To the person above, the acute infection period of AIDS is indeed within two to four weeks, during which many acute symptoms appear, then slowly disappear, entering the latent period. Hehe, nearly 20 years ago I already had a rudimentary understanding of this disease. The acute infection period is mostly 3-4 weeks, slightly earlier for those infected through sexual activity, but only a minority have acute infection period symptoms; most are occult. Antibodies mostly appear within 2-8 weeks, about 2-3 weeks for sexual transmission, and 1-2 weeks for blood transfusion.

There might be errors in understanding, so I assumed my brother was diagnosed through testing. (When initially letting him drink the Master's medicine, it wasn't explicitly stated as medicine for treating HIV positivity, just said it was beneficial to the body. Later, the truth was revealed. So, when I first posted, I wrote the situation based on my own understanding. At that time, there was indeed no way to communicate. Later, because he didn't drink the medicine on time, I fought with him, and only then was the truth revealed. This situation was also unavoidable.) Now he says he identified it himself by comparing the symptoms at the time of onset with relevant information online, so there is no post-onset diagnostic report.
Some time ago, after stopping the medicine, the test was done at a blood station. Blood station tests have two stages: initial screening and re-testing. The reagents used are currently the most sensitive (even slight abnormalities can be detected). The result is reliable (in the re-test of 8 indicators, HIV was negative). But the only thing is there is no written test report, so I cannot provide the re-test report. Actually, in the current situation, without a previous condition confirmation report, only having a later recovery test report does not prove anything.
But, my brother says his symptoms were definitely those of HIV positivity. I didn't see them at the time, so I didn't say much.

A colleague's child caught a chill while bathing at night, developed a fever overnight. Originally insisted on not taking Western medicine, preparing to take Guizhi Tang (Cinnamon Twig Decoction) in the morning.
Today, the fever subsided upon waking, so no medicine was taken. However, the fever returned at noon. Due to high fever causing convulsions, syncope, and apnea, and the urgency of the situation, we had no choice but to go to the Western hospital for emergency care.
