Red Poria (Chiling), Polyporus (Zhuling), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Coix Seed (Yiren) (each 3 qian), Alisma Rhizome (Zexie) (2 qian), Cinnamon Twig (Rougui) (5 fen).
Take the pure powder of each herb separately. Make into pills with honey. Take 4 qian per dose. Decoct with one slice of fresh ginger and take orally.

Take the pure powder of each herb. Mix evenly. Take 8 qian per dose. Decoct with Earth Slurry (Di Jiang) and take orally.

Frankincense (Ruxiang), Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome (Cangzhu), Asarum Root (Xixin), Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Licorice Root (Gancao), Aquilaria Lignum Resinatum (Xiang), Sandalwood (Tanxiang) (each 1 liang).

Fritillaria Bulb (Shancigu) (wash away hairs and skin, clean, dry roast, 2 liang), Clam Shell (Chuan Wenha) (also known as Galla Chinensis/Wubeizi, wash clean, dry roast, 1 liang), Moschus (Shexiang) (select clean, 3 qian).
Croton Seed Kernel (Xuisui Zi) (choose the best quality).
Select premium ingredients for each herb. Prepare completely in a clean room. Wait for auspicious times such as Dragon Boat Festival, Qixi Festival, Double Ninth Festival, or days of Heavenly and Monthly Virtues, Heavenly Doctor Yellow Path, etc., which are the most auspicious hours. Perform the compounding.
Put all medicines into a large mortar. Grind again for hundreds of turns. Then put into a fine stone mortar. Gradually add thick rice gruel. Mix until the consistency is moderate.
