Blend with refined honey, pound in an iron mortar with butter until uniform and cooked, shape into pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take fifteen pills on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine; take again in the evening. Rice drink is also acceptable.

To treat Lung Labor Heat generating worms, shaped like silkworms, causing coughing, counterflow qi, and asthma. Some say You Ge (Worry Obstruction), Qi Ge (Qi Obstruction), Hui Ge (Anger Obstruction), Han Ge (Cold Obstruction), Re Ge (Heat Obstruction) all arise from Labor Qi, named Gaohuang Disease (Disease of the Deep Vitality), where acupuncture cannot reach. Use the Maidong Men Pill Formula.
Mai Men Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber, remove heart, dry 10 liang) Shu Jiao (Sichuan Pepper, remove eyes and closed ones, stir-fry until sweat appears 1 liang) Ren Shen (Ginseng Root 1 liang 1 fen) Yuan Zhi (Polygala Root, remove heart) [Text fragment missing] ... The above thirteen ingredients are crushed and sieved into powder, blended with refined honey, pounded in an iron mortar with butter until uniform and cooked, shaped into pills the size of sour jujube seeds. Hold in mouth and slowly swallow saliva.

To treat Lung Labor Heat generating worms causing disease in the Lung, use the Sang Gen Bai Pi Wine Formula.
Sang Gen Bai Pi (Mulberry Root Bark, from east-facing roots, take 1 sheng) Ye Lang Ya (Wild Wolf Tooth Herb, remove connected seedlings, clean brush soil 3 liang) Wu Zhu Yu Gen Pi (Evodia Root Bark, from east-facing roots, clean brush remove [text cut off]) ... The above three ingredients are finely chopped, use 7 sheng of wine, boil down to 2 sheng, remove dregs, divide into three doses. Take one dose daily on an empty stomach.

To treat Liver Labor generating long worms causing disease, fearfulness and uneasiness, redness in eyes, use the Zhu Yu Gen Pill Formula.
Dong Xing Wu Zhu Yu Gen (East-growing Evodia Root, remove soil, chop 3 liang) La (Beeswax 3 liang) Ji Zi (Chicken Egg, 5 eggs, remove shell, use yolk) Jing Mi (Glutinous Rice 1 zhan)
The above four ingredients, except for beeswax and chicken eggs, are crushed and sieved into powder. First melt beeswax in a copper pot, then add Evodia root powder, rice flour, and chicken egg yolk. Fry until moldable, shape into pills the size of small beans. In the morning, wash down fifty pills with millet drink; children take twenty pills. When worms are expelled, recovery occurs.

To treat Spleen Labor, with white worms one inch long causing disease in the Spleen, leading to frequent vomiting and chest cough, where coughing leads to vomiting but nothing comes out, use the Qian Hu Decoction Formula.
Qian Hu (Peucedani Radix, remove rhizome head) Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, chop) Chi Fu Ling (Red Poria, remove black skin) Zhi Ke (Bitter Orange Fruit, remove pulp, stir-fry with bran) Xi Xin (Asarum Root, remove stems and leaves) Xuan Fu Hua (Inula Flower) [Text fragment] stir-fried with bran, each 1 liang) ... The above ten ingredients are coarsely crushed and sifted. Take 5 qian bi per dose, add 2 zhan of water, 10 slices of bamboo leaves, washed and finely chopped. Boil together to 1 zhan, remove dregs, take on an empty stomach. Vomiting expels the pathogen and recovery occurs. If there is heat and fullness in the abdomen, add Mang Xiao (Mirabilite) half qian bi, Zhi Zi Ren (Gardenia Seed) 1 liang, Huang Qin (Scutellaria Root) 1 liang 5 fen, Ku Shen (Sophora Root) 1 liang.

To treat Spleen Labor Heat, with white worms in the Spleen causing disease, leading to frequent vomiting, use the Zhu Yu Gen Infused Wine Formula.
Wu Zhu Yu Gen (Evodia Root, east-facing, 1 chi, chop) Ma Zi (Hemp Seed, 8 sheng, clean select) Chen Ju Pi (Aged Tangerine Peel, soak in water, remove white pith, stir-fry 2 liang)
The above three ingredients: first crush tangerine peel and hemp seeds into paste, then mix with Evodia root. Infuse in 1 dou of wine overnight. Simmer gently over low heat, strain to remove dregs, divide into five doses. Take each dose warm on an empty stomach; worms will descend. Whenever preparing medicine, avoid saying "mixing insect-killing medicine."

To treat Kidney Labor Heat, with swelling and tightness of the four limbs, with Ascaris-like worms resembling vegetable worms born in the Kidney, use the Guan Zhong Powder Formula.
Guan Zhong (Cyrtomium Rhizome, large ones 3 pieces, remove furs) Gan Qi (Dried Resina Draconis, stir-fry until smoke ceases 2 liang) Wu Zhu Yu (Evodia Fruit, wash seven times, dry, stir-fry 1 liang 5 fen) Bai Wu Yi (Melia Toosendan Fruit [text fragment] yellow powder 1 liang) ... Take, and administer again in the evening.
