[Discussion] The condition of "Blood Wind Wandering Injection" in women is caused by blood deficiency allowing wind pathogens to invade. Wind pathogenic factors are characterized by their mobility and rapid changes. When blood is affected by wind, it moves together with Ying (Nutritive) Qi and Wei (Defensive) Qi, causing disease where it stagnates; hence, the pain wanders without a fixed location.
