丸，能食便强健也。忌生冷醋滑油腻，菘菜，海藻。

Treats pregnancy malaise (pregnancy sickness), characterized by a sense of mental confusion and oppression, empty irritability with vomiting and reflux, aversion to the smell of food, dizziness, heaviness of the body, pain and distress in the four limbs and all joints with a heavy sensation, excessive sleepiness with little rising, aversion to cold, sweating, extreme fatigue, sallow complexion, and emaciation.
Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) [each 30 zhu], Gadihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Fuling (Poria) [each 18 zhu], Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Xuanfuhua (Inulae Flos), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [each 12 zhu].
The above twelve herbs are coarsely crushed, decocted in one dou (approx. 10 liters) of water until three sheng (approx. 3 liters) remain, and divided into three doses. If the condition has persisted for months without treatment, or if improper administration of hot/cold medicines leads to pathological "guest heat" manifesting as irritability, thirst, and oral ulcers, remove Chenpi and Xixin, and add Qianhu (Peucedani Radix) and Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), each 12 zhu. If the condition changes to coldness with diarrhea, remove Gadihuang and reduce Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) by 6 zhu. For the rest, follow the formula: after taking one dose and experiencing bowel movement, assess the patient's qi strength and thermal status to adjust the dosage accordingly. Take another dose of the decoction, then urgently administer Fuling Wan (Poria Pill). Once appetite returns, the body will become strong. Avoid raw, cold, slippery, greasy foods, Songcai (Brassica rapa var. pekinensis), and Haizao (Sargassum).
Treats pregnancy malaise, presenting with mental irritability and oppression, dizziness, bodily heaviness, aversion to the smell of food and drink, immediate vomiting and reflux with a sense of suffocation and disorientation, drooping and weakness of the four limbs unable to support themselves. This prescription is effective upon use. First, take two doses of Banxia Fuling Tang (Pinellia and Poria Decoction), followed by this prescription.
Fuling (Poria), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus, stir-baked), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) [each 1 liang], Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) [each 2 liang]. Do not use Gadihuang.
Treats pregnancy malaise with vomiting and inability to retain food.
Qingzhuru (Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) [each 18 zhu], Fuling (Poria), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) [each 1 liang], Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) [30 zhu].
The above five herbs are coarsely crushed, decocted in six sheng of water until two and a half sheng remain, and divided into three doses. If not cured, prepare and administer frequently.
Treats pregnancy vomiting with inability to retain food.
Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Zhuru (Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) [each 18 zhu], Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) [1 liang], Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) [12 zhu].
The above six herbs are coarsely crushed, decocted in seven sheng of water until two and a half sheng remain, and divided into three doses. If not cured, prepare and administer again.
