石三石。露首培之。令浓一尺五寸。候气出后。以苦葫芦穣作末。如无。用瓜蒂。
上用热茶调一钱。吐为度。省事后。以糜粥自调之。
治缢死方
先令人抱起。解绳。不得用刀断。扶于通风处。高首卧。取HT 葱根末。吹入两鼻中。更令亲人吹气入口。候
喷出涎。即以矾石末。取丁香煎汤。调一钱匕灌之。
槐子散。治久下血。亦治尿血。
槐用中黑子一升。合槐花二升。同炒焦。
上件为末。每服二钱。用水调下。空心食前各一服。病已止。
治肠风下血

治暴喘欲死方

上为细末。取腊月猪脂就膏。令如不痛疮。先以针刺破。候忍痛处。使以儿乳汁同调贴之。
千金膏。贴一切恶疮瘫疖。

上为末。入麝香一钱。研匀。油调得所。成膏贴。
定命丸。治远年日近。一切恶候漏疮。
此药为末。熔开蜡就汤内为条。如布针大。入内云母膏贴之。

上研如粉。入白面三钱。水和丸如小豆。或小麦粒大。两头尖。量病浅深内疮中。上用乳香膏贴之。效。服

治白丁增寒喘急昏冒方
葶苈 大黄（各一两） 桑白皮 茯苓（各二两） 槟榔（七个） 郁李仁 汉防己（各三分）
上件为末。每服三钱。蜜水调下。以疏下恶物为度。
又取白丁方
铅霜（一分） 胆矾 粉霜（各一钱） 蜈蚣（一条）
上件为末。先刺令血出。内药米心大。以醋面饼封口。立愈。
治赤丁方
黄连 大黄（各一两）
上件为末。以生蜜和丸如桐子大。每服三十丸。温水下。以利为度。
又取赤丁方
杏仁（七个。生用）
上件嚼烂漱之。令津满口。吐出线滤汁。入轻粉少许。调匀。以鸡羽扫之。
治黄丁方
巴豆（七个。去心膜） 青州枣（七个。去核。安巴豆在枣内。以面裹。煨通赤）
上件为末。以硼砂醋作面。糊为丸。如绿豆大。每服五丸至十丸。米饮下。以利为度。
又取黄丁方（六本。元控一行。）

上件为细末。以鸡子清调。鸡羽扫上。
治黑丁方
菟丝子 菖蒲
上二味等分为末。酒浸取汁扫丁上。更服肾气丸补之。
治青丁方
谷精草 蝉壳（各一两） 苍术（五两）
上为末每服一钱。水调服食前仍以针刺丁出。用桑柴灰汁洗之。立效。
以上八方六本在中卷四十论后。印本无此方。今附下卷之末。
Natrii Sulfas (Er Niao, 硇砂) (two jin), Cinnabaris (Zhu Sha, 朱砂) (five liang), Rhubarb (Da Huang, 大黄) (seven liang), Kansui Root (Gan Sui, 甘遂) (two liang), Gardenia Fruit (Shan Zhi, 山栀) (two liang), Calomelas (Qing Fen, 轻粉) (one liang), Fermented Soybean (Chi, 豉) (half a jin. Contained in a silk bag).
The above seven ingredients. Boil with two dou of water until the water is exhausted. Remove Kansui Root, Fermented Soybean, Gardenia Fruit, and Rhubarb. Retain only Natrii Sulfas, Cinnabar, and Calomelas. Grind into powder. Soak Fermented Soybean in water to extract juice. Grind evenly, then add the powder. Mix the three ingredients thoroughly. Cook glutinous rice paste to form pills the size of a bullet. Dissolve one pill in fresh well water. Administer until vomiting or purging occurs.
San Huang Wan (Three Yellows Pill). Treats hematemesis and various jaundice symptoms caused by heat in the San Jiao (Triple Burner).
Coptis Rhizome (Huang Lian, 黄连) (three liang), Scutellaria Root (Huang Qin, 黄芩) (two liang), Rhubarb (Da Huang, 大黄) (one liang).
