Commentary states: The Upper Jiao (Upper Burner) is located below the heart. Its Qi originates from the upper orifice of the stomach, travels along the throat, and penetrates through the diaphragm. If heat pathogens are present, it leads to diseases such as dryness of the throat and tongue, foul breath, reddish complexion, and a sensation of fullness and obstruction in the chest and diaphragm.
