Treat deficiency-heat, fever caused by taking mineral drugs (Shiyao), and injury to the skin from sleeping exposed in cold and dampness. When heat aggregates internally transforming into excess heat, or in cases of edema and distension, abdominal enlargement, shortness of breath, and difficulty in urination and defecation; when swelling resembles water-filled parchment, with a color shifting like that of an old silkworm; when the penis is hard and swollen, ulcerating and discharging fluid; these are all due to Kidney heat and deficiency, forced sexual activity, and dampness injuring the Spleen and Stomach. The treatment method involves internally administering various diuretic formulas according to the prescription, externally washing the limbs with this decoction until finished, applying Congbai Gao (Scallion White Ointment) afterwards, and separately washing the area above the penis with Zhu Ti Tang (Pig Trotter Decoction).
Jili Zi (Tribulus Fruit), Qingpi of Scallion Heart, Chi Xiao Dou (Adzuki Bean), Song Cai Zi (Chinese Cabbage Seed), Shuobi (Dioscorea Bulbifera), Ba Dou (Croton Seed, one piece, including peel and shell).