Grind into powder. Form pills with refined honey, size of Sophora seeds. Take fifteen pills after meals with warm water. Adjust dosage according to deficiency or excess.
Tong Zhong Yan Ming Xuan Ming Zhu Yuan Sha Fa (Method of Boiling Raw Cinnabar for Tongzhong Yanming). Treats hematuria. Opens blockages. Detoxifies. Treats all febrile diseases, wind pathogens, foot toxicity, and gu poisoning.
Cinnabar (Zhu Sha, 朱砂) (five liang), Natrii Sulfas (Er Niao, 硇砂) (half a sheng. Boiled in water seven times, three sheng each time, until water is gone. Take the frost. Add two sheng of water again), Red Sandalwood (Su Mu, 苏木) (two liang), Rhubarb (Da Huang, 大黄) (five liang), Turmeric Tuber (Yu Jin, 郁金) (three liang), Gardenia Fruit (Shan Zhi, 山栀) (two liang), Ginseng Root (Ren Shen, 人参) (two liang), Mulberry Root Bark (Sang Pi, 桑皮) (two liang), Licorice Root (Gan Cao, 甘草) (five liang).
Boil all ingredients together until water is exhausted. Use only Cinnabar. Discard other herbs. Pound and grind into powder. Form pills with refined honey, size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills each time with water. Can disperse various toxins. Especially effective.
Formula for treating sudden heat toxin causing heart and lung irritability and hematemesis.
Rhubarb (Da Huang, 大黄) (two liang. Ground into powder, mixed with Rehmannia Juice (Di Huang Zhi, 地黄汁), dried when damp).
Grind into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with Rehmannia Juice. Purge as the goal. Licorice Decoction (Gan Cao Tang, 甘草汤) can also be used.
Formula for treating hematemesis.
Arca Shell Powder (Ge Fen, 蛤粉) (four liang), Cinnabar (Zhu Sha, 朱砂) (one liang).
Grind into powder. Take five qian mixed with fresh well water. If not stopped, take again. Stop when bleeding ceases.
Formula for reviving from sudden death where the chest remains warm.
Have the patient lie supine. Continuously pour warm water on the umbilicus. Then灌 (irrigate) with Child's Urine (Tong Zi Xiao Bian, 童子小便) mixed with Fresh Rehmannia Juice (Sheng Di Huang Zhi, 生地黄汁). The patient will revive. Prohibit cold water. Only give warm cooked water to drink.
Yu Shuang Gao (Jade Frost Ointment). Treats all throat closures caused by heat toxins.
Natrii Sulfas (Er Niao, 硇砂) (one jin), Sodium Nitrate (Ya Xiao, 牙硝) (half a jin), Borax (Peng Sha, 硼砂) (four liang), Alum (Fan Shi, 矾石) (three liang).
Grind into powder. Melt with fire into liquid. Dig a pit, compact it. Pour in. Cover with a basin overnight. Take out, pound, grind into powder. Add Borneol (Long Nao, 龙脑) two liang. Grind evenly. Mix half a zhan of fresh well water with raw honey. Take one qian. Children take appropriate dose.
Bai Sheng Fang (Hundred Lives Formula). Saves those choking on foreign objects in the throat.
Poria (Fu Ling, 茯苓) (peeled), Cyathula Root (Guan Zhong, 贯众), Licorice Root (Gan Cao, 甘草).
Equal parts ground into powder. Take one qian each time, mixed with rice drink. Immediate effect.
Treating throat closure with suffocating breath.
Take Dry Lacquer (Gan Qi, 干漆). Burn until smoke emerges. Inhale smoke through a bamboo tube. Immediate effect.
Formula for treating fetal leakage and fetal damage.
Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuan Xiong, 川芎), Mugwort Leaf (Ai Ye, 艾叶) (one liang each, stir-fried), Donkey-hide Gelatin (E Jiao, 阿胶) (stir-fried), Poria (Bai Fu Ling, 白茯苓) (□□).
