治忽患诸痔有头，疼痛不可忍。枳壳熨方

上二味，捣碎，于铫子内炒令热，以帛裹熨之，冷即再炒熨之。

上二味，同研令细，每服二钱匕，粥饮调下，空心食前服之。

上一味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，粥饮调下，食前服之。

上一味，煮令熟，食令尽，即瘥。

熊胆（不以多少阴干）
上一味，研为末，涂疮上。

上取狸肉作羹，或作脯食之。
Wushe (Black Snake, *Agkistrodon acutus*), with skin and bones removed, soaked in wine and roasted; Pi (Skin, *Shepi*, soaked in wine and roasted, half tael each); Huaizi (Sophora Fruit, *Sophorae Fructus Immaturus*), stir-fried; Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome, *Gastrodiae Rhizoma*); Huang (Yellow Herb, *Huangqi* or similar, chopped); Sanghuang (Sanghuang Polyporus, *Sanghuangpolypori Polyporus*), wine-roasted; Shaoyao (Peony Root, *Paeoniae Radix*), stir-fried, 3 qian each; Bai (White Herb, *Baizhu* or similar, name incomplete in text).
The above thirteen flavors are pounded and sifted into a powder. Take two qianbi (approx. 3-6g) mixed with aged rice water on an empty stomach, and take another dose in the evening.
Formula for treating the five types of hemorrhoids: Huaizi Wan (Sophora Fruit Pill).
Huaishi (Sophora Fruit, *Sophorae Fructus*); Longgu (Dragon Bone, *Fossilia Ossis Mastodi* or *Dentis*, cleaned of earth and ground); Huye (Oak Leaf, *Quercus Leaf*, roasted); Ganjiang (Dried Ginger, *Zingiberis Rhizoma干燥*), processed; Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*, chopped and stir-fried); Qigen (Qiancao Root, *Rubiae Cordifoliae Radix*); Huang (Yellow Herb, *Huangqi* or similar, chopped and stir-fried); Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit, *Evodiae Fructus*); Xuantí (Pig Trotter Hoof, *Sus Scrofa Hoof*, ten pieces - *text incomplete*). The above twelve flavors are pounded and sifted into a fine powder, refined honey is used to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills with rice water on an empty stomach, twice a day.

Pi (Skin, *Shepi*, roasted); Biejia (Softshell Turtle Shell, *Trionycis Carapax et Plastrum*, vinegar-roasted); Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*, chopped and baked, 1.5 taels each); Huang (Yellow Herb, *Huangqi* or similar, chopped and baked); Huaishi (Sophora Fruit, *Sophorae Fructus*, stir-fried); Dahuang (Rhubarb, *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma*, steamed three times, 1 fen); Zhu Hou Xuantí (Pig Hind Trotter Hoof, *Sus Scrofa Hoof*, ten pieces - *text incomplete*). The above eleven flavors are pounded and sifted into a powder. Take three qianbi mixed with boiled white porridge water on an empty stomach, twice a day.
Formula for treating Shuru (Mouse-like Hemorrhoids) and Mu Zhi (Yang Hemorrhoids) with pus and blood discharge.
Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean, *Vigna angularis*), 1 tael; Huang (Yellow Herb, *Huangqi* or similar, chopped and stir-fried); Muli Fen (Oyster Shell Powder, *Concha Ostreae*, roasted); Chishaoyao (Red Peony Root, *Paeoniae Radix Rubra*); Bailian (Belamcanda Rhizome, *Belamcandae Rhizoma*); Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, *Scutellariae Radix*, remove black heart); Gui (Cinnamon Bark, *Cinnamomi Cortex*, remove rough skin).
The above eight flavors are pounded and sifted into a powder. Take three qianbi mixed with boiled white porridge water on an empty stomach, three times a day.
Formula for fumigating the five types of hemorrhoids.
Huaijiao (Sophora Gum, *Sophorae Gummi*), 3 taels; Zaojia (Gleditsia Fruit, *Gleditsiae Fructus*, roasted, 2 taels); Shexiang (Musk, *Moschus*, ground and added); Manliyu (Eel, *Anguilla*, roasted); Xionghuang (Realgar, *Realgar*, ground and added); Langdazi (Datura Seed, *Daturae Semen*, stir-fried); Ding (Clove, *Caryophylli Flos* - *text incomplete*). The above seven flavors: pound and grind six of them into a powder, mix with Huaijiao, divide into five pills. Take a clean bottle of about one sheng capacity, bury it in the ground, place a plate with a hole drilled in it on top of the bottle, put the medicine into the bottle, burn one pill to cover it securely, sit with the affected area over the hole in the plate so that the smoke fumigates the painful spot, which is effective.
Formula for sudden onset of various hemorrhoids with heads, unbearable pain: Zhike Yun (Zhiqiao Fumigation/Ironing).
Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, *Aurantii Fructus*), 4 taels; Hezipi (Pericarpium Chebulae, *Chebulae Pericarpium*), 2 taels.
The above two flavors are crushed, stir-fried in a pot until hot, wrapped in cloth, and applied to the affected area (warmed/ironed). When cold, stir-fry again and apply.
Comprehensive formula for treating all five types of hemorrhoids.
Shetuipi (Snake Slough, *Boas Skin*, 2 taels, burned to ash); Shexiang (Musk, *Moschus*, 1 qian).
The above two flavors are ground together finely. Take two qianbi mixed with porridge water, taken on an empty stomach before meals.

Sang'er (Mulberry Fungus, *Auricularia Auricula-Judae* growing on mulberry, 1 tael).
The above one flavor is pounded and sifted into a powder. Take two qianbi mixed with porridge water, taken before meals.

Niupi (Cow Spleen, *Bovis Spleen* from the twelfth lunar month, one piece).
The above one flavor is boiled until cooked, eat it all up, then the disease will heal.

Xiongdan (Bear Bile, *Ursi Fel*, dried in shade, amount unspecified).
The above one flavor is ground into powder, applied to the sore.
