治妇人下焦劳冷，膀胱肾气损弱，白汁与小便俱出方。
浓朴如手大，长四寸，以酒五升，煮两沸，去滓，取桂一尺为末，纳汁中调和，一宿勿
食，旦顿服之。
治妇人小腹痛方。
茯苓（六两） 土瓜根 芍药（各三两） 薏苡仁（半升）
上四味 咀，以酒三升渍一宿，旦加水七升，煎取二升，分再服。
治妇人胸满心下坚，咽中帖帖，如有炙肉脔，吐之不出，咽之不下方。
半夏（一升） 浓朴（三两） 茯苓（四两） 生姜（五两） 苏叶（二两）
上五味 咀，以水七升，煮取四升，分四服，日三夜一，不瘥频服。一方无苏叶、生姜
治妇人气方∶
平旦服乌牛尿，日一止。
治妇人胸中伏气方。
昆布 海藻 芍药 桂心 白石英 款冬花 桑白皮 人参（各二两） 柏子仁 茯苓
钟乳（各二两半） 紫菀 甘草（各一两） 干姜（一两六铢） 吴茱萸 五味子 细辛（各

上二十味为末，蜜丸，如梧子，酒服二十丸，日再，加至四十丸。
治妇人无故忧恚，胸中迫塞，气不下方∶
芍药 滑石 黄连 石膏 山茱萸 前胡（各一两六铢） 大黄 细辛 麦门冬 生姜

上十二味为末，蜜丸如梧子，酒服二十丸，加至三十丸，日三服。
治妇人断产方∶
蚕子故纸方一尺，烧为末，酒服之，终身不产。
治劳损产后无子，阴中冷溢出，子门闭，积年不瘥，身体寒冷方∶
防风（一两半） 桔梗（三十铢） 人参（一两） 菖蒲 半夏 丹参 浓朴 干姜 紫
菀
杜蘅（各十八铢） 秦艽 白蔹 牛膝 沙参（各半两）
上十四味为末，白蜜和丸如小豆，食后服十五丸，日三服。不知加至二十丸。有娠止，
夫不在勿服之，服药后七日方合阴阳。
To treat women with deficiency-cold in the lower jiao (Lower Burner), damage and weakness of Bladder and Kidney Qi, resulting in the discharge of white fluid along with urine.
Take Houpo (Magnolia Bark) with a diameter like a hand, four cun long; boil it in five sheng of wine until it boils twice; remove the dregs; take one chi of Guizhi (Cinnamon Twig), grind it into powder, mix it into the liquid. Fast for one night, then take the dose at dawn.
To treat abdominal pain in the lower abdomen of women.
Fuling (Poria) (6 liang), Tugua Gen (Trichosanthes Root), Shaoyao (Peony Root) (each 3 liang), Yiyiren (Coix Seed) (0.5 sheng).
The above four herbs are cut into small pieces, soaked in three sheng of wine for one night. In the morning, add seven sheng of water, decoct to obtain two sheng, and divide into two doses.
To treat chest fullness and hardness below the heart, with a sensation of tightness in the throat as if there were a piece of roasted meat stuck, which cannot be vomited out nor swallowed down.
Banxia (Pinellia Rhizome) (1 sheng), Houpo (Magnolia Bark) (3 liang), Fuling (Poria) (4 liang), Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) (5 liang), Ziye (Perilla Leaf) (2 liang).
The above five herbs are cut into small pieces, decocted in seven sheng of water to obtain four sheng. Divide into four doses: three times during the day and once at night. If not cured, continue taking frequently. Another version excludes Ziye and Shengjiang.
Another prescription for treating Qi stagnation in women:
Take Urina Bubali Nigri (Black Ox Urine) on an empty stomach at dawn, stop after one day.
To treat latent Qi in the chest of women.
Kunbu (Laminaria Thallus), Haizao (Sargassum Thallus), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart), Baishiying (Quartz), Kuandonghua (Farfara Flower), Sangbaipi (Morus Bark), Renshen (Ginseng Root) (each 2 liang), Baiziren (Biota Seed), Fuling (Poria), Zhongru (Stalactite) (each 2.5 liang), Ziwan (Aster Root), Gancao (Licorice Root) (each 1 liang), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (1 liang 6 zhu), Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit), Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit), Xixin (Asarum Root) (each 1.5 liang), Xingren (Apricot Seed) (100 pieces), Juapi (Tangerine Peel), Suzi (Perilla Seed) (each 5 he).
The above twenty herbs are ground into powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 20 pills with wine, twice daily, increasing up to 40 pills.
To treat women suffering from unprovoked sorrow and indignation, chest oppression and blockage, and obstructed Qi flow.
Shaoyao (Peony Root), Huashi (Talcum), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Shanzhuyu (Cornus Fruit), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix) (each 1 liang 6 zhu), Dahuang (Rhubarb Rhizome), Xixin (Asarum Root), Maimendong (Ophiopogon Tuber), Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) (each 1 liang), Banxia (Pinellia Rhizome) (18 zhu), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart) (0.5 liang).
The above twelve herbs are ground into powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 20 pills with wine, increasing up to 30 pills, three times daily.
To treat sterility in women.
Burn one chi square piece of old paper from silkworm cocoons into powder, take with wine, ensuring lifelong sterility.
To treat infertility postpartum due to exhaustion-damage, cold overflow in the vagina, closure of the Zi Men (uterine orifice), chronic non-healing, and cold body.
Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root) (1.5 liang), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) (30 zhu), Renshen (Ginseng Root) (1 liang), Changpu (Acorus Rhizome), Banxia (Pinellia Rhizome), Danshen (Salvia Root), Houpo (Magnolia Bark), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Ziwan (Aster Root), Duheng (Angelica Dahurica Root) (each 18 zhu), Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla Root), Bailian (Veratrum Bulb), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root), Shashen (Adenophora Root) (each 0.5 liang).
The above fourteen herbs are ground into powder, mixed with white honey to form pills the size of small beans. Take 15 pills after meals, three times daily. If ineffective, increase to 20 pills. Contraindicated during pregnancy; do not take when the husband is absent. Abstain from sexual intercourse for seven days after taking the medicine.
