Yinchen Decoction: Treats pediatric Yangming disease presenting with fever and sweating, indicating that heat is dispersing outward and jaundice will not develop. If the body has no sweat, or sweating is limited only to above the neck, accompanied by dysuria (difficult urination) and thirst with desire to drink water, this indicates stagnant heat trapped in the interior, which inevitably leads to jaundice. For Shanghan (Cold Damage) progressing for seven to eight days, presenting with yellow skin like an orange peel, dysuria, and abdominal pain, this formula is indicated.
Ingredients: Shan Yinchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba), Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Fructus), Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) in equal parts.
Cut the ingredients, decoct in water, and adjust dosage according to symptoms. Administer three times daily. [Note: The original text contains garbled/corrupted characters "小盒饭和，尿如皂荚汁状..." which appear to be transcription errors or irrelevant insertions not standard to medical instructions. Based on context, it likely refers to urine turning dark like soap pod juice, indicating bile excretion.]