Grind into powder. Take two qian bi mixed with glutinous rice drink. Seven times daily. Also eat glutinous rice porridge to nourish.
Formula for treating uterine bleeding in women.
Aurantium Fructus (Zhi Ke, 枳壳) (one qian, stir-fried with flour), Rehmannia Root (Di Huang, 地黄) (two qian, roasted and quenched with vinegar fourteen times).
Grind into powder. Take one qian bi mixed with vinegar soup. Effective after three consecutive doses.
Formula for treating amenorrhea in women.
Dry Lacquer (Gan Qi, 干漆) (two liang, burned), Fresh Rehmannia Juice (Sheng Di Huang Zhi, 生地黄汁) (five sheng).
Boil into ointment. Dissolve in wine, size of a date. Take on an empty stomach.
San Bu Ming San (Three Not-Crying Powder). Treats urinary retention and five types of strangury.
Take one mole each from beside water, under a lamp, and by the road. (Take three from these three places. Let them bite each other. Take one alive. Follow this method: Musk Wine (She Xiang Jiu, 麝香酒). Take on an empty stomach.)
Put inside a bottle. Seal. Let them bite each other. Take the alive one, dry by baking. Grind the rest into powder. Take one qian bi each time, mixed with warm wine. Immediate relief ("Yu Jie" two characters may be erroneous).
Licorice Decoction (Gan Cao Tang, 甘草汤). Resolves drug poison.
Licorice Root (Gan Cao, 甘草) (twelve liang).
Chop finely. Boil two dou of water to one dou. Take the clear liquid. Drink at appropriate temperature. Drink as much as possible.
Formula for treating drowning.
Take three shi of Calcined Gypsum (Duan Shi, 锻石). Expose head, pile soil. Make soil thick one chi five cun. After gas emerges, use pulp of bitter gourd ground into powder. If unavailable, use Melon Seed (Gua Di, 瓜蒂).
Mix one qian with hot tea. Vomit as the goal. After regaining consciousness, self-regulate with millet porridge.
Formula for treating hanging.
First lift the person. Untie the rope. Do not cut with a knife. Move to a ventilated place. Lie with head elevated. Blow powdered scallion root (Cong Gen Mo, 葱根末) into both nostrils. Have relatives blow air into the mouth. When saliva is expelled, take Alum powder (Fan Shi Mo, 矾石末). Prepare丁香 Decoction (Ding Xiang Jian Tang, 丁香煎汤). Mix one qian bi and灌 (administer).
Huai Zi San (Locust Seed Powder). Treats chronic bloody stool. Also treats hematuria.
One sheng of black locust seeds. Two sheng of locust flowers. Stir-fry until scorched.
Grind into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with water. Take once before meals on an empty stomach. Stop when cured.
Treating intestinal wind with bloody stool.
Schizonepeta Spike (Jing Jie Sui, 荆芥穗), Rehmannia Root (Di Huang, 地黄) (two liang each), Licorice Root (Gan Cao, 甘草) (half liang).
Grind into powder. Take one qian each time, mixed with warm wine. After meals. Three times daily, once at night.
Formula for treating sudden severe asthma.
Rhubarb (Da Huang, 大黄) (one liang), Pharbitis Seed (Qian Niu, 牵牛) (two liang, stir-fried).
Grind into fine powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with honey water. Immediate cure. Extremely effective for upper heat phlegm asthma. Not for deficient persons or those with cold lungs.
Da Sheng Tong Shen Ru Xiang Gao (Great Sage Spirit-Communicating Frankincense Ointment). Apply to various toxic sores and swellings, back carbuncles.
