Anyone presenting with dribbling symptoms (Lin syndrome) exhibits astringent and frequent urination, pain, and continuous dripping. These conditions are generally caused by internal deficiency of the Kidney Qi and excessive sexual activity, leading to severe heat in the Bladder.
The Bladder and Kidney are exterior-interiorly related and both govern water metabolism. Urine formed in the bladder is excreted as small urine. If organ functions are disordered and invaded by pathogenic factors, deficiency of Kidney Qi results in frequent urination, while heat in the Bladder results in astringent and painful urination.
