Discussion: The manifestation of "Feng Tou Xuan" (Wind-induced Dizziness) involves the sensation of both the head and eyes rotating. The essence of the Five Zang and Six Fu organs manifests in the eyes and flows upward to the head. When Wind pathogen agitates in the upper region, it causes the brain to rotate and the eye meridians to become tense, preventing the True Qi from reaching the head. Consequently, deficiency leads to dizziness accompanied by mental oppression; in severe cases, one may collapse due to vertigo.
