威灵仙（去土） 乳香（研） 枳壳（去瓤麸炒各一两）
上三味，捣罗为末，以粟米饭和丸，梧桐子大。每服十五丸，米饮下，日三。
治因气成痔 。卷柏散方
卷柏 枳壳（去瓤麸炒） 猪牙（皂荚各一两）
上三味，入一小藏瓶内，以盐泥固济，慢火烧透，去火和瓶于湿地上，用黄土罨一复时
，取出药入麝香一钱，同研极细。每服二钱匕，温酒调下，不拘时候。
治气痔。 皮散方
皮（一枚烧焦） 桂（去粗皮一两） 磁石（火烧醋淬十遍四两）
上三味，捣罗为散，空心米饮调下二钱匕，日晚再服。
治气痔下血，肛边疼痛。圣功丸方
鸡冠花（焙） 臭椿皮（炙锉各二两）
上二味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸，梧桐子大。每服二十丸，黄 汤下，不拘时。
治气痔下浓血。白矾丸方
白矾（熬令汁枯） 附子（炮裂去皮脐各一两）
上二味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸，梧桐子大。空心温酒下十丸，日晚再服。
治气痔脱肛不收，或生鼠乳，时复血出，久不瘥者。必效丸方
枳壳（去瓤麸炒） 黄 （锉各一两）
上二味，捣罗为末，以陈米饭和丸，梧桐子大。空心食前米饮下三十丸。
治气痔脱肛。熏熨方
枳壳（去瓤麸炒） 防风（去叉各一两） 白矾（熬令汁枯一分研）
上三味，除白矾外，捣为粗末，入白矾拌匀，水三碗，煎至二碗，乘热熏之，仍以软帛
蘸汤熨之，通手即淋洗。
治气痔脱肛良久乃收。掺药方
海螵蛸（研） 染燕脂（研各半两）
上二味，各为末，仍同研匀，先以温汤洗略拭，干掺药少许。
治大肠风壅，积滞不通，变成气痔疼痛。黄 汤方

上八味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，水一盏半，煎至八分，去滓温服。
Discourse states: The so-called Qi Hemorrhoids (Qi Zhi) are characterized by bleeding during defecation or prolapse of the anus that takes a long time to retract, which is attributed to Wind pathogen. This condition arises from the accumulation and stagnation of toxic qi in the intestines, combined with uncontrolled anger and excessive consumption of alcohol and food, leading to sluggishness, obstruction, and knotting of qi in the lower body.
Formula for Gualou Wan (Trichosanthes Pill) for treating Intestinal Wind bleeding and diseases such as rectal prolapse that have persisted for a long time without cure.
Gualou (large ones, two pieces), She Tui (Snake Slough, large ones, two pieces or more; these two ingredients are placed in a bottle and burned until their medicinal properties are preserved). Baifan (Alum), Lvfan (Green Alum; these two ingredients are each pounded together with fresh ginger until mushy, then placed in a bottle and burned until their medicinal properties are preserved).
The above twelve ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, and mixed with a paste made from rice vinegar and flour to form pills the size of Sophora seeds (Wutongzi). Take twenty pills per dose, swallowed with rice water, three times a day.
Formula for Wushe Huangqi Wan (Black Snake and Astragalus Pill) for treating Qi Hemorrhoids, constipation with dry stools, bleeding, and rectal prolapse.
Wushe (Black Snake meat, soaked in wine and roasted, five taels), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, one and a half taels), Dahuang (Rhei Rhizoma, sliced and stir-fried), Damazi Ren (Cannabis Seed, stir-fried, two taels each), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, removed rhizome, one and a half taels), Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn, [text incomplete]).
The above twelve ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of adzuki beans. Take twenty pills per dose with warm wine on an empty stomach, adjusting the dosage until bowel movement becomes smooth. If not sufficiently effective, increase the number of pills.
Formula for Shetu Pi Wan (Snake Slough Pill) for treating Qi Hemorrhoids with swelling, pain, and sores in the lower body, and irreducible rectal prolapse.
Shetu Pi (Snake Slough, burnt to ash, three taels), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix), Huaishi (Fructus Sophorae, slightly stir-fried), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced and dried), Baifan (Alum, boiled until juice is gone), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus, three fen each), Sheng Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, dried and roasted), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, sliced and dried, one and a half taels each), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, processed), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, cracked, skin and umbilicus removed, half a tael each).
The above ten ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills per dose with aged rice water, three to five times a day.
Formula for Huangqi San (Astragalus Powder) for treating heat accumulation in the large intestine resulting in Qi Hemorrhoids.
Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced, two and a half taels), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix, three taels each), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, cracked, skin and umbilicus removed, one and a half taels), Dahuang (Rhei Rhizoma, sliced and stir-fried, one and a half taels), [Missing Ingredient] (one unit, burnt until charred).
The above ten ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed with rice water on an empty stomach, and taken again in the evening.
Formula for Huaidou San (Sophora Seed Powder) for treating Intestinal Wind and the Five Hemorrhoids with bright red blood, often accompanied by constipation and pain, resulting in Qi Hemorrhoids.
Huaidou (Sophora Seed, stir-fried, two taels), Zhaojiazi (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Kernel, kernel three fen, stir-fried), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, pith removed, bran-stir-fried), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, twigs removed), Sang'er (Tremellae Aurantii, one tael each).
The above five ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed with decoction of Chugen (Buckthorn Root), three times a day.
Formula for Weilingxian Wan (Clematis Pill) for treating Qi Hemorrhoids with dry stools.
Weilingxian (Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma, cleaned of soil), Ruxiang (Olibanum, ground), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, pith removed, bran-stir-fried, one tael each).
The above three ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, and mixed with millet rice to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take fifteen pills per dose with rice water, three times a day.
Formula for Juanbai San (Selaginella Powder) for treating hemorrhoids caused by Qi stagnation.
Juanbai (Selaginellae Herba), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, pith removed, bran-stir-fried), Zhuya (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, one tael each).
The above three ingredients are placed in a small porcelain bottle, sealed with salt mud, and slowly fired through. Remove from fire, place the bottle on wet ground, cover with yellow earth for one shichen (two hours), take out the medicine, add Shexiang (Moschus, one qian), and grind together extremely finely. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed with warm wine, at any time.
Formula for Shetu Pi San (Snake Slough Powder) for treating Qi Hemorrhoids.
Shetu Pi (Snake Slough, one piece, burnt until charred), Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark removed, one tael), Cishi (Magnetitum, fired and quenched in vinegar ten times, four taels).
The above three ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder. Take two qianbi per dose mixed with rice water on an empty stomach, and taken again in the evening.
Formula for Shenggong Wan (Holy Merit Pill) for treating Qi Hemorrhoids with bleeding and pain around the anus.
Jiguanhua (Celosiae Cristatae Flos, dried), Chouchunpi (Toosendan Cortex, roasted and sliced, two taels each).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills per dose with Huangqi Decoction, at any time.
Formula for Baifan Wan (Alum Pill) for treating Qi Hemorrhoids with pus and blood discharge.
Baifan (Alum, boiled until dry), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, cracked, skin and umbilicus removed, one tael each).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take ten pills per dose with warm wine on an empty stomach, and taken again in the evening.
Formula for Bixiao Wan (Must-Efficacious Pill) for treating Qi Hemorrhoids with irreducible rectal prolapse, formation of "rat breasts" (hemorrhoidal nodules), intermittent bleeding, and chronic non-healing.
Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, pith removed, bran-stir-fried), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced, one tael each).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, and mixed with aged rice to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills per dose with rice water before meals on an empty stomach.
Moxibustion and Fomentation Formula for treating Qi Hemorrhoids with rectal prolapse.
Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, pith removed, bran-stir-fried), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, twigs removed, one tael each), Baifan (Alum, boiled until dry, one fen, ground).
Except for Baifan, the above three ingredients are crushed into coarse powder, mixed evenly with Baifan. Add three bowls of water, boil down to two bowls. Use the steam to fumigate the affected area, then use soft cloth dipped in the hot liquid to foment the area. Wash with the liquid when the temperature is tolerable.
Powder Formula for treating Qi Hemorrhoids with rectal prolapse that takes a long time to retract.
Haipiaoxiao (Sepiae Endoconcha, ground), Ranyanzhi (Minium, ground, half a tael each).
The above two ingredients are each ground into powder, then mixed thoroughly. First wash with warm water and pat dry, then apply a small amount of the powder.
Decoction Formula for treating large intestine wind obstruction, accumulation and stagnation not passing, transforming into painful Qi Hemorrhoids.
Huangqi (Astragali Radix, sliced, half a tael), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, sliced and dried), Dahuang (Rhei Rhizoma, sliced and dried), Binglang (Arecae Semen, baked and sliced, one tael each), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, stir-fried), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix).
The above eight ingredients are coarsely crushed and sifted. Take five qianbi per dose, add one and a half bowls of water, boil down to eight-tenths, remove dregs, and take warm.
