Commentary states: The *Neijing* mentions that contracting wind pathogen immediately after washing one's hair results in "Shou Feng" (Head Wind). The manifestations of Shou Feng include excessive sweating on the head and face, and aversion to wind. The condition typically worsens one day before the wind blows; headache becomes severe, making it impossible to go out or enter rooms. On the day the wind blows, the condition improves slightly. This is because all Yang meridians converge at the head. In a state of tranquility, there is no pathway for pathogens to enter. For those who have just washed their hair, the skin pores are loose, and the skin and hair are moistened. If not careful with wind protection, the wind pathogen can take advantage of this to invade and lodge in the head, causing disease. Its symptoms include excessive sweating on the head and face, and aversion to wind. It is named after the fierce winds of heaven and earth. Wind nature belongs to Yang and moves freely; the head is the meeting point of all Yang meridians, corresponding to the nature of wind.