Frankincense (Ru Xiang, 乳香) (one liang), Myrrh (Mo Yao, 没药) (one liang), Dragon's Blood (Xue Jie, 血竭) (one liang), Yellow Beeswax (Huang La, 黄蜡) (one liang), Lead Tetroxide (Huang Dan, 黄丹) (two liang), Momordica Seed (Mu Bie, 木鳖) (two liang, shell removed), Cuttlefish Bone (Wu Yu Gu, 乌鱼骨) (two liang), Erythrina Cortex (Hai Tong Pi, 海桐皮) (two liang), Ash Wood (Bu Hui Mu, 不灰木) (four liang), Asphalt (Li Qing, 沥青) (four liang), Trogopterus Dung (Wu Ling Zhi, 五灵脂) (two liang), Musk (She Xiang, 麝香) (two qian), Calomelas (Ni Fen, 腻粉) (fifty particles. Likely erroneous here).
Grind all into powder. Heat four liang of good oil. Add herb powder. Stir constantly until black and beads form when dropped in water. Stop.
Shui Cheng Gao (Water-Clear Ointment). Treats same conditions as above.
Well Spring Stone (Jing Quan Shi, 井泉石), Bletilla Rhizome (Bai Ji, 白及) (one liang each), Fossilized Bones (Long Gu, 龙骨), Phellodendron Bark (Huang Bai, 黄柏), Turmeric Tuber (Yu Jin, 郁金) (half liang each), Yellow Hibiscus Flower (Huang Shu Kui Hua, 黄蜀葵花) (one fen).
Grind six ingredients into powder. Take two qian each time. Mix with one zhan of fresh well water. Beat until uniform. Wait for clarification. Remove floating water. Spread on paper flower. Apply. Treats swelling, toxicity, and back carbuncles.
Geng Su Gao (Revival Ointment). Treats all unpredictable malignant ulcers. Yin Chui ("Chui" likely erroneous).
Arisaema Tuber (Nan Xing, 南星) (one), Pinellia Tuber (Ban Xia, 半夏) (seven), Croton Seed (Ba Dou, 巴豆) (five, shell removed), Musk (She Xiang, 麝香) (half qian).
Grind into fine powder. Use December lard to make ointment. For non-painful sores, prick first with needle. When tolerable pain, mix with infant milk and apply.
Qian Jin Gao (Thousand Gold Ointment). Apply to all malignant ulcers and boils.
Lead Subcarbonate (Ding Fen, 定粉), Nanfen (Nan Fen, 南粉), Calomelas (Ni Fen, 腻粉), Lead Tetroxide (Huang Dan, 黄丹) (one fen each).
Grind into powder. Add one qian Musk. Grind evenly. Mix with oil to form ointment. Apply.
Ding Ming Wan (Life-Determining Pill). Treats long-standing and recent malignant ulcers and fistulas.
Grind medicine into powder. Melt wax, form strips in soup. Size of cloth needle. Insert into wound. Cover with Yunmu Gao (Cloud Mother Ointment).
Realgar (Xiong Huang, 雄黄), Frankincense (Ru Xiang, 乳香) (one fen each), Croton Seed (Ba Dou, 巴豆) (twenty-one grains, skin removed, oil retained).
Grind to powder. Add three qian white flour. Mix with water to form pills size of small beans or wheat grains, pointed at ends. Insert into ulcer according to depth. Cover with Frankincense Ointment. Effective. Taking Yunmu Gao is better.
She Xiang Wan (Musk Pill). Treats all qi-leak ulcers.
Musk (She Xiang, 麝香) (one fen), Frankincense (Ru Xiang, 乳香) (one fen), Croton Seed (Ba Dou, 巴豆) (fourteen grains, skin removed).
Grind into powder. Mix with jujube flesh. Form into ingots. Apply according to ulcer depth. Cover with Frankincense Ointment. Effective when cured.
Xiang Shu San (Fragrant Rat Powder). Treats fistulas.
Fragrant Rat Skin (Xiang Shu Pi, 香鼠皮) (forty-nine pieces, striped back from river), Fossilized Bones (Long Gu, 龙骨) (half liang), Bat (two, with heart and liver), Lead Tetroxide (Huang Dan, 黄丹) (one fen), Musk (She Xiang, 麝香) (one qian), Frankincense (Ru Xiang, 乳香) (one qian), Juncus Effusus (Deng Xin Cao, 灯心草) (one liang, burnt to ash).
