Grind the above twenty-six ingredients into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of a wu zi (cherry pit). Take ten pills with wine, three times daily. Gradually increase to thirty pills, stopping when warmth is felt in the abdomen. Abstain from sexual intercourse. If the husband is away, do not take this medicine. Observe other dietary and lifestyle restrictions as per standard medicinal protocols. Those who have taken this medicine recently often conceive before finishing the entire dose.

Grind the above thirty-two ingredients into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of a wu zi. Take fifteen pills with wine, twice daily. Gradually increase to thirty pills; there should be expulsion of stagnation. Stop taking immediately if any abnormal sensation is felt.
Another Formula: For treating women with long-term infertility or interrupted menstrual flow, upper heat and lower cold, effective for various ailments.

Gradually increase to forty pills, stopping when efficacy is observed; may also increase to fifty pills. Avoid pork, chicken, raw/cold foods, vinegar, slippery fish, garlic, donkey, horse, and beef. Stop taking upon feeling pregnancy. During the first three months of pregnancy, carefully select food; beef liver and heart may be consumed. In the fourth and fifth months, no special diet is needed, but do not intentionally kill animals, as it is believed to shorten the child's lifespan; obtaining such meat is highly beneficial.
