白石英（三斤）
上一味。捣筛细研三日，取一乳牛十岁以上方养犊而形瘦者，每日秤一两石英末拌豆与
食，经七日即可取乳，每朝空腹热饮一升，余者作粥，任意食之，百无所忌，五月上旬起服
良，如急要用亦不拘，此牛粪粪地种菜，供服乳人食，甚佳。
治石发。石英菜方
白石英（五斤）
上一味。捣研为末，和牛粪粪地，种枸杞牛膝豆菜等，食之益人。
治服乳石，因食仓米臭肉发动者。葱豉汤方
葱白（一握切） 豉（一合）
上二味。以水二升，煎至一升半，去滓作常服豉汤服。可五六剂瘥。

上取好乌豆任多少，煮取浓汁以代水，入少盐和面，根据常法作 ，还向此豆汁中热煮
，可三七沸，溢则添豆汁，勿加水，熟即出之，任意以猪羊肉绿豆等 浇食之，或作冷淘食
亦得，和山芋作 益佳。

上取新大麦为面，和肉汁作饼食之，大凉面作柳叶条为羹亦佳，又大麦和黑豆相拌熟蒸
，任意食。消食压石坚肌，春夏服之弥良。

鹿肾（一对去脂膜研烂） 米（三合）
上二味。于豉汁中，五味调和，煮如常法，空腹食。
治耳聋耳鸣。羊肾羹方
羊肾（去筋膜细切一对） 生山芋（去皮四两） 葱白（一握擘碎） 生姜（细切一分）
上四味。作羹如常法，空腹食。
治耳聋，耳鸣如风水声。猪肾羹方
猪肾（去筋膜细切一对） 陈橘皮（洗切半分） 蜀椒（去目并闭口炒出汗三十粒）
上三味。用五味汁作羹，空腹食。

上四味。以水三升半，煮菖蒲，取汁二升半，去滓，入猪肾葱白米及五味，作羹如常法

人参（为末一合） 防风（去叉为末一分） 磁石（捣碎绵裹二两） 猪肾（去筋膜细
切一对）
上四味。先将磁石于银器中，以水一斗煮取三升，入猪肾及粳米五合，如常法煮粥，候
熟入前二味，更煮数沸，空腹服。

Take the above single ingredient. Pound and sieve into fine powder, grind continuously for three days. Select a cow that is over ten years old, currently nursing a calf, and has a thin physique. Weigh one liang of White Quartz powder daily, mix it with beans, and feed it to the cow. After seven days, milk can be collected. Drink one sheng of hot milk on an empty stomach every morning. Use the remaining milk to make porridge, which can be eaten at will without any dietary restrictions. It is best to start taking it in early May; if urgently needed, time restrictions do not apply. The manure from this cow is used to fertilize land for growing vegetables, which are then consumed by the person taking the milk, which is very beneficial.

Bai Shuangjing (White Quartz) (5 jin)
Take the above single ingredient. Pound and grind into powder, mix with cow manure to fertilize the soil, and plant goji berries, Achyranthes bidentata (Niu Xi), soybeans, vegetables, etc. Consuming these crops is beneficial to humans.
Treatment for toxicity activation caused by consuming spoiled grain from storage or rotten meat after taking mineral drugs. Recipe for Cong Chi Tang (Scallion and Fermented Soybean Decoction)
Cong Bai (White Part of Scallion) (one handful, cut) Chi (Fermented Soybean) (one he)
Take the above two ingredients. Add two sheng of water, decoct until reduced to one and a half sheng, remove the dregs, and take as a regular Chi Tang (Fermented Soybean Decoction). Five or six doses will lead to recovery.
Dietary precautions after taking mineral drugs. Zhi (Note: "Zhi" here refers to a type of noodle/dough food described in the subsequent text)
Select good black soybeans in any quantity, boil to obtain a thick juice to replace water. Add a small amount of salt to mix with flour. Prepare the dough according to standard methods, then return it to this bean juice to heat and boil. Boil for twenty-one times (three sevens); if it boils over, add more bean juice, do not add water. Once cooked, remove and eat at will with toppings such as pork, mutton, mung beans, etc. Alternatively, it can be eaten as cold noodles. Mixing with yam makes it even better.

Take new barley flour, mix with meat juice to make cakes and eat them. Making large cool noodles into willow-leaf strips for soup is also excellent. Additionally, mix barley and black beans, steam thoroughly, and eat at will. This aids digestion, suppresses the hardness of mineral drugs, and strengthens muscles. It is particularly effective when taken in spring and summer.

In summer, when traveling long distances under the heat, if dinner is eaten late leading to hunger, mineral drug toxicity is likely to activate. One should prepare barley flour cakes to carry along and eat when hungry to suppress the mineral drug effects (another version reads "strengthen") and alleviate hunger.
Treatment for deafness, nourishing the kidney, strengthening bone qi, benefiting essence and marrow, and eliminating irritability and heat. Recipe for Ci Shi (Magnetite) and Sheep Kidney Porridge
Ci Shi (Magnetite) (half a jin, crushed, washed three times, wrapped in cotton cloth and placed in a vessel) Yang Shen (Sheep Kidney) (a pair, fat membrane removed, pounded to paste) Mi (Rice) (three he)
Take the above three ingredients. Add five sheng of water, first decoct the Magnetite, obtain two sheng of juice, remove the Magnetite, add the sheep kidney and rice to cook porridge. Near completion, add one he of wine, mix according to standard methods, and take on an empty stomach.

Lu Shen (Deer Kidney) (a pair, fat membrane removed, pounded to paste) Mi (Rice) (three he)
Take the above two ingredients. In fermented soybean juice, season with the five flavors, cook according to standard methods, and eat on an empty stomach.

Yang Shen (Sheep Kidney) (remove fascia, finely slice a pair) Sheng Shan Yao (Raw Yam) (peeled, four liang) Cong Bai (White Part of Scallion) (one handful, broken apart) Sheng Jiang (Fresh Ginger) (finely sliced, one fen)
Take the above four ingredients. Prepare soup according to standard methods and eat on an empty stomach.

Zhu Shen (Pig Kidney) (remove fascia, finely slice a pair) Chen Pi (Aged Tangerine Peel) (wash and slice, half fen) Shu Jiao (Sichuan Pepper) (remove eyes and closed mouths, stir-fry until sweat appears, thirty grains)
Take the above three ingredients. Make soup using the five-flavor juice and eat on an empty stomach.

Chang Pu (Acorus Tatarinowii) (soaked in rice wash water overnight, chopped and dried, two liang) Zhu Shen (Pig Kidney) (remove fascia, finely slice a pair) Cong Bai (White Part of Scallion) (one handful, broken apart) Mi (Rice) (washed, three he)
Take the above four ingredients. Add three and a half sheng of water, decoct the Acorus, obtain two and a half sheng of juice, remove dregs, add pig kidney, scallion white, rice, and five-flavor seasoning. Prepare soup according to standard methods and eat on an empty stomach.

Ren Shen (Ginseng) (ground into powder, one he) Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia Divaricata) (remove forked roots, ground into powder, one fen) Ci Shi (Magnetite) (crushed, wrapped in cotton cloth, two liang) Zhu Shen (Pig Kidney) (remove fascia, finely slice a pair)
Take the above four ingredients. First, place the Magnetite in a silver vessel, add one dou of water, decoct to obtain three sheng. Add the pig kidney and five he of japonica rice, cook porridge according to standard methods. When cooked, add the previously prepared Ginseng and Saposhnikovia powders, boil for a few more times, and take on an empty stomach.
