Treats eye leakage, nasal leakage, ear leakage, dental leakage, elbow leakage, wrist leakage, breast leakage, chest leakage, umbilical leakage, large intestine leakage, small intestine leakage, buttock leakage, knee leakage, and ankle leakage. These conditions may occur throughout the body or in a single location, as well as various sores that have not healed for years; all can be treated.

Elephant tusk powder (8 qian), refined white alum (5 qian), large hornet nest (2 units, with larvae), thorn bark (1 sheet or more, the latter two are roasted yellow in a new clay pot), Gu'er Xuejie (Dragon's Blood from Daemonorops draco) (5 qian), Cinnabar (6 qian), realgar (7 qian), dripping frankincense (3 qian, oil removed completely), myrrh (3 qian). Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Melt beeswax to form pills, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 24 pills per dose, washed down with Huanghua (Sophora japonica flower) decoction mixed with yellow wine on an empty stomach. Adding earthworms (Pheretima aspergillum) and Sophora japonica flowers to the prescription is even better. After taking the medicine, avoid vinegar, meat/fish, and emotional anger.

Human tooth ash, hair ash, and gallbladder membrane ash of a rooster, each in equal parts, ground into powder. Add a small amount of Moschus (Musk) and calomel, mix with oil, and apply externally.

White pine resin, boiled in water in a clay jar; add water when dry until dissolved. It is ideal if it does not feel sticky when dropped into water. Grind into powder; avoid iron vessels during processing. Form honey pills, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 70 pills per dose, increasing up to 100 pills. Seven pig bladders, place seven lotus seeds in each, boil until very soft, and consume with wine/food. Pine nodes, willow branches, peach branches, plum branches, and Platycladus orientalis leaves, several jin each. Boil in a large pot to extract oils. First fumigate in a vat, then wash for one to two hours. Do not wipe dry; wear new blue cloth garments. Parasites will emerge onto the cloth. They will never recur. Avoid heavy meat and salt for two months. If there is spasticity of hands and feet, add Aconitum carmichaelii (Chuanwu) and Aconitum kusnezoffii (Caowu), boil water, and wash.

Phellodendri Cortex powder (Huangbai) and Gleditsiae sinensis thorn ash, each 3 qian. Mix evenly, take on an empty stomach with wine. Expel parasites without harming the person. Eat plain white porridge for two to three days, then take several doses of Qi-tonifying herbs. This formula is named Shenxiao San (Divine Efficacy Powder). If limbs are swollen, prick with needles to drain fluid, then take the medicine again. Avoid all fish, meat, and wind-dispersing foods.
