Select twenty-one branches of Salix babylonica (Chuiyangliuzhi) that are seven cun in length. Decoct them in water for fumigation and washing of the affected area.

Purified Eucommiae Cortex (Jing Duchong), one liang, cut into one-cun segments and remove the silk-like fibers. Decoct with half wine and half water (one large cup) and take several doses. Regulating the middle jiao (Spleen and Stomach) will lead to recovery.

Psoraleae Fructus (Gu zhi/Buguzhi), soaked in salt water and stir-fried with wine, two liang; Poria (Bai Fuling), one liang; Myrrha (Moyao), five qian, peeled.
Grind all into fine powder. Soak in yellow wine until the medicine layer is one finger-width above the liquid level. Boil to dissolve, add Myrrha, and form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills each time on an empty stomach with plain boiled water.

Scallion White (Congbai), three jin. Chop, stir-fry, and pack into two cloth bags. Apply alternately to the lower abdomen by heat. Once qi circulation is restored, urination/bowel movement will resume.

Portulacae Herba (Machixian) pounded to extract juice and drunk.
