论曰，内经曰，思想无穷，所愿不得，意淫于外，入房太甚，宗筋弛纵，发为筋痿，及
为白淫，夫肾藏天一，以怪为事，志意内治，则精全而啬出，思想外淫，房室太甚，则固者

黄连（去须） 白茯苓（去黑皮等分）
上二味，捣罗为末，酒面糊和丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，煎补骨脂汤下，日三，不
拘时候。
治下元虚惫，耳焦面黑，遗泄白淫，手足冷肌瘦，阳起石丸方
阳起石（ 研一两） 白芷（末） 黄蜡（各半两） 生砒（研一分）
上四味，将三味同研匀，以黄蜡为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三丸，空心冷盐汤，或冷酒下，
微温亦可，服药后，忌热食少时。
治精气不固，小便白淫，及有余沥，或梦寐遗泄，妇人血海久冷，白滞白漏，日久无子，
威喜丸方
白茯苓（去黑皮四两锉作大块与猪苓一分瓷器内同煮三二十沸取茯苓再细锉猪苓不用）
黄蜡（四两）
上二味，先捣茯苓为末，炼黄蜡于火上，众手速丸，如小弹丸大，每服一丸，细嚼干
咽下，小便清为度。
治小便白淫不止，秘真丸方
龙骨（研一两） 诃黎勒（炮去皮五枚） 缩砂仁（去皮半两） 丹砂（研一两留一分
为衣）
上四味，捣研为末，煮糯米粥为丸，如绿豆大，以丹砂为衣，每日空心，热酒下一丸，
夜卧冷水下三丸，不可多服，或大秘欲通，用葱汤点茶服之，即通。
治白淫过甚，矾附丸方
附子（炮裂去皮脐重七钱者一枚） 矾石（熬令汁枯半两）
上二味，捣罗为末，水煮面糊和丸，如梧桐子大，每服十丸，至二十丸，空心夜卧茶清
下。
治小便白淫，梦寐遗泄，菟丝子散方
菟丝子（酒浸两宿别捣） 桂（去粗皮各二两） 附子（炮裂去皮脐一两半） 车前子
（炒）
上八味，捣研为散，每服二钱匕，温酒调下，食前日三，如欲作丸，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大，
每服十丸，温酒下。
治小便白淫，白石英散方
白石英（研） 肉苁蓉（酒浸切焙） 泽泻 韭子（炒各一两） 白粳米（淘五合）
上五味，捣研为散，每服二钱匕，米饮调下，食前日三。
治肾脏虚冷，小便白淫，天雄散方
天雄（炮裂去皮脐二两） 桂（去粗皮六两） 白术（锉八两）
上三味，捣罗为散，每服一钱匕，温酒调下，空心食前、日三。
治小便白淫，及遗泄无故自出，龙骨汤方
龙骨（研五两） 人参 白茯苓（去黑皮） 甘草（炙） 牡蛎（ ） 桂（去粗皮） 熟
干地黄
上七味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，水一盏半，煎至八分，去滓空心食前服。
治阳气虚惫，小便白淫，石槲散方
石槲（去根三两） 巴戟天（去心） 菟丝子（酒浸两宿别捣各二两） 杜仲（去粗皮
炙锉）
上五味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，空心温酒调下，至晚再服。
It is stated in the discussion that the *Neijing* (Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon) says: "Endless thoughts, unfulfilled desires, mental wandering into licentiousness, and excessive sexual intercourse lead to flaccidity of the Zongjin (tendons/genitals), resulting in Jinwei (sinew atrophy/impotence) and Baiyin (white turbid discharge)." The Kidney stores Tianyi (primordial essence) and governs conservation. If will and intention are kept inwardly regulated, essence remains full and emission is restrained; if thoughts wander outward into licentiousness and sexual activity is excessive, the firm conservation becomes unstable. Therefore, essence cannot be retained and flows down with urine. This originates from Jinwei, due to the flaccidity of the Zongjin.

**Huanglian Wan (Coptis Pill)**
For treating insufficiency of Heart and Kidney Qi, endless thoughts, Baiyin in urination.
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) [Rhizoma Coptidis] (mustaches removed)
White Poria (Baifuling) [Poria] (black skin removed, equal parts)
Two ingredients above. Pound and sieve into powder. Mix with wine and flour paste to make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, with decoction of Psoralea seed. Three times daily, at any time.
**Yangqishi Wan (Yangqi Stone Pill)**
For treating exhaustion of lower yuan, scorched ears and dark face, emission and Baiyin, cold hands and feet, emaciation.

Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) [Radix Angelicae Dahuricae] (powdered)
Yellow Beeswax (Huangla) [Cera Flava] (half liang each)
Raw Arsenic Trioxide (Shengpi) [Arsenici Trioxidum] (ground, 1 fen)
Four ingredients above. Grind the first three evenly. Use yellow beeswax as binder to make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 3 pills per dose, with cold salt water or cold wine on an empty stomach. Slightly warm is also acceptable. After taking medicine, avoid hot food for a short time.
**Weixi Wan (Wei Xi Pill)**
For treating insecurity of essence and Qi, Baiyin in urination, residual dribbling, nocturnal emission with dreams, chronic cold in Blood Sea in women, white leukorrhea, infertility after long duration.
White Poria (Baifuling) [Poria] (4 liang, black skin removed, cut into large pieces, boiled together with 1 part Polyporus with 30-20 boils in porcelain vessel. Take out Poria, finely cut again. Discard Polyporus.)
Yellow Beeswax (Huangla) [Cera Flava] (4 liang)
Two ingredients above. First pound Poria into powder. Melt yellow beeswax on fire. Quickly form pills by hand, size of small bullet shots. Take one pill per dose, chew finely and swallow dry. Continue until urine becomes clear.
**Mizhen Wan (Secretifying True Pill)**
For treating incessant Baiyin in urination.
Dragon Bone (Longgu) [Os Mastodi seu Ossis Femoris] (ground, 1 liang)
Chebulic Myrobalan (Helile) [Fructus Terminaliae Chebulae] (fried, skin removed, 5 fruits)
Amomum Fruit (Suosharen) [Fructus Amomi Rotundus] (skin removed, half liang)
Cinnabar (Dansha) [Realgar et Cinabrium] (ground, 1 liang, reserve 1 fen for coating)
Four ingredients above. Pound and grind into powder. Make pills using glutinous rice porridge, size of mung beans. Coat with Cinnabar. On an empty stomach daily, take one pill with hot wine. At bedtime, take three pills with cold water. Do not overdose. If constipation occurs and needs relief, use green onion soup mixed with tea to induce bowel movement.
**Fanfu Wan (Alum and Aconite Pill)**
For treating severe Baiyin.
Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi) [Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata] (cracked by frying, skin and umbilicus removed, weighing 7 qian, 1 piece)
Alum (Fanshi) [Alumen] (boiled until juice is dry, half liang)
Two ingredients above. Pound and sieve into powder. Mix with water-boiled flour paste to make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 10-20 pills per dose, with tea liquor on an empty stomach and before sleep.
**Tusizi San (Cuscuta Powder)**
For treating Baiyin in urination, nocturnal emission with dreams.
