Standard text usually has *Nanshenzi* as *Nanshenzi*? Actually, standard Huachong Wan contains *Nanshenzi*? No, standard is *Nanshenzi*? Let's stick to literal translation of entity names provided]. *Hufen* (Calcined) *Kufan* (Alumen Exsiccatum) *Kulian Genpi* (Cedrelae Cortex) *Binglang* (Arecae Semen) (Each 5 qian).

Generally, human diseases arise from excessive consumption of alcohol, meat, and cold/raw foods, leading to distension in the heart and diaphragm, vomiting, nausea, acid regurgitation, frequent spitting of clear water, sallow complexion, emaciation, loss of appetite, or formation of Qi masses. Initially unnoticed, these gradually become serious conditions. This formula treats Five Exhaustions and Seven Injuries, mountain miasma, edema and abdominal distension, various diseases of the Spleen, Stomach, Heart, and Lungs, cough, phlegm obstruction, wine accumulation and Qi masses, reverse flow vomiting, ten types of chest obstruction and five types of throat blockage, retching and nausea, intestinal wind and hemorrhoids/fistulae, blood toxicity and dysentery, upward attacking heat, sores and scabies on head and eyes, lower jiao dripping symptoms, women's blood蛊 (Gu) and Qi swelling, alternating chills and fever, irregular menstruation, red and white leukorrhea, ghost fetus, children's five kinds of malnutrition (Gan) and worm accumulation, accidental swallowing of copper/iron, or ingestion of toxic substances. For shallow diseases, one dose shows effect; for deep-rooted diseases, take another dose until all noxious matter is expelled. The expelled worms are named: Chu Xin Chong (Heart-Piercing Worm), Xue Bie Chong (Blood Turtle Worm), Chuan Shi Chong (Corpse-Transmitting Worm), Ji Xue Chong (Blood-Accumulating Worm), Xi Chong (Fine Worm), Chang Chong (Long Worm), Cun Bai Chong (Inch-White Worm). Their shapes vary, appearing in five colors or resembling rotten fish jelly. If worms are not seen in the first expulsion, observe the second and third expulsions until the root of the disease is removed. This story concerns Yu Jinglue (Note: "Yu Jinglue" is suspected to be a typo for "Wang Jinglue"), who contracted mountain miasma while serving as Pacification Commissioner in Guangdong, suffering from abdominal distension unresponsive to hundreds of medicines. He accidentally met a Daoist priest who gave him one dose of this pill. After taking it, he expelled a worm shaped like a snake, over three cun long, and his illness was cured. He transmitted this formula before ascending to immortality, naming it Yuxian Dan.
