论曰肠痔者，以肠胃有风挟热，二者乘虚入于肠间，冲发下部，故令肛边生核，肿痛不
消，病始作，令人寒热，时有血出也。
治肠痔生核肿痛，时下脓血。 皮散方
皮（炙焦一枚） 荣实（蔷薇根是也） 枳壳（去瓤麸炒） 黄 （锉焙） 槐豆（炒）
桑耳
上一十味，捣罗为散，空心煎木贼汤调下三钱匕，日晚再服，以瘥为度。
治肠痔肿痛生核，或发寒热。枳壳汤方

上五味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，空心以井华水调下，日晚再服，兼取少许敷疮上，以

治肠痔，每大便常有血。矾附丸方
白矾（熬令汁枯） 附子（炮裂去皮脐各一两）
上二味，捣研为末，炼蜜和丸，梧桐子大。每服五丸，温酒下，日三服。稍增至十丸，
数日永差。
治肠痔下血痛肿。威灵仙散方
威灵仙（去土四两） 防风（去叉二两） 枳壳（去瓤麸炒） 黄 （锉各半两）
上四味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，麝香热米饮调下，日可二服，不拘时候，常服祛风气
，避温疫，消肿满，除五痔等患。
治肠痔有血方
白蔷薇根 枸杞根（曝干各半两）
上二味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，温水调下，日三服。
治肠痔下部肿痛，便血后重，坐卧不安。 藤子丸方
藤子（半两） 威灵仙（拣净锉碎水淘洗过焙干） 大黄（煨过各二两）
上三味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，温米饮下，空心食前服。
治肠痔肿痛，时有脓血。柏叶丸方
柏叶 乌梅肉（曝干各一两） 皂荚（一梃去皮并子水浸透捣研取汁）
上三味，除皂荚外，捣为末，将皂荚汁和丸，如梧桐子大。每服十丸，温熟水下，食前
服之。
治肠痔，肛边肿痛生核下血。龙参丸方
地龙（干者一两） 苦参（一两） 乌头（去皮脐半两半生半炮）
上三味为末，以醋糊为丸，绿豆大，每服七丸至十丸，食前米饮下，日三。
治肠痔，下部生核肿痛，发寒热出血。地榆散方
地榆 甘草（半炙半生） 陈槐花（半炒半生各一两）
上三味为散，每服二钱匕，浓煎枳壳桑根白皮汤调下，空心食前服。
治肠痔下血。栝蒌散方
栝蒌实（大好者一个） 乌梅肉（十个）
上二味，先将栝蒌切下盖，少取瓤，以乌梅肉实其中，却盖定，用黄泥固济，候泥干，
以火 存性，取出去泥，细研为散，每服二钱匕，空心温酒调下。
治肠痔下血。枳实丸方
枳实（五两去瓤麸炒捣为末炼蜜和丸如弹子大） 皂荚（刺）烧存性为末三两）
上二味，每服以水一盏，用药一丸，皂荚刺末一钱半，同煎至七分，入麝香少许，放温
服。
治肠痔生核肿痛，发歇不定，又名风痔者。水梅丸方
白僵蚕（锉炒微黄二两）
上一味为末，用水梅肉和丸，如梧桐子大，每服蜜汤下五丸，空心食前服。
治肠痔肛边有核，痛发寒热，生疮。妙应膏方
猪悬蹄壳（五枚） 生梧桐白皮（四两） 龙胆（二两） 生桑根白皮（半两） 蛇蜕
皮雄黄
口者炒出汗三分）
上一十四味，除雄黄脂外，锉碎。以醋一升拌一宿，先熬脂令沸，即下诸药，候桑皮赤
黑色，以绵绞去滓再煎，下雄黄，以柳篦搅令匀，于瓷合内盛。每日空心温酒调服一枣许，
日晚再服，更取枣核大，用绵裹，纳下部，日再换，以瘥为度。
治肠痔，淋洗。二皮汤方
桃皮 李皮 蓄 苦参（各一两）
上四味，锉碎，以水一斗，煮取五升，去滓熏洗，候冷即止，日再用。
治肠痔生核肿痛。熏洗方
荆芥穗 黑狗脊 鲮鲤甲 枳壳（去瓤麸炒）
上四味，等分为粗末，每用一两，以水二升，煎数沸，去滓乘热熏，候通手淋洗。
治肠痔肿核疼痛不可忍，熨痔。枳壳散方
枳壳（去瓤麸炒四两） 诃黎勒皮（二两）
上二味，捣罗为散，铫子内炒令热，以帛裹热熨，冷即再炒。
治肠痔肿痛，初觉生核熏之。方
荆芥穗 甘草（锉）
上二味，等分为粗末，每用两大匙，水一升半，煎取一升，去滓乘热熏之，候通手淋洗
，避风盖复。