Place in container. Seal with mud. Roast over three jin of charcoal. Cool. Grind into powder. Clean with scallion juice water. Apply medicine. Immediate effect.
Formula for stopping pain and generating muscle.
Carmine (Yan Zhi, 胭脂) (one fen), Dragon's Blood (Xue Jie, 血竭) (one liang), Frankincense (Ru Xiang, 乳香) (one fen), Arsenite Mineral (Han Shui Shi, 寒水石) (three liang, roasted).
Grind into powder. Wash wound with warm grain water first. Wipe dry. Apply to ulcer. Very excellent.
Another formula for stopping pain and generating muscle.
Arisaema Tuber (Nan Xing, 南星) (one), Frankincense (Ru Xiang, 乳香) (two qian), Lead Subcarbonate (Ding Fen, 定粉) (half liang), Fossilized Bones (Long Gu, 龙骨) (half liang), Ash Wood (Bu Hui Mu, 不灰木) (one liang, roasted).
Grind into powder. Wash wound with warm grain water first. Wipe dry with soft cloth. Apply.
Formula for treating white ding with chills, rapid asthma, and fainting.
Descurainia Seed (Ting Li, 葶苈), Rhubarb (Da Huang, 大黄) (one liang each), Mulberry Root Bark (Sang Bai Pi, 桑白皮), Poria (Fu Ling, 茯苓) (two liang each), Areca Nut (Bing Lang, 槟榔) (seven), Prunus Seed (Yu Li Ren, 郁李仁), Stephania Root (Han Fang Ji, 汉防己) (three fen each).
Grind into powder. Take three qian each time, mixed with honey water. Discharge foul matter as the goal.
Another formula for removing white ding.
Lead Frost (Qian Shuang, 铅霜) (one fen), Chalcanthite (Dan Fan, 胆矾), White Frost (Fen Shuang, 粉霜) (one qian each), Centipede (Wu Gong, 蜈蚣) (one).
Grind into powder. Prick to bleed. Insert medicine size of rice germ. Seal with vinegar-flour paste. Immediate cure.
Formula for treating red ding.
Coptis Rhizome (Huang Lian, 黄连), Rhubarb (Da Huang, 大黄) (one liang each).
Grind into powder. Mix with raw honey to form pills size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills each time with warm water. Purge as the goal.
Another formula for removing red ding.
Almond (Xing Ren, 杏仁) (seven, raw).
Chew thoroughly. Rinse mouth. Spit out thread-like residue and filter juice. Add a little Calomelas (Qing Fen, 轻粉). Mix evenly. Sweep with chicken feather.
Formula for treating yellow ding.
Croton Seed (Ba Dou, 巴豆) (seven, remove heart membrane), Qingzhou Jujube (Qing Zhou Zao, 青州枣) (seven, remove pit, insert Ba Dou inside, wrap in dough, bake until red).
Grind into powder. Use Borax Vinegar as dough. Paste into pills size of mung bean. Take five to ten pills each time with rice drink. Purge as the goal.
Another formula for removing yellow ding (Six versions, original control one line).
Phellodendron Bark (Huang Bai, 黄柏) (three liang), Turmeric Tuber (Yu Jin, 郁金) (half liang).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with egg white. Sweep with chicken feather.
Formula for treating black ding.
Dodder Seed (Tu Si Zi, 菟丝子), Acorus Rhizome (Chang Pu, 菖蒲).
Equal parts grind into powder. Soak in wine, extract juice. Sweep on ding. Also take Shen Qi Wan (Kidney Qi Pill) to tonify.
Formula for treating green ding.
Valerian Flower (Gu Jing Cao, 谷精草), Cicada Slough (Chan Ke, 蝉壳) (one liang each), Atractylodes Rhizome (Cang Zhu, 苍术) (five liang).
Grind into powder. Take one qian each time, mixed with water before meals. Prick ding with needle first. Wash with mulberry branch ash juice. Immediate effect.
