The *Neijing* (Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic) states that wind pathogen following the Fengfu acupoint upwards results in Brain Wind. Wind originates from high and distant places, initially affecting the Yang meridians. The Du Meridian and the Yang Linking Vessel intersect here; ascending from Fengfu to Naohu. Naohu is the intersection of the Du Meridian and the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian. Furthermore, the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian originates at the inner canthus, ascends to the forehead, intersects at the vertex, and enters to connect with the brain.