上二味，同研匀，以枣肉和得所，绵裹纳下部中。
治久积虚冷，肠风痔 ，面色萎黄，日渐羸瘦虚劣等疾。白术丸方

治肠痔下血如注水，久不差。方
上用市河水，每遇更衣罢，便冷沃之，久沃为佳，久患者皆瘥。无河水，井水亦得。

To treat intestinal hemorrhoids. Biejia San Formula (Softshell Turtle Powder):
Biejia (Softshell Turtle Shell, vinegar-roasted, skirt edges removed) Pi (roasted until charred) Shetuipi (Snake Skin, cut and roasted until charred) Lufengfang (Honeycomb, cut and roasted until charred) Zhu Xuantiqiao (Pig Hoof Shell).
The above five ingredients are crushed, sifted into a powder. Take two qianbi per dose, mixed well water on an empty stomach, and take again in the evening. Additionally, apply a small amount of the powder topically to the ulcer. Continue until cured.

Formula for treating intestinal hemorrhoids with bleeding:
Baiweiqiangeng (Root of White Rose) Gouqigen (Root of Lycium Chinense, sun-dried, each 0.5 liang).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sifted into a powder. Take two qianbi per dose with warm water, three times daily.
To treat intestinal hemorrhoids with lower body swelling, pain, bloody stool with a sensation of incomplete evacuation, and restlessness. Tengzi Wan Formula (Tengzi Pill):

To treat intestinal hemorrhoids with nodules, swelling, pain at the anal margin, and bleeding. Longshen Wan Formula (Earthworm and Sophora Pill):
Dilong (Dry Earthworm, 1 liang) Kushen (Sophora Flavescens Root, 1 liang) Wutou (Aconitum Carmichaelii Root, skin and navel removed, 0.5 liang; half raw, half prepared).
The above three ingredients are ground into powder. Bind with vinegar paste into pills the size of mung beans. Take seven to ten pills per dose with rice drink before meals, three times daily.

Gualoushi (Trichosanthes Fruit, one large good quality fruit) Wumei Rou (Dried Flesh of Chinese Plum, ten pieces).
The above two ingredients: First, cut off the lid of the Trichosanthes fruit and remove some of the pulp. Stuff the dried Chinese Plum flesh inside, replace the lid, and seal tightly with yellow clay. Once the clay is dry, roast over fire until the internal nature is preserved (charred but not ashed). Remove the clay, grind finely into a powder. Take two qianbi per dose with warm wine on an empty stomach.
To treat intestinal hemorrhoids with bleeding. Zhishi Wan Formula (Immature Bitter Orange Pill):
Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange, 5 liang, pulp removed, stir-fried with bran, ground into powder, mixed with refined honey into pills the size of a bullet) Zhaojiaoci (Gleditsia Spine, burned until carbonized, ground into powder, 3 liang).

The above fourteen ingredients: Except for Realgar and animal fat, cut into pieces. Soak in one sheng of vinegar overnight. First boil the fat until bubbling, then add all other herbs. When the mulberry bark turns dark red/black, strain through silk cloth and decoct again. Add Realgar, stir evenly with a willow stick, and store in a porcelain container. Take a date-sized amount mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach daily, and again in the evening. Also, wrap a date-sized amount in silk and insert into the anus, changing twice daily. Continue until cured.
For washing/intestinal hemorrhoids. Erpi Tang Formula (Two Barks Decoction):
Taopi (Peach Bark) Lipi (Plum Bark) Lvxie (Dalmatian Purslane Herb) Kushen (Sophora Flavescens Root, each 1 liang).

Jingjiesui (Schizonepeta Spike) Heigouji (Dryopteris Crassirhizoma Rhizome) Linglijia (Pangolin Scales) Zhike (Bitter Orange Peel, pulp removed, stir-fried with bran).
The above four ingredients are divided equally into coarse powder. Use one liang per dose. Add two sheng of water, boil several times. Strain and fumigate while hot, then wash when temperature is tolerable.
To treat unbearable pain from swollen nodules in intestinal hemorrhoids, applying heat (Yi). Zhike San Formula (Bitter Orange Powder):
Zhike (Bitter Orange Peel, pulp removed, stir-fried with bran, 4 liang) Helilepi (Terminalia Chebula Pericarpium, 2 liang).
The above two ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder. Stir-fry in a pot until hot. Wrap in cloth and apply as a hot compress. Reheat when cold.

The above two ingredients are divided equally into coarse powder. Use two large spoons per dose. Add one and a half sheng of water, decoct to one sheng. Strain and fumigate while hot. Wash when temperature is tolerable. Avoid wind and cover up.

Hufen (Lead Carbonate) Shuiyin (Mercury, each 1 fen).
The above two ingredients are ground together uniformly. Mix with jujube flesh to appropriate consistency. Wrap in silk and insert into the anus.
To treat chronic accumulation of deficiency-cold, Intestinal Wind Hemorrhoids, sallow complexion, progressive emaciation and weakness. Baizhu Wan Formula (Atractylodes Pill):

Use river water from the market. After each defecation, wash the area with cold water. Prolonged washing is beneficial. Long-standing cases will be cured. If river water is unavailable, well water is also acceptable.
